381  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Tradesatoshi are scamming with KYC requirements on: June 15, 2019, 12:24:10 AM
Infuriating. Why can't all those you have their funds held up in that exchange come together and take legal action against the company? Whatever the case, the company will start refunding your money or stop scamming more users. The court will be in your favor. Governments these days don't leave a chance to crack on such exchanges.
382  Economy / Reputation / Re: amaclin/amaclin1 flags on: June 14, 2019, 07:07:47 PM
Yeap, you're right. His intelligence is a risk to the rest of the forum. I recollect myself to be a victim of one of his shady free bitcoins schemes but I can't find any relevant proofs about that thread at the moment. I will definitely support your flag but he deserves a level 3 Flag otherwise it won't make a big difference.
383  Economy / Reputation / Re: [Flag Request] DirectBet.EU closed shop and walked away with bets in play. on: June 14, 2019, 06:46:38 PM
I'm not sure if they actually did that but DirectBet was one of the most trusted, anonymous, fast sports betting sites that were out there. No KYC policies, no verifications, no stupid account blocking, and a very minimalistic user-interface. Have played there for a very long time and never had a single problem. There are many other sites which need a Flag which continues to operate even today. To list a few, bitcasino.io/vegascasino.io/sportsbet.io etc. I think it's a waste of time to flag a service that doesn't exist anymore.
384  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet | Bitcoin Casino & Sportsbook | The No.1 Bitcoin Gambling Site on: June 14, 2019, 06:35:54 PM
@Cloudbet, what happen if a person use TOR to register and log in account in Cloudbet, then unfortunately exit node is shown in the USA? Will the account been locked? Will their withdrawals been rejected? It is easy to understand how the rule works if user use real IP, but if they use TOR, things will become complicated with potential overlaps between real IPs in USA and IPs due to TOR exit nodes? I am a little bit confused with TOR exit nodes and restrictions on Cloudbet site. Would you mind clarify it (especially TOR exit node) for me, please.
I'm not really answering this on behalf of CloudBet but you can easily avoid that by configuring your torcc file. Settings for StrictNode/ExcludeNode can help you use only the specific nodes that you specify (ie the country codes) but this is not very perfect and might result in other connection bugs. Technically, they shouldn't be able to trace you back to your root node but they can run a scan and check if any of it included US which might be a red flag. To be honest, they will look for reasons to lock your account and steal your funds so better avoid it.
385  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: GAMBLING AND CHARITY on: June 14, 2019, 06:20:15 PM
Now, I have done something that I never did before and that is by donating money to charity. Whenever I win I am not going to give some percentage of money to the charity in the hopes that I can help those individuals who are in need. I have already seen the effect and that was very heart melting knowing that many are thanking for the donations.
You're doing a good deed by donating money to the charity thereby risking your own but you don't necessarily have to gamble to do that, you can simply pay some amount from your regular job as well. But making money for charity while doing what you call "fun" is very kind of you.

So, I encourage everyone especially gamblers with huge profit to share or to donate those who are in need. Besides, I get the feeling that I am bless in betting if I will share profit.
The richer part of the society never donates to any charities. I've met crazy rich people who have made fortune on gambling but they wouldn't give a dime for homeless or charity.
386  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Justin Bieber VS Tom Cruise - UFC Fight on: June 14, 2019, 06:12:10 PM
Which websites are dumb enough to be taking bets on this one? This will be a hellova staged event with only fun and entertainment as the outcome and not an actual UFC match. Justin Bieber is as good of a fighter as Tom Cruise is as good of a singer. Locking the thread at this point will make more sense than the entire fight controversy.
387  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance no withdrawal email and what does frozen funds mean? on: June 14, 2019, 06:00:33 PM
Do you think I can withdraw my coins out from them if I wait to blocks to confirm?
"Blocks to confirm" has nothing to do with your account with them. That's upto the network to confirm your transaction once broadcasted from the binance's end. I suggest you read a little bit more about bitcoins and transactions in general.

On a side note, I'm surprised you're a legendary member here and don't know these very basics.
388  Economy / Lending / Re: loan for a profitable investment on: June 14, 2019, 05:40:39 PM
Hello forum
I am an honest and hardworking person looking for a btc loan of 0.025 btc.
The legit lenders will never start a loan request with that statement. In the history of loans on bitcointalk, no person who has started a loan request with that statement has managed to get a loan here.

I will repay it in a month plus the commission percentage: 0.03 btc
I have a good project to invest and capitalize so I will have a good profitability. and so I can cancel the 0.025 btc immediately to thank the people who can communicate with me, the loan will be returned to me.
I hope your proposals will be pending.
Nope. That part of the request isn't convincing enough as well. Btw have you heard of 'collateral' yet? Please lock this thread and come back after you've read other lending threads.
389  Economy / Reputation / Re: Stake.com Signature Campaign - A new kind of future on: June 14, 2019, 05:24:46 PM
Unrealistic pay rate. All rank same rate isn't wise decision. All user experiences isn't same. However its depend on you how are you going to pay participants, we can't make comment about it.
So why are you commenting about it ? lol

It's so fuckin impossible to keep everyone happy at the same time. First, spam was the problem and now everyone is whining about the pay-rates. No one is forcing you to join the campaign if you don't like the rates or the rules move on. I like the new rules but the 100 minimum count should probably go away as that is not a clear indication of a good post.
390  Economy / Services / Re: Hire developer&Front end designer to fake ticket generator website on: June 13, 2019, 11:33:45 PM
Do you even have the slightest clue how illegal that is and the punishment it holds for you if they find you're doing it? Imagine a terrorist using the website to enter the airport and causing an attack? How many innocent lives will be destroyed just because you wanted to make some money? I don't see any sensible developer taking this project into consideration. Why you want to create one anyway?

