501  Economy / Reputation / Re: Does stealing efforts = scam ? need opinion on: May 10, 2019, 04:54:41 PM
Usually, tagging bounty or ICO related accounts is not worth it at all. The bounty hunters are spammers and account farmers themselves, they don't really care about investigating the bounty team or whatever before joining them. The bounty manager hired by the team is fuck-all and not experienced. Everyone is equally involved. In the above case, if the bounty manager had mentioned that he can change the rules during the bounty and the participants agreed to it, then it makes sense otherwise it doesn't.
502  Economy / Reputation / Re: Lending money = DT Trust? on: May 10, 2019, 04:44:40 PM
it means that I could get a positive trust easily?

Trust farming?
But it is happening, you can visit the lending section and digital goods section where people buying things or take loans just to get positive trusts.

From which DT members?
As far as I know, DarkStar is one of such lenders who leaves positive feedback for loans of small amounts such as 0.12 BTC. You can check their trust-list here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=507936 I'm not against it or anything but simply shows how the lending system can be used to farm trust.

Do DT1 members need to borrow money?
It's not a "need" but anybody can have a situation. Using being on a DT as a reason to get a high-value no-collateral loan is, however, a red flag.
503  Economy / Lending / Re: NEW - LOANPLUS.io - Instant Anonymous Loans backed by your Cryptoassets on: May 04, 2019, 03:44:28 PM
You know how I know this service is fucked up?

Quote
BORROW - Get Instant Anonymous Loans without selling your Cryptoassets!

Read the red part two times. Like if that's the business model of this service then I guess it's very good for the loan receivers because the lenders are never going to get their money back.
504  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Court issued an order for Craig Wright to produce his public bitcoin address on: May 04, 2019, 03:37:31 PM
Sometimes I feel the people who share news about Craig-Wright on this forum are his paid shills. Like, why would he be the hero that you've to follow him religiously? I'm not even interested in reading that article. The headlines sound like this issue will be never ending just like all of his stupid claims.

You don't need to follow CSW religiously to be at least slightly interested in this topic. I personally don't like him, and I'm pretty sure a lot of others don't like him either, but there's nothing wrong with being updated to what's happening in the space. To each their own.
Well, not like I was never interested in the topic but from the dramas, we experienced in the past I feel he does nothing interested for the community except getting unwanted attention. As I said, I came to the topic, read the news and now I know what is he upto.

507  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Fundraising scam ,the way I see new projects on: May 04, 2019, 03:20:24 PM
Project developers are in no risk at all ,the investors are the ones in total risk ,devs only have to tender a working project and ask people for funds ,who says ICO and IEO is not a favoured business? That's why we have many not working projects, fake ,scam and pump and dump projects in crypto space..I have make up my mind never to invest in fund raising projects anymore ,I can name 100s of coins with no ICO and No Premine that are doing very fine in this market condition ,they are just here for the fund raising
100 Coins? All of the ICO's/IEO's share the same model. I don't remember the last ICO project that blew up and actually profited the investors. The model I propose is, develop the damn coin, let it grow and have some market value. If it has some market value then the investors can pitch in to promote the coin with more funds and development. Otherwise, people will keep getting scammed in the name of ICO's.
508  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Gunbot reviews on: May 04, 2019, 03:14:40 PM
I want some reviews from people who used Gunbot. Are these bots designed to make you profit regardless of your expertise in your trading or you must have a certain level?
Nope. The bot certainly isn't made to generate auto profits without you having a clue about what you're doing. Let's just say you're a trader with some basic trading knowledge or expertise and you need automated utilities to execute your strategies, this is where GunBot comes into the picture. You can also talk to other traders using the bot and adopt their strategies.

Capital is not a problem as I have enough money to start trading but I'm just not sure If it's worth it or not. I always thought that these bots are nothing unless you know you're doing but apparently, some people are trying to show otherwise, so I would like to hear from those who tried the BOT.
I'd suggest doing manual trading with low capital and get used to the market. You will eventually feel a need to use a bot.
509  Economy / Gambling / Re: Blitzmoon.com probability fair game on: May 04, 2019, 03:07:57 PM
Stake. com's spammers are really making it harder to browse the gambling boards these days. Anyway, in your terms and conditions section who have put really less information compared to the other gambling sites. Yours can't be so different from them in terms of the gambling licenses and other terms.

 - Do you allow players from the US?
 - Do you have any KYC policies?
 - Do you allow multiple accounts?

Consider adding this information in your terms so it doesn't surprise members later.
Simply because you see most replies crarry stake.com signature does not make the post a Spam, each and every member is trying to make his/her contributions as regards the topic and contributing to the forum. Back to your post I don't think the site require kyc because I registered on the site and I was not ask to go through kyc process.
That is exactly what I mean by spamming. Hald knowledge posts. No site does KYC verification while signing up. They introduce it when you request a high amount or in worst case any suspicious activities on the account. This is how it has always been with the gambling sites.

