1081  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Looking for investors: Decentralised P2P Lending platform for education loans on: October 11, 2018, 10:41:15 PM
1. Most of the governments offer education loans if not the private financial services. These services are very flexible with interests rates and repayment options. Why exactly was decentralisation needed here? The financial services make sure one doesn't abscond after availing a loan.

2. Lending is a risky business on the blockchain. No collateral, no identity management, no location/university verification. I doubt this is going anywhere.
1082  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Seeking full team for full service Development and Marketing. on: October 11, 2018, 10:37:17 PM
Our organization is seeking full team blockchain developers and marketing for utility coin project. We give more detail after reviewing portfolios. Already raised in excess of 1,6 Million Dollars. Need development fast.
Already raised 1.6 Mill, do you have a website that we can look into? I mean it wouldn't be hard to set-up a simple website about your project when you have the capability to convince people to raise that much money. Anyway, stay away from services offered by Pajeet's as they're likely to con you.
1083  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rating of TOP 100 Sportsbooks on: October 11, 2018, 10:06:37 PM
There aren't even 20 Sport-Books which are used by the community here. I wonder how did you get the number 100 from. Click-bait much? I'm pretty sure out of the 100 only 20 would be worth trusting with your money. Half of them don't even accept bitcoins. Get the fuck outta here with the click-bait.
1084  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Enomcoin - SCAM ICO - FAKE TEAM on: October 11, 2018, 10:04:18 PM
Hey mate, just wanted to give you a heads-up on the good work you're doing. If you could just create a thread for yourself and keep updating all those entries in that thread, it would be much easier for the DT to leave feedback and others who wish to check the scam ICO's since it all will be in the same place. Seeing new threads with 0 replies is a turn-off and isn't likely to be noticed by the DT. Moreover, you can talk a DT member to regularly check your threads to leave feedback. Cheers.
1085  Economy / Reputation / Re: You think I am a scammer? mdayonliner's reputation on: October 11, 2018, 09:59:13 PM
I don't think you're a scammer just like I don't think anyone with dark green trust is a legit trader. Fact is, regardless of the trust status, one should be extra careful while dealing with members on the forum. Personally, I wouldn't mind trading with you if the deal involves an escrow and you have sufficient proofs to carry out the deal effortlessly. The procedure would be the same if I were dealing with any green trusted member.

I know the red trust looks bad on your profile but someone left it there because you raised red flags which I agree with.

The most intelligent people I know didn't attend college.
Can you name some?

So I just did some 'homework' and turns out the hate he has for you might be deeper than you think,
Let's break this,

He posts the details here,

Searching that username on bitcointalk gives us this user asuryan180

In conclusion, these accounts are connected until Astargah proves the username asuryan180 and the bitcointalk account are purely co-incidental. Looking at the post quality, they seem they belong to the same person.

I tagged Lutpin just now, for whatever good it'll do.  Don't know what his situation is, but at this point he ought to at least be clear about what he's going to be doing.  Handing the books over to Lightlord might not be a bad idea, but IMO the minimum he should be doing is communicating with the campaign participants.
lol I don't know how this works but at this point, it seems completely illogical. Been in his campaign for more than a year and never missed a single payout.
1088  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Beginner's Luck on: October 06, 2018, 01:49:07 PM

I agree. Casinos are not letting newcomers unless it is a scam website. Recently, I tried a new casino and with the bonus money I won around 1000$. They were actually tricking players to deposit on their website so, they could run away with the money. This not happens in legit casinos. If a new comer feels like he is winning then, it is what we are talking about here. It is the Beginner's Luck.
that's good explanation, but do the total deposit funds we send affect the possibility of winning when playing casino?
because I rarely play casinos and I don't know about that, I prefer gambling football because it more fair

Our deposits on the casinos has nothing to do with the possibility of winning. It depends on our luck (If you believe in it.). In prediction based games we don't know about the outcome.
No, casino does welcome new comers, because they want them to become a part of their casino for the rest of their lives. They also give new comers some chances of winning the bet but in small amount and when they realize that now they became gambling addictors they show their original face to these new entries. These are the tactics of casinos and they are successful in it.
My opinion is different. I think that casinos let new gamblers to win the game several times and when they realize that now he regular gambler and become addicted, then they would never let him win the game. Gradually casino will take all his money and a gambler even goes in debts because of regular gambling and greed for winning more and more money.
That might work out in the traditional casinos but not cryptos. Every win should be proved fair and the seeds cannot be manipulated like that, at least with the trusted casinos. Might be the case with sites like bitcasino.io/vegascasino.io who selectively scam customers.