This totally legit maybe companies who sell flights also  offer onward fake tickets
some countries reuire it to let you in so they know you go out of their counry
this help people to stay on the country without showing go back ticket or buy it in real
Well, that doesn't really make any sense or maybe I'm just not aware of such shady practices. How can you enter a country with a fake ticket? I mean the passport, Visa and other documents are crucial to enter a different country right? With a fake ticket, you can only enter the airport and even the Security check will verify your passport and verify your reasons for visit and such. I don't know if you're serious about it but some links will help. The only possible use-case of that is pranking your friend that you're visiting them by showing a fake ticket and nothing else.
391  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Coinbase Can it be trusted? Not sure on: June 13, 2019, 11:28:59 PM
Now I am scared, are my funds even saved there, Should i move everything, I have been referring everyone to Coinbase whoever wanted to start off with crypto; I feel betrayed, they championing themselves as a leader in Cryptocurrency/Decentralized space and Trying to centralized everything. This is ridiculous, does someone have any idea what can i do?
Yes, avoid using exchange wallets as the primary sources for storing your coins. There are dedicated personal wallets like Electrum so you have all control over your coins. An exchange like Coinbase can fuck you over without any reason and you can do absolutely nothing about it. Also, ask all the people you've referred to send their coins from coinbase to a more secure wallet like Electrum. Blockchain.com is the worst case scenario if you're not too techy.

It's some obscure algorithm that gets triggered or a shed full of witches who issue commands.
Did you mean to say FBI?
392  Economy / Lending / Re: looking for a trustworthy honest loan on: June 13, 2019, 11:23:50 PM
I have a good stable job in european country but cant offer colleteral here, would be the first time i borrow crypto.
A person with a good stable job can easily finance himself with 2000 euros. They can also be considered eligible for a small loan as this one from the banks, family-friends and other legit sources to borrow money. Doesn't make sense of you to create this loan request unless you're planning to scam.

394  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: ICOEthics is a Scammer on: June 08, 2019, 02:26:46 PM
Falsely accusing you of scamming doesn't make the person on the other end as a scammer. You still have time to lock this thread and sort your stuff out with them in that thread or via personal messages. Retaliation will result in more negative feedbacks which will never be revised.
395  Economy / Reputation / Re: Is this worth a negative feedback? [Community View - icosonar] on: June 08, 2019, 02:23:26 PM
Sorry.Slightly sleepy,I thought its under trading discussion. Cheesy
Well, Scam Accusations and Reputation are the sub-boards inside trading discussion lol You should probably sleep.

Maybe your can revise it into neutral or remove it after a valid reply from that person, until that keep which can serve as a warning for the newbies.
I'm waiting for feedback from other DT-1/DT-2 members to see what's their stance on the case and then revise the feedback if need to.
396  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Facebook's Libra - Implications. on: June 08, 2019, 02:21:04 PM
Facebook acquired Chainspace earlier this year and then I've been reading about this techcrunch rumor of an 18th june whitepaper release. How close to truth is that?
Considering the idea here is to create a currency alternative to euro or usd as opposed to a security token, what can be the implications?
Surely speculative aspects are gone down the drain. And its going to be node licenced with each costing up to 10 million, and apparently only available for lease to large corps. so the small businesses / regular crypto investor is out of the game.. or is there a way for anyone of us to actually get a piece of the cake?
If you're expecting Facebook to do something that is sustainable for you as a crypto lover, you will be disappointed. They're a business and always will be since generating money is the top of their priorities and not user's security or privacy. TBH, I wouldn't give two shits about anything that happens at Facebook regarding crypto.
397  Economy / Reputation / Re: Is this worth a negative feedback? [Community View - icosonar] on: June 08, 2019, 02:17:58 PM
Just seen the post history and it's spam, spam and spam.
Haven't yet come across someone get red tagged for spamming but i think a neutral feedback would just do fine.
I am not sure how effective reporting such posts to mods is?
If they can actually delete spammy posts of this kind then i think a neutral tag and a report to mods option would be okay though it would be a lot of work reporting each post.
I recollect @TP tagging users for spamming in the past which was quite frowned upon. Here the problem is not just spamming but faking their projects and experience. They claim to be providing that service but in reality, when asked for proofs they can't show any. The tag will serve as a warning for recruiters who will be risking by hiring them for any sort of jobs. I appreciate your feedback though.
398  Economy / Reputation / Re: Is this worth a negative feedback? [Community View - icosonar] on: June 08, 2019, 01:56:03 PM
Negative feedback not meant for spamming but here it looks more than spammy. If his service involves money but doesn't want to provide any proof for his legitimacy then he/she deserves a red tag.
He said he is doing android for 5 years and didn't give me any proofs when asked for so my negative feedback is justified I guess? It is a different level of spamming when you claim to be a master in a particular service requirement and you actually bring zero skills to the table.

I guess it need to be on Reputation section.
What do you mean? It is already in the Reputation section.
399  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Another Bitcoin mixer discontinued on: June 08, 2019, 01:53:01 PM
Hmm... and he's back...?
He is but his website isn't. It's fairly a small and a new mixer to be taken down due to legal concerns. Having said that, mixers like ChipMixer and the other famous ones are probably under the radar and have more chances of going down.
400  Economy / Lending / Re: Is This Possible? Company shares as collateral? on: June 08, 2019, 01:46:25 PM
Is it possible to offer some percent of your Company's shares to a lender as a collateral? How can this be done?
Technically, you need an investor and not a lender. Only they are able to take your idea/product into consideration and give you money as venture capitalists. They definitely take interests and company shares just like you expect. However, lenders on bitcointalk will have zero clues about the future of your company or product or the market to take that risk. Company shares can be valid collateral if they a high value in the market already just like a very good alt-coin.
