8861  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Block chain size/storage and slow downloads for new users on: July 05, 2014, 09:49:29 AM
I use multibit, makes life a lot easier. Bitcoin-Qt is a pain to add new wallets / prove keys without going through every single block which can take days if you're lucky that it doesn't crash. Hopefully multibit expands to other altcoins soon
Even though multibit is a light client, it does not offer the full features bitcoin-qt offers. There are different pros and cons for each of them, if you are just a regular user, only sending and receiving coins, multibit is recommended. If you require more features, bitcoin-qt is better.
8862  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Poll : do you trust an exchange to hold your bitcoins ? on: July 05, 2014, 05:44:13 AM
Even if the operator is trusted, there may be flaws in the systems and can get hacked. More and more vulnerabilities are surfacing everyday, there may be a chance which the exchange can get hacked.
8863  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Getting paid for signature space? on: July 04, 2014, 03:21:33 PM
Its bad practice i think, i got only sites that i like, noone paying me for this. Community should be community, not pursuers (posters) for profit
Well, it isn't a bad practice, many signature campaigns have limits which prevents spammers. They would also require constructive posts to qualify for a payout. There isn't much to earn from them and there is not much trusted campaigns around. I doubt there will be as much responses to discuss about things if there are no signature campaigns. People would most likely be motivated to post and contribute more to the community.

Hi Mods,
I want to get white listed . user id: 688042 , name: Lucktime.
AFAIK, they don't white list people anymore.

That message with no template made me laugh. Stunna usually uses templates instead of hidden post. Bet a lot of people were tricked.

8867  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Mining with Slow Miners - Difficulty ? on: June 29, 2014, 09:43:53 AM
well i have a question too someone says to me if the miners stop mining for a day or so then the difficulty goes down.. so we have to cut out the suplly of the world for one week or so .. to make the difficulty down.. or he is just joking .? or he dont know what is difficulty..?
Not true, if you stop everyone to mine for 1 day, difficulty wouldn't go down since we are looking at 2 weeks and ASICs are constantly being shipped. If you are talking about cutting it for 1 weeks, it wouldn't have too much impact.
8868  Economy / Lending / Re: Looking for a .03 Loan on: June 29, 2014, 01:30:47 AM
I'll do this loan. State your terms and address.
8869  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: CEX.io GHS Bubble ? on: June 28, 2014, 11:30:44 AM
Hell, I threw 0.15 into CEX out of curiosity, left it in there for a few months, sold it and ended up with 0.23. As a purely mining investment, CEX is awful, but due to the pretty consistent prices, buying, mining for a while and making more than the withdrawl fee will almost certainly net you a profit.
Serveral months ago, it was certainly quite profitable, nowadays, with the maintenance fees and high difficulty, it isn't so profitable any longer. I don't think there was maintainence fees when you bought it.

8873  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [BOUNTY] 5BTC scammer named bitp0p. on: June 28, 2014, 08:11:14 AM
The administrators do not reply.

I am fucked.
They only give the IP if the police ask them to do so, if not, they will not give you any information.

8875  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Martingale System on: June 28, 2014, 05:45:58 AM
What about the freedogeco.in? you get about 5-6 doge and betting with martingale wouldn't be so bad. Min bet to be like 0.02 or safer 0.001 and leave the bot to loop over night. Lesser chances to go bankrupt and there is a chance on the long runs.
Your returns would be too low, one doge is around 60 satoshis, at this rate you can make around 100Satoshi, if you are fast with a very very high chance of busting. In the long run nothing works, the house edge there is even higher than other places.

Unfortunately, you are wrong. It only indicates the nodes which broadcasted it first, which means it is the one that is connected to the client. It is only a node which is relaying transactions, not sending it. The person might be using a online wallet service, you cannot track it.
8877  Economy / Lending / Re: Looking for 0.005BTC loan COLLATERAL Possible on: June 27, 2014, 07:28:26 AM
Ok this loan no longer needs my presence. When you're ready to pay back, please send the amount to this wallet address. 1% daily is 0.00005 btc added each day, + the 0.0001btc one time tx fee, + initial 0.005btc.

Since I don't think they are going to pay me for the signature campaign by today, I will use a portion of my savings to repay the loan first and use the signature campaign payout to replenish my savings. https://blockchain.info/tx/c24f34a264a69f1904fea0b6d1fd059af71ceccf0a23a5d90d3de4f394b6ebb5
Sorry for the extreme number of inputs though Sad

Yeah, but I'm technically losing money replying to this thread because as I mentioned before I could make a helluva lot more posts elsewhere in the time it takes me to respond here.

Gyfts deleted his posts in this thread and apologised to me via PM.

Oh, and for further hypocrisy/irony and as I initially suspected the user who created this thread is an alt of hensi, permabanned for spamming along with two other alt accounts: Pobre and dumb ass bad bear lol

Hensi and justus both used this address multiple times: 1HensiPMaW88aaS1iwbnbFBFPqoJX7RvSw:

And here is my bitcoin address : 1HensiPMaW88aaS1iwbnbFBFPqoJX7RvSw

Thanks in advanced!

Whoops. Looks like this thread just backfired.
Anyway, the second person, flirto is also a alt of them. That is what I am suspecting anyway.

And my address is 192fqgb5aCKrjNkudGqSWR6Nuu4J8tEMB7

Loan amount sent. Transaction fee was 0.0001btc, so at the end of repayment add this amount on there. Take how many days you want, but it's 1% daily like agreed, no compounding.