Copy and pasting.
I bought the account 1 week ago, as long as I use it I never copy and paste other people's posts.
I only made 2 posts per day

previous users who have done this. can it still be fixed sir?
No, you're scammed. Should teach you a nice lesson why you shouldn't buy accounts. We can still fix it for you tell us who sold you the account.
1090  Economy / Lending / Re: Lend me $10 via Bitcoin on: October 06, 2018, 01:40:57 PM
Ah - Ya. Take the domain you want as a collateral and lend me $10. Plz.

I will give it back as $25 within 10 days. #Insah'Allah!

I know you're trying to be generous for these loan seekers but giving them free monies regardless of the amount isn't professional. They're not worth the kindness. You have no idea what kind of heights these scums can go for a few pennies. Please stop it, instead give tips to members of the forum who are actively hunting scams and saving people of their hard earned money.
1091  Economy / Reputation / Is this merit begging? on: October 06, 2018, 01:32:14 PM
Came across a post on Altcoin Discussion section where a former bounty hunter writes,

Recently we have notice that there was a slight update on bitcointalk forum regarding our ranks from Jr. Member back to newbie rank if you don't even have a single merit. Sad to say, I have only activity point, so mine got reverted. And on that time, I still joined in a signature campaign, a good one, and I have a good track of stake that has no blank on the spreadsheet, and sad to say, when the update has done after a day, all of my stakes got void due to the fact that I am newbie again.
The bounty manager give me time just to recover my rank. He give me days. On that, I tried making good posts count just to make sure that I can get merit point. I really don't care how much merit point I can gather, even a single merit would do just to retain the rank. But unfortunately I didn't earned even a single merit.

Well, from now, I keep making good post, hoping that there would be a good heart that would give me a single merit just to continue and reclaim my bounty stake.

How about you folks, did you also have the wrong timing?

P.S I don't feel embarrassed by the forum because of what they have done. In fact, I love it because they can stop the other accounts that has a multiple account farming, and to retain a good post thread. Bitcointalk forum only makes update not just for their own good, but the good of others also.

And he gets a merit? Do you think requesting merits just so people can claim their bounty stakes is the ideal use of merits? Aren't they intended to rank deserving members up? The above case voids the purpose and thus, a negative should follow.
1092  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: $50,000 LOST TO BITCOIN ATM SCAM IN AUSTRALIA GEORGI GEORGIEV on: October 06, 2018, 01:21:12 PM
Complete Lack of Awareness - you pointed out the main thing about getting scammed. most people jumped into bitcoin without proper knowlwdge of basic cyber security and they are being easily phished, scammed etc. What we need is to help newbies providing basic web & cyber security, but there are many posts about those baby steps - we can't force anybody to read, right?
Exactly! As much as I love the technical expansions of bitcoins in the real-life scenarios, I feel equally sad for the security that these projects compromise. Bitcoin ATM sounds fancy but imagine the sacrifices one would make doing transactions on a public machine. You never know what sort of data they might store after your transactions.
1093  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Feedback: New crypto themed apparel site on: October 06, 2018, 12:54:17 PM
1. Website doesn't have a favicon, fix it.
2. Literally, two modals popped up on opening the website, not a good user experience.
3. Add some more stuff on the homepage apart from the T-shirts.
4. I really liked this one https://www.cryptolambomerch.com/collections/other/products/gotta-hodl-em-all Do you ship to Europe?
5. Honestly, $25 is a bit expensive for a T-shirt with a custom print.
1094  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Windows/Linux Cryptocurrency Desktop Price Ticker on: October 06, 2018, 12:44:38 PM
Damn dude, I never knew you could actually make create stuff like this with Lua. The source code looks comparatively easy. Can you link us to the Linex source files inside the repo? I can't seem to find it. Additionally, you could add some sort of button which helps to add new coins easier.
1095  Economy / Reputation / Re: Lutpin and Bitvest on: October 06, 2018, 12:00:13 PM
So as you may or may not know, Lightlord received a negative rating not long ago for not paying people on Bitvest and 777coin. He eventually did refill the escrow address and Lutpin, the ''manager'' if you can really call him that paid people on 777coin. The Bitvest escrow wallet was also filled https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1545749.2880
What's your point? Signature campaigns are on-demand services now? If you don't like the campaign and the manager how hard is it to just remove the signature and leave the campaign? But you won't lol

