They are in China, all previous request I saw to get them shipped was to much for the buyer. I would not consider it as an option unless you're close to China. But I can Lee about it. You're in the USA ? Yes, I am in the US and only interested in 1 unit. But I am sure you are right, the shipping from China is not going to be worth it. I would not think so  |

I very likely won't make a 1385 stick, unless I get demand for at least about 500 of them upfront and then it'd pretty much be a straight modification of the Compac. I'd rather focus on 4-chip-pod dev because that'll lead into 30-chip TypeZero dev pretty directly. I got so hung up making the stickminer into a viable and functional product that I ended up losing a lot of time. If I'd skipped it and gone right into large board dev I'd probably have had a working BM1384 S1-sized board two months ago. Course in a way I'm glad I didn't, since it would have been a half-size board instead of full-size. Full-size board I think is becoming a better plan given that's what dimensions we're leaning toward for the standard rack case blade. The S1 and rack were originally going to be two different products.

0.61 BTC/THS more for that premium. Pretty steep indeed. I've decided I'm gonna have to wait for reviews and hope the price is adjusted lower. At the current price, there will be a few hundred people buying these fast in the first few days. My gut tells me that sales will most likely drop off dramatically to a trickle. They will have to lower the price to get the sales moving again. YOU WOULD BE correct if they did not mine. They have a self interest in limiting hash power. As does any of the top mining companies do. My guess is they shut these sales down quickly and assess what knc,, bitfury, 21inc, btcChinapool do to expand. You have to understand if they sell 50ph of these they mine against them and bitfury knc ,miner ,21inc ,btcChinapool all expand.,, My guess is they sell 1000 units top or 4-5ph to us smaller miners they could do to us what they did with the S5's and if no new market competition is released not sell any more for many months so getting the batch 1 may give you a long window of opportunity to mine with them before there is a batch 2 or 3 to public so far looks like nothing new substantial to market to compete with them I am making that play fingers crossed. My second reason is they arrive to my home about 8-10 days before my summer power rates drop to my winter rates. I can mine from oct 1 to june 1 in house if I choose to at 10 cents vs 18 cents. as a 10 cents miner when I buy big I have to buy cutting edge gear. Are you going to move to Washington? I know two people in Seattle. My god daughter and her roomate. Well ... it is sometime useful to be older ! (Just kidding) |

So far, so good. Looking like I will get more BTC out than I put in at the completion of the contract. yeah I think I will. but for now I stopped auto buy. I need to focus on this s-7 how loud it will be-most likely too much for a residence, i will probably try to order at least one to play with Im so tempted to buy right away.
