1321  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BestVirtualCreditCard is a scammer on: July 19, 2018, 08:06:45 PM
Can you file a chargeback since you paid with PayPal? I'm not entirely sure how it works but you should be able to get your money back should you refrain from using the words "Virtual CreditCards" or "Crypto".

I would, however, recommend you to wait because that dude runs a non-self-moderated thread which is unlike typical VCC scammers.
1322  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: No use Escrow Service from bitify.com (for Seller) on: July 07, 2018, 01:29:26 PM
Avoid using third party escrow services which are operated by the damn bots. Looks like they have settled well with your money and don't plan to release it ever. Can you open a scam accusations against their service with the relevant proofs? That would certainly warn people who wish to use them in the future.
1323  Economy / Reputation / Re: I found somebody using multiple accounts on: July 07, 2018, 01:20:49 PM
What about the small difference of both user IDs ? 1551968 1551970 are close to each other by 2 numbers, most likely both accounts created at the same time
That could be a coincidence. No? It isn't a valid reason to call them alts.

I get your point but have to disagree with you as IP address can be faked by using a VPN
Did I say we can connect them based on their IP addresses ? I didn't.

Same date creation, same bounties, same campaigns, same personality on both accounts, same local time and just a slight difference of 3-4 minutes on last active time. The organization on both accounts is the same, they're operated under the same schedule

Both accounts have similar posts, order and time when posted all the time.
Okay if you insist. Let a DT member look at the case and leave a feedback. Considering two DT members who have visited the thread and didn't bother taking an action shows your proofs aren't convincing enough to tag them.
1324  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Is pokerbox.io a phishing website? Please advise on: July 07, 2018, 11:57:54 AM
Will you be joining their air-drop? If yes, have you done enough research about the project? Apparently, John McFee is on their team which is too good to be true. Have you verified this? Which part of signing a message from your ETH wallet is part of the KYC?
If that is a phishing website, what is the original one? How did you get their mail if you haven't subscribed to any of their services?
1325  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: any wallet which support bitcoin withdrawal to my bank account ? on: July 07, 2018, 11:29:20 AM
Infact i was also looking for an exchange that can convert crypto coins and withdraw money globally into bank accounts but nevertheless there are no such exchanges.
However,  i have seen people exchanging crypto with fiat on localbitcoins. This service can be availed on from localbitcoins.com platform
Why would you want to do that in the first place? Doing so would only result in your bank account being tracked and blocked if you cannot provide legit sources of that income. Depending on your country of residence , this varies though. LocalBitcoins is a better of dealing with it.
1326  Economy / Reputation / Re: Can someone please tag bitcasino.io's new account? on: July 07, 2018, 11:21:38 AM
Are you trying to get your competitors red tagged?
They're not even close to be called as competitors. They already have a red tag, I'm trying to persist it.

was Stunna a casino owner?
That doesn't make any difference. FYI, he runs PrimeDice and Stake.com. My point being, bitcasino.io have had several scam accusations against them and they run a shady business so a warning tag must be issued.

if he was then tagging their competitors would be a conflict of interest if you are on DT. maybe actmyname or marlboroza could help you with this? they are also in the business of tagging the competition whether casinos or campaign managers.
I don't know much about that. All I'm trying to convey is, new members will be extra careful before blindly depositing money on the casino.
1327  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: For Bounty Hunters (Do You Have Time to Read the ICO Whitepaper? on: July 07, 2018, 10:42:27 AM
Bounty hunters are the type of people who can't even spell 'Bounty or stakes' properly. I can easily quote a few examples where idiots call it 'steaks'. Reading the white paper is far beyond their level. If they had the technical knowledge to read and understand a white-paper, they would be investors and not bounty whores.
1328  Economy / Reputation / Can someone please tag bitcasino.io's new account? on: July 07, 2018, 10:23:39 AM
Account in question : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=207035
Original Thread : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=395617.0

New Account : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2087138
New Thread (self moderated) : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4541166.0

Everyone in the gambling community knows bitcasino.io are a scamming scum. Stunna has left a feedback on their profile which serves as a warning but I'm not sure if he will have time to tag their new account considering his availability on the forum. They started a new self moderated thread for obvious reasons (to avoid critics and accusations as in their old thread). It would be nice if some DT members refers to Stunna's feedback and tags their new account accordingly.
1329  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: What does this mean? Received this email from Coinbase on: July 07, 2018, 09:58:09 AM
Simply put, use the API provided to send/receive funds from your wallet. Don't act as a mediator for transactions involving a wallet which don't belong to you. Should you wish to do so, they have a third party authorisation tool which sets the app permissions by the other users so you can have a sort of control over their wallet.

To simplify it further, it is similar to using your google account for signing up on other websites. You will be shown a pop-up to grant access.
1330  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Best blockchain for the application on: July 07, 2018, 09:14:16 AM
If you are interested in creating a token for the outdoor industry, let's talk!
What is the 'outdoor' industry? Out of all the mentioned options, you can always rely on ETH. It has a value in the market and creating a smart contract from an already famous coin gives you an upper hand over coins with low volumes.
LISK is a good choice of JavaScript is your developers thing. While solidity is not too hard to learn, it can add a good learning curve for a new programmer. If language is an issue for you, you can use the one that matches your programming skills otherwise just go with ETH.

