1181  Economy / Services / Re: i'm looking for someone who can build QT wallet for BOONTY on: September 13, 2018, 12:54:05 PM
hi , i'm working on a new coin project , need someone who have environement to build QT wallet for a bounty
the coin is POS/MN start with ICO

if you are interested PM ME
QT wallet for a bounty? Am I reading this correctly or you're missing out on something? Why would you need a QT wallet for a bounty? It would make sense if the name of your coin is bounty which doesn't seem to be the case here...Sort your goals out mate.
1182  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: microverse.club - [ careful because the project is very suspicious ] on: September 01, 2018, 01:51:23 PM
Technically, this should be moved to reputation as no one lost money here yet. Also, I believe it's totally appropriate to run a company anonymously. I find the website rather funny and full of humor.

This page is not ready yet, we are working our ass off building it, fyi, so don't judge, please.

Maybe you should stop messing around and go back home.
^^lol I doubt one would take that website seriously enough to trust them with any coins.
1183  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICOs should only create Tokens with Working Product(s) on: September 01, 2018, 01:46:07 PM
Enough of people just creating tokens just for the sole purpose of trading it in exchanges and making money after the ICO. In order for a token to survive or stand the test of time, there is need for it to have a working product it directs supports. This is what a lot of tokens are lacking today.
Happy Realization I guess?

In my opinion, any token to be created should bring in something new. It must be a token that will add value to the society and not just for the purpose of trading it in exchanges and cashing out money.
Every white-paper "claims" to bring something new to the society *virtual society* Exchanges just don't like people accepting these changes Tongue You know if one wanted to change the world through ICO's, they wouldn't create them in the first place.

If we actually want cryptocurrency to survive and appeal to the ordinary people, then we must create ONLY tokens relevant to the society's needs or solves at least a particular societal problem.
Every ICO is created to solve some social problem. However, they don't get past the exchanges.
1184  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Bitcoin Wallet Blockchain Says It’s Adding 50k Users Per Day on: September 01, 2018, 01:39:32 PM
It's sad actually that 50k users make bad choices while choosing their first wallets. I wish someone had a track of daily torrent downloads for the core wallet and see how many people are relying on the ore and or running a full node.

Unless you're already balls deep I really can't see any noobs going down that route now there are so many other options. Which makes Blockchain's claims pretty surprising too. I'd choose almost anything other than that myself. The crappiest phone wallet is a large step up in security.
Like there are hundreds of tutorials and walkthroughs while setting up your own bitcoin wallet even if it's an SPV client like Electrum. My point is, anything typed/saved on the web is quite prone to numerous attacks especially if one is a noob. Better would be to install a desktop client and it's not that hard!

Imagine if blockchain.com's servers go down tomorrow. A hypothetical situation but only the ones with their private keys would be able to recover their monies back.
1185  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Eminem's New Song [Album] mentions Bitcoin :D on: September 01, 2018, 01:33:35 PM
I'm not sure how many of you follow him but that dude just dropped an album unexpectedly. While listening to it, I came across this song https://open.spotify.com/track/28FGV3ORH14MYORd7s5dlU?si=tqIkvUmtSLKMPLaNuvddDw Lyrics said,

Remember everybody used to bite nickel, now everybody doing bitcoin
Is bitcoin scaling into not-commercial underground Rap too? Either way, we're good!

Maybe it really is a sign that bitcoin will reach new hieghts. Is it the first song to ever mention bitcoin or cryptocurrency? Eminem Rocks!
I doubt it is the first song. Like someone in the thread pointed it out there are other bitcoin songs as well. I don't know why people don't understand the fact that it doesn't matter who mentions it. On a side note, here is bitcoin being mentioned in The Family Guy : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qaro6F6YkZM
1186  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchain and Cryptocurrency in Healthcare on: September 01, 2018, 01:30:49 PM
Hi Everyone!