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1545749.msg45905886#msg45905886  He also said he was busy and had problems and couldn't count the posts, that was on September 19. It's october 6th and he still hasn't counted anything, I don't know if this is really worth a negative rating but he does have 1 btc hostage and he is not paying, he has been online these days, even posted on the forum. One of the worst managers out there and he has 120+ trust. It's not even about money at this point, I don't give a shit, I barely even made 300 posts, I could have done 1k+ but this guy is so lazy it's unreal.
People have lives outside of the forum and it's totally understandable to delay payments for a week or two if they have a history of paying people on time since ages. You must be fuckin retarded to call him the worst manager. Your attitude towards the reputable members on the forum and doubting their campaign management skills disgusts me.
1096  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Where to get Monero now? on: October 05, 2018, 07:49:56 PM
Shapeshift requires ID to make any conversion and Changelly doesn't work for me. Where can I convert bitcoin to monero without ID now? What exchange or service?
Changelly is a scam dude! You shouldn't be trading there for whatever reasons. You can buy monero almost everywhere where the general trading takes place. If you want to avoid all the exchange KYC hassle, create a thread on the forum and deal with someone trusted. Some accounts on LBC also offer to accept other coins privately so might as well want to checkout traders in your region
1097  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Blockchain Developers/Freelancers/Teams are needed for few projects on: October 05, 2018, 05:13:56 PM
We are looking for Blockchain Developers/Freelancers/Teams to execute few projects. Interested professionals can fill the form available at:

Thanks,
Amit
So this is how your business model works - Take a project by faking experience and showing you have a team of talented people when all you have is a google doc to hire random cucks from the forum. Once you manage to get an unprofessional team assembled, you hit the client with a business quote of which 80% of the money goes into your pockets are the cucks are left with pennies. Ladies, don't waste your talents in working for such Pajeet's who can't bring anything but a google doc to the table.
1098  Economy / Reputation / Re: One person has sent 50 merits to a service announcement thread. on: October 05, 2018, 05:01:48 PM

It should be 148 meirts, on the 8th floor someone also gave it 10merits.
I don't know what Nessie is.But such a short thread has only 8 replies, and all of them are very short ads. Is this really worth 148 merits?
This is a pretty naked provocation.
Complete waste of merits I would say! Imagine, if they were used to rank up some deserving high-quality posters. The reason why I call it a waste is because the merited account doesn't seem to be interested in participating in the forum or offer some services here. That is not the case with ChipMixer, they're running a signature campaign from a long time also offering mixing services here.
1099  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Looking to develop COINMARKETCAP or ICOBENCH on: October 05, 2018, 04:31:28 PM
Hello,

I'm looking for a/some developers to help me develop a website like coinmarketcap.com or icobench.com

I will pay.

Thank you

Beware of such Pajeet's and their overly expensive services. These guys would probably rip you off for more than what your budget is. Better hire freelance developers over these shit-heads who keep spamming the services boards on the forum.

@Arun Shit-Head: Show us your github profile if you have one. No one cares what hunny your linkedIn has.
1100  Other / Meta / Re: Petition for new mods who will ban users who troll and harass sites on: October 05, 2018, 04:25:14 PM
Everyone on this forum has the right to post as long as they respect the forum rules. If you report them and nothing happens, it means that they haven't crossed the forum's red line, which should be respected whether you agree with someone or not.

Just report them and if nothing happens: use the ignore option, the more attention you give 'em the more they'll go on.

I've have reported them for breaking actual forum rules. Mods done nothing
In that case, you could have opened a case in Meta and asked the community's views on the reported post? This does wonders and helps you find out if the post is actually against the forum's rules. 99.9% of the time if the report is unhandled, it's mostly the mods missed it otherwise it's just a bad report.