1332  Economy / Services / Re: Need a coder to implement Solvemedia captcha on: July 07, 2018, 08:55:57 AM
Need a coder to implement Solvemedia captcha on my website. It is based on Minifaucet script https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=333748.0
Let me know the cost. Payment in BTC.
Regardless the language the script is coded in, do you know what programming language is used by your backend ? Solve Captcha Media API supports several frameworks and node.js has one of the modules which I'm acquainted with. You must provide some information about your website's technical stack.
1333  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA WORLD CUP 2018? on: July 06, 2018, 11:13:48 PM
Brazil play in a good way only in the second half , Brazil lose this match cause of the very bad beginning of the match
Correct. Everyone played good but Neymar. He missed a lot of chances which a player like him could have scored easily. The beginning of the match was horrible and unfortunate since they scored an own goal. 2 goals wasn't a big target to achieve but luck I guess. World Cup is officially done for me. No point in supporting the teams which are undesirable.
1334  Economy / Gambling / Re: Unique Bitcoin Game - For The Ultimate Experience on: July 06, 2018, 11:09:50 PM
- Right now the game is nothing but a page full of errors everywhere I click. Starting from :
Quote
Your balance exceeds 0.00000100 BTC
Opps I only opened the page.
- The blue screen hurt my eyes just starring at it for 2 minutes. Cry
- Tried the faucet for the first time and guess what?
Quote
Your balance exceeds 0.00000100 BTC

Please try solving all these bugs so people can at least try the game with a faucet.
1335  Economy / Gambling / Re: Invest in Gaming Website on: July 06, 2018, 11:04:29 PM
I'm currently working on a gaming website and am looking at investors. All our dealings would be in BTC. What you would be getting are the percentage of a fee of each game. I have a percentage reserved for the coder. Depending on how much you offer, I will adjust the percentage to that size. Then you will get a share of the profits.
That is a wrong approach.
 - Why would I pay nearly 20% of my winnings as your service fee? Have you heard something about the house edge? It's good to be kept between 0-1%.
 - If I get percentage fee of each game and not the game outcome, how will the company even run?
 - Why not run a fixed house and ask anyone to invest in the house instead?

1336  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: There are no more escrow services? on: July 06, 2018, 10:55:10 PM
I can't tell myself if any of these are still active but I'm pretty sure we've got some regulars who continue to offer escrow services, perhaps you should just be patient and clear in your approaches to them. You can also consider using some escrow services online although I fully support efforts to do everything P2P.
Online escrows are a big fraud and not to be trusted. I mean they have nothing to lose if a big amount is involved in a trade. Most of them from the list are just 'active' but not actively escrowing deals. So I would suggest people going beyond that list and using somebody you personally/professionally trust.

SFR10's list is by far the best, and more than half of those there I recognise and trust myself. SFR10 is on that list himself, so there you go, one fully active escrow provider.
The experience does count and the type of service they provide also makes a big difference. For instance, an escrow that does account deals will be a bad choice for a trade between a programmer and a client.
1337  Economy / Reputation / Re: I found somebody using multiple accounts on: July 06, 2018, 10:46:57 PM
I have proof, but don't want to make this public. If any moderator could message me I will send him the details.
Moderators don't care. You gotta message DT members or just open a thread here with all the relevant details.(Opening a thread with solid proofs yields a faster response)

Btw, will my trust score be affected by doing this in case they report me somehow or I receive fake ratings?
Nope.Trust score isn't affected by people who are not on the DT-1/DT-2 level.

They are very alike, both have the same number of likes on the posts made for Eloncity, the accounts have the same character and the posts are made after a short amount of time between them

Please give your opinion on this.
This could be intuitively true but doesn't stand as a solid proof that they're connected. If the both use the same accounts or same addresses, your case would hold more weight.
1338  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Yobit Scam withholding 10BTC on: July 06, 2018, 10:29:51 PM
Your report has been received on our website.  However to properly register your complaint and being valid, you will need to provide basic contact information such as an e-mail address and at minimum your name, otherwise your report cannot be verified as authentic.  You do not need to re-file the report.  Simply send us the email address and name you wish to add to the report you've already created.  Send the information using the following in the subject field [DEP-187018-001] to FraudReport@Yobits.org

If you or someone you know has been scammed by Yobit Exchange, visit us online now at https://yobits.org so that together we can stop these fraudsters!  FILE YOUR REPORT ONLINE NOW!
Hey, you're doing something nicer there! Could you give us some more information about your initiative? No much information about the team could be found on the website. How's it going to work? Will lodging a complaint help people get their money back? You could be also an organisation (or pretend to be) who takes such information and take bribes from YoBit? We will never know until you tell us your long term plan with the org.
1339  Economy / Services / Re: [FOR Hire] Junior web developer on: July 06, 2018, 10:25:01 PM
How proficient are you with JavaScript/ReactJs/NodeJs? By proficient I mean you know how things work under the hood and not run at stack-overflow for every challenge faced. I might have some Front-End work for you if you are intermediate level skilled in ReactJs.
1340  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: messenger with blockchain technology on: July 06, 2018, 10:15:43 PM
plz help me guys
You didn't bother to respond to the previous post so summing up your answers in this post.

1. There isn't a wider scope for this project as people already use stuff like IRC and other private chats to stay anonymous.
2. You can develop the application in any programming language preferred depending on the skills of your developer. Node.Js wouldn't be a bad choice but Python will be more secure.
3. Check how telegram, Whatsapp and other chats are made. Their messages are also encrypted. You will obviously need a high level programming language to achieve this.
4. If government can't track your data, they will probably not legalise the app in your country.
