8701  Economy / Services / Re: [PrimeDice] [Highest Paid Signature] Earn Bitcoins Simply By Posting on: July 15, 2014, 10:58:29 AM
*snip* I still dont know how member status works tho, like what constitutes a hero member, senior etc, because i've seen people with less post count than me that are hero.

Member "Activity" increases up to 14 every fourteen days in relation to posts made. IE., As long as you make 14 posts or more during every 14 day period, your activity level will increase by 14 - More posts during the 14 day period will not get you more "Activity", but if you only post 12 times during the 14 day period, your "Activity will only increase by 12.

Member status levels (unless something has changed):

Newbie:          (none)
Jr. Member:     Activity: 30
Member:         Activity: 60
Full Member:    Activity: 120
Sr. Member:    Activity: 240
Hero Member:  Activity: 480

On a side note - I am seriously considering this campaign, and have been following the thread for about 2 mos. now, just waiting for my current sig to mature.

Thanks, this should be clearly explained in the help section or something as it is asked all the time.
Is your online time relevant at all?
Useless for it to be pinned anywhere. Everyone do not do research and straightaway ask questions. Online time is just a measurment of how much time u spent in the forum.
8702  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Getting paid for signature space? on: July 15, 2014, 10:56:59 AM
Yes you do get paid, it's not much but it's something, and I spend most of my time posting here anyway so might as well get some bitpeanuts Smiley
You can't spam with single words and shit tho.

BTW; is online time relevant to your rank, or only post count?
No, people can use scripts and pump their online time. Your rank is based on your activity which rises every two weeks. People may not be that active so that it cannot be relevant to their post counts.
8703  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Best PC wallet? on: July 15, 2014, 09:40:09 AM
I like multibit. It isn't necessary for you to sync blockchain constantly unless you want to use the full features. Not really needed unless you are a developer.
8704  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Information for first BitCoin equipment on: July 15, 2014, 08:44:23 AM
Thank you for your reply, another, let say stupid question, can i use SHA256 equipment to mine litecoin?Huh?
No, litecoin and bitcoin uses different algorithm. Litecoin uses scrypt and bitcoin uses sha256. You can only use SHA256 ASICs to mine SHA256 coins and scrypt ASICs to mine scrypt coins.
8705  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Getting paid for signature space? on: July 15, 2014, 07:46:17 AM
When you put in your signature, the signature of a company (casiṇ ecc.), you rent your signature and not sell !

So, if you have to rent your signature, I may advice you to use Primedice, is the best !
PrimeDice is REPUTABLE, not necessarily the best.

Other campaigns offer larger payment plans as opposed to PrimeDice, but they also pay weekly and so it is technically better. I for one cannot specify which campaign is best, but I'm quite confident that PrimeDuce will be around for a long time.

Now, then again, if they close, there will be a flood of members looking for new campaign options, which can cause problems for plain members, since they don't have fancy signature allowances.

That being said, however, I'm sure there will be new businesses that will pop up and take advantage of this. I personally believe it's the high rates tht cause it to be tough for any other company to participate.

Eventually we'll see different companies.

One day.
Their price may be higher. But if they do run away after a week of signature campaign, your post for that week would be gone.  Over sites may offer higher payouts but they May not necessary be the safest and the best.

Are there any per post campaigns that pay weekly anymore, now that FX Open is ending theirs? I don't think so. I guess there is 777, but they pay quite low. Wouldn't make sense for Full or Senior members.
777 was late on payment once, not saying they are not trustable but they don't make a good impression for me.
8706  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: is it profitable to start mining today?? on: July 15, 2014, 07:30:04 AM
I bought a few cheap USB miners at the hopes of getting lucky.
Maybe one of these days I will wake up and have 25 BTC sitting in my wallet.(One can only hope) lol
It is like a lottery ticket, I dont expect to get anything out of it, but it could happen.

It is however, very impossible since the difficulty is so high. You will need extreme luck to even get a block. IMO, you are wasting a portion of your electricity.
8707  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Are any ASIC miners making ROI anymore? on: July 15, 2014, 07:27:49 AM
If your power is free you have a better chance of getting +ROI but some miners like the SP30 will be negative even with free power - their pricing is just too high to begin with.

I believe antminer s3 is the closest to ROI if the difficulty did not increase much like the last one.
The difficulty will increase since the ASICs were sold pretty fast. When more miners are in, the higher the difficulty rise. If everyone got their ASICs, it is possible that the total hashrate will increase and difficulty will also rise.
8708  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Transaction Fee question on: July 15, 2014, 07:25:17 AM
In simple terms, its better to send bigger amounts = less fee or free
Not necessary, if there are a lot of inputs or outputs to the transaction, the fees must still be imposed since the transaction size is bigger. It can also depend on coin age.

just updated my signature and filled out the google doc. get back to me if it worked please.
Stunna will not update the enrollment list since there are too much people to update. Once you have filled the form correctly, you are enrolled.

8712  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: GPU Mining. on: July 14, 2014, 03:03:32 PM
The only way that can save GPU mining is someone create a truly GPU only coin. Its hard but not impossible..
The difficulty would be really high. People who still have GPUs to mine bitcoins a few years ago would switch to this coin, provided that it is highly successful, making the difficulty very high. The coin have to be successful to be able to attract miners.

Nice to see you active. Thanks for the loan. Repayment will be when I receive my payment from Stunna.
8714  Economy / Lending / Re: Looking for a 0.01 loan on: July 14, 2014, 01:35:59 PM
Sir please let me know if you still need of loan i can do this loan without interest but tipping accepted Cheesy xD ...

Please give me your btc address here and after how many days you will pay back?
The only loan I need is 0.03 one.
Here:https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=685959.0
As stated, the loan will be closed in a few hours.

Now you want 0.03 loan instead of 0.01 ?
This was funded a long time ago. The 0.03 one was created recently for a purchase.

Sorry if it's been posted before, just couldn't find anything from skimming. How does the Happy Hour work? And how often does it happen? Thanks for any information. Smiley
Happy hour means that Stunna will set the faucet to 10k satoshis per minute for an hour or more. It happens quite often but don't expect it too often since people can abuse it easily. AFAIK, your account have to be one day old to enjoy happy hour. White list would get 20k(last time I tried)

"your account have to be one day old to enjoy happy hour."
It worked for me with account I made during the happy hour.
Not sure if it is still implemented. Last time I was in a happy hour, Stunna said that he would only enable those with at least 1 day of account age to participate.
8717  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Information for first BitCoin equipment on: July 14, 2014, 11:29:20 AM
Unfortunately, Bitcoin mining is already out for slow ASICs less than 500GH/s, will probably be out too when the difficulty rises more. Try to just use those money and purchase some bitcoins and try to hold. You can try if your electrical cost is none. However, the chance of ROI is still less than 70%.
8718  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Wallet Safety Help on: July 14, 2014, 11:26:50 AM
Since malware can get your key stroke, securing a wallet on your desktop could be dangerous as the attacker can easily get your password and wallet.dat. The best is to create a offline paper wallet on a offline linux computer that have never touched the internet. This way, you can secure your wallet since no malware will be on your computer. Do format your computer after use.

Buy XMR, I did that. It's very cheap right now.

woot, that XMR coin has dropped over 70% for the past 3 weeks. Smiley
Another typical unstable alt coin. If you are investing in alt coins, do choose carefully. Many alt coins have failed badly. Holding most of those alt coins for long term wouldn't be a smart choice.