We have a team that is researching how Blockchain and Cryptocurrency is being applied to Healthcare. Could you share information on any healthcare related blockchain and cryptocurrency projects you are aware of. In particular, do you feel any of these projects will have a truly transformational impact on the world of Healthcare?
I don't think you should be opening a new thread since there are similar threads in the Project Development & Bitcoin Discussion sections of the forum. They have a number of replies and links which would be helpful for you. You just need to search for the right keywords. Here are a few I found

ID,PHONE NUMBER,NAME, ADDRSS,STATE,PROVINCE -No Thanks. The gambling community here is very okay with sticking with our roots of anonymous gambling. Stop centralizing things than they already are.
1188  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to choose a good casino among the many others? on: September 01, 2018, 01:17:41 PM
It's simple
 - Don't be a high roller at casinos which are fairly new to the scene. Stick to the good old classic (like the one in my signature).
 - Don't fall for reviews posted anywhere else on the web apart from their official thread on bitcointalk (if they have one). If they don't, better avoid it.
 - Support > everything. If your query isn't answered within 24-48 hours, they can't be reliable.
 - Avoid playing the casinos tagged by the DT's here for gambling specific reasons.

I'll keep it short:

Fairness
Transparency
Anonymity (no KYC bullshit to be able to withdraw)
House Edge
Community
Support

1189  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Bitcoin Wallet Blockchain Says It’s Adding 50k Users Per Day on: September 01, 2018, 01:09:24 PM
Peter Smith
@OneMorePeter
CORRECTION: It's actually *Blockchain* signing up over 50,000 per day in the midst of this crypto downturn. It's delightful to see new entrants actually interested in *using* crypto. (Hi @crypto 👋 )
It's sad actually that 50k users make bad choices while choosing their first wallets. I wish someone had a track of daily torrent downloads for the core wallet and see how many people are relying on the ore and or running a full node.
1190  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Changenow.io selective scamming on: September 01, 2018, 01:03:26 PM
Let us clarify the situation:
AML and KYC are implemented by all legitimate money service businesses, ours included. We need our users to pass KYC on order to continue our operations without any legal problems from legal authorities.
But scumbag is bitcoin regulated in your country? Do they have laws related to bitcoin wherever you operate from? If bitcoin is not considered as a legal currency, how the fuck your exchange is a legitimate money business? Stop fuckin around people and pay them back. We don't need you.

We have a standard procedure for all verification cases. In order to complete your exchange, please turn to our tech support at support@changenow.io. Our specialists will guide you through the process to ensure the process is as smooth and comfortable for you as possible.
Shove your tech support up your arse. Stop centralizing bitcoin then it already is! Scam exchanges like you is why bitcoin has a bad name.

As for our alleged anonymity: we stopped being anonymous quite a while ago when our policy changed. We don't advertise ourselves as anonymous and it is stated in our FAQ, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy. All our customers automatically accept them when using ChangeNOW.
Like I said, exchanges like you are the root cause why bitcoin isn't going anywhere. I hope you run out of business soon.
1191  Economy / Reputation / Re: Member @VVginial is a scammer Mod please consider on: September 01, 2018, 12:55:33 PM
That is what happens when you try to buy/sell any digital accounts. Even if the deal went successfully, you could never have total control over the account and would always be recoverable by the original owner. Who in their right mindset buys twitter accounts? Takes two minutes to create one.
1192  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Eminem's New Song [Album] mentions Bitcoin :D on: September 01, 2018, 12:51:58 PM
Its no big deal. Eminem isn't the first to mention bitcoin in his song
But it isn't about anyone mentioning it, it's EMINEM who's like a living legend and imagine what that would mean for bitcoin!