If an entire thread is filled with Stake signatures with subpar content that doesn't mean they're contributing constructively. I wouldn't say the same thing if I see a full thread with ChipMixer signatures.
510  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Indian Govt thinks Bitcoin is a ponzi scheme on: May 04, 2019, 03:05:00 PM
I am Indian too and I also face this problem which the government is going to do. Governments do not want Bitcoin or any other interference of cryptocurrency with our economical balance because these virtual currencies can cause inflation and the economy unbalanced (that's what they think ). But there is no regulation upon how much money can be printed by over the moment but there is some regulation upon when they should print. There simply not accepting Bitcoin because it is too much volatile to be a faint currency.
To be honest, governments don't really care about bitcoin/blockchain as technology. They also see it as a medium where people can hide taxes by converting the fiat into bitcoins. They are certainly interested in regulating the exchanges because that just means more taxes and tracking users who try to launder money through bitcoins. India is way far behind when mainstream economics like UK/US don't have any laws against it yet.
511  Economy / Lending / Re: 💰💰 OmegaStarScream's Lending service | No Interest | No Collateral 💰💰 on: May 04, 2019, 02:58:52 PM
Anyways,Nice Initiative OP. (but very risky one too.)
I don't see it as a risky one since he is only giving out loans to the trusted members of the community neither taking accounts as collateral (I assume). He is been around here for a long time to distinguish trusted members from the not trusted ones.

Nice initiative OP, the community needs more lenders like you unlike the newbie cunts who spam the lending threads and get scammed.
512  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Regulating bodies on: May 04, 2019, 02:20:04 PM
Regulation mostly made by government.
If your government is agree with crypto, they can made the regulation in order to protect crypto gambler.
That is not happening anytime soon. The government will only do this to impose high taxes on the gambling winnings. Instead, an open community can be established to regulate the gambling sites. Sites which have no history should be marked as unsafe for the gamblers. Every site should be verified by this body for possible shady activities or their bankroll to make sure they're serious about the business.

But what if the government already forbid crypto from the beginning ?
That's an endless discussion.

514  Economy / Services / Re: Can someone pay my order on Fiverr? I have BTC and ETH (250USD) on: May 04, 2019, 02:02:19 PM
Hi,
I have to pay for a service on Fiverr, but my debit card was rejected. I have BTC and ETH.
Can someone pay my order there, I can send him BTC or ETH.
Also have another smaller order for around 65 Euro on yay.com which can be paid with Paypal or Credit/Debit card.
I need to do it ASAP.Please  message me if you can do it now.
Thanks!
BR
G
What's in it for the payer who uses his debit card? I mean using your debit/credit cards for the random strangers on the internet is utterly stupid move unless someone is broke as fuck and wouldn't mind doing for the reward. You can get a virtual debit card using bitcoins, no?
515  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: New Solution for provably fair? on: May 04, 2019, 01:58:10 PM
This looks self promotion but nonetheless new algorithms if they are good for the industry or pave the way for new technologies to emerge soon after them I think they should be supported. From an IT perspective it needs more opinions before we jump to a conclusion if this is a winning technology or not.
It can be self-promotion but if the creator believes his algorithm is actually unique and can solve the existing probability fair challenges, then why doesn't he patent it or release it as open source? That will be the right promotion of the algorithm except asking to play on a particular website because they use it.
516  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: New Solution for provably fair? on: May 03, 2019, 11:06:59 PM
Seems like a self promotion. No independent source mentioned and the so called algorithm is only used for the site d2w bet. I don't mean to raise a suspicion about it's fairness but it would be wise to stick with traditional way of proving fairness until we find an independent study about the claims of golle algorithm.
Well, it's an article on medium so anybody is free to question it. The author has done a good job of explaining it in a detail but I'm no cryptographer or probability expert to find the challenges in the said algorithm. I don't know who invented it but if it does what its supposed to do then why doesn't the creator patent it?
517  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Regulating bodies on: May 03, 2019, 10:58:52 PM
Online gambling is very popular nowadays, specially those who also uses crypto for playing. With this popularity, there's ton of gambling sites/operators available. But the problem is who to trust? who plays fair and pays fair?
You can only trust the solo service operators who are into business for a long time. Their reputation will speak for themselves. The new operators will have to prove their reliability and the trust will develop over time. Apart from that, trust is subjective.

Are there any regulating bodies that verifies, rates, and promotes gambling sites that is genuinely fair to its customers? Not just on fair plays but also gambling sites that protects its customers identity etc. Thank you.
Nope. You have to be your regulating body and trust your money with services based on your research. Of course, you can take this community and forum as a reference.
518  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: LuxBets.io Promoting by luxel on: May 03, 2019, 10:52:52 PM
Email change is because i was using my old school email address which i don't have access to anymore.
Even if that made sense I wouldn't really care.

I am currently promoting www.luxbets.io, do you really think I spend multiple months developing this website to ask for a scam???
From the looks of it, I don't really see it as a Ponzi as of now. Seems like another lottery site with a terrible business model. I wouldn't really tag you until you give a clear explanation of your business model or I've already studied your business model and concluded it as a Ponzi.

@OP : Any obvious indicators that OP's site is a Ponzi?

EDIT : Saw OP's thread title :
LuxBets.io 💎💎💎 The New Bitcoin Hype 💎💎💎 Winners Every Hour!

Negative Deserved.
519  Economy / Reputation / Re: Why did cryptodevil mark me red? on: May 03, 2019, 10:44:14 PM
Op's case is exactly why we have so many unsolvable disputes on the forum. Everyone just wants to feed their ego instead of apologising and moving on. Arguing over the topics that they don't have knowledge about and retaliating when proved they're wrong.

OP : Apologising that you did promote a Ponzi a long time ago and you haven't done it since ages had more chances of getting that feedback removed.
520  Economy / Services / Re: Need a C programmer [$300 for an one hour] on: May 03, 2019, 10:39:27 PM
Still looking, open to offers
Since you've been looking for this for a month now: can you explain a bit what exactly you need?
My usual assumption on threads like this is: Shady Activities.

I don't see any harm in providing a little technical background about the issue. It will also help OP find the right developers, unlike the ones who backed out after getting to know the challenge.