! A lot of movies these days are scripted with Bitcoin being mention in almost every scene. Deals done here and there requiring bitcoin payment and all of that. A lot of celebrities these days wanna promote bitcoin. The currency is struggling because of politics, otherwise its actual worth at $30,000(my opinion) should be its trading price. The world is failing to see that bitcoin/ Digital currencies can end poverty if systematically adopted and the right regulatory framework put in place. Since it doesn't require government controlling the wages of people. So its time for every celebrity to preach and drive this message around, kudos however to Eminem's
You're totally making sense here and I agree with you. However, the currency is not struggling because of politics but the banks! The root cause is the cash liquidated from bitcoin to fiat. If people could spend bitcoin online on a larger scale, I doubt they would ever involve banks.
1193  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bounty Hunters Read on: August 31, 2018, 11:56:21 PM
LMAO, What's the OP criteria for him listing so called "trusted" bounty managers. I quickly scanned the list and I saw one who has negged already can he be trusted then?  Grin. And as @Patatas has mentioned, bounty campaigns has deluded this forum already and has over ran by spammers posting non-sense to meet the requirements.
Moreover, these participants consider the above managers as the God of the forum since their livelihood is heavily determined by the bounties they made by enrolling themselves into the bounties run by these managers. No wonder they're the best for them. These managers would apply in the bounties with their own accounts and won't even get caught for it.
1194  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Looking for investors for 3 cryptowebsite (avrg $90000/mon income) 80% completed on: August 31, 2018, 11:51:48 PM
i have 3 crypto websites underdevelopment 80% completed
 1- crypto marketcap
 2- ICO review
 3-Trading analysts

all sites are develop with python,
80% completed, As i'm out of budget so i need some investment to make these sites online
the average monthly income from these 3 sites will be $90,000 (through  adds, promotional articles, subscription fee etc)
I don't believe any of this. Without linking any of them in the post, it's hard to believe anything OP says. If it's 80% completed, you can probably link us to your development server or something? What idiot does it takes to predict the average income from a website that isn't fully completed yet? Remember the old saying - Don't count your eggs before they're hatched.
1195  Economy / Gambling / Re: Goodbye P3D,Hello HoHo!! on: August 31, 2018, 11:48:56 PM
Hey guys, here is HoHoGame,a blockchain game platform.Visit our website at hohogame.io!
"A blockchain game" - An instant turn off for me. Not that I don't trust such games but the majority of them never go past the ICO's.

No,it isnt similar with Fomo3d.Just stated above you do need up to buy their tokens to take significant dividends. The more purchaser the more value it do have and this is just an ico with different genre.
It's just an ICO with an ICO genre. Doesn't take a genius to figure that out.

LOL! I hoped that at least this board was safe from the ICO invasion, obviously I was wrong. Late 2018 and still scammers try to sell useless tokens.
Inserts the **That's where you're wrong kiddo meme here**
1196  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Eminem's New Song [Album] mentions Bitcoin :D on: August 31, 2018, 11:44:51 PM
It's on the song "Not Alike", and the words are actually said by Royce Da 5'9, rather than Eminem.
But it's featured on EM's album so it's still relevant to call it a Eminem song I guess.

It's certainly becoming more mainstream, with references to Bitcoin and crypto popping up more and more in popular culture.
That is only going to work in our favor, isn't it?

Here underground even does not smell for a long time. Eminem reached the level of MTV and remains there until now. The use of terms such as "bitcoin" in the songs, says only that he wants a piece of HYIP and does not disdain even such things. I don't like it, definitely.
Dude, what hype would be get by using bitcoin in his song? Like this thread has only 9 replies compared to other crappy ones.
1197  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: List of Scam ICOs on: August 31, 2018, 11:41:49 PM
Thanks, And I hope this list will help all these lazy newbie/investors to stay away from these scam ICOs and to these stupid bounty hunters who are still participating in this scam projects without researching the project first if they will be able to received their rewards or not.
What I meant is you should take your initiative out of bitcointalk and curate the list accordingly. In that way, if your website ranks up in the top results, it will be very easy for the newbies to figure out what ICO's are a scam. I'm pretty sure you'd have a decent earning model as well.

In my entire existence on this forum, I haven't even seen 99% of those names as trusted or trusted campaign managers around. This is the root cause of all the spam on the forum. I wish in the coming days this list is replaced by someone who actually knows how the manage campaigns. OP, your list is shit.
1200  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: List of Scam ICOs on: August 31, 2018, 02:38:40 PM
This is a nice compilation! I still believe newbies who fall for such scam projects haven't done their researches on bitcointalk. So maybe a legit review site off bitcointalk which hosts this information is much needed. Most of the ICO's listed out in this topic are still reviewed as "legit projects" but a shit ton of bounty hunters on their blogs and some paid review sites.
