381  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be aware, so many scam coins are around on: June 02, 2019, 11:38:13 PM
Yes, exactly they are around most especially now the market is regaining itself to continue scamming investors from where they stopped.
Good a thing there is IEO now, therefore the chances of scamming investors has been reduced unlike in the case of ICOs. It is wise to always take out time to study any project before even thinking if investing, whether IEO or ICO, a project needs to be studied to know the potential of the team behind it.
382  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Never buy too much coins because you would eventually forgot gosh on: June 02, 2019, 11:34:55 PM
As painful as it is, but it's the truth. Buying too much coin one might end up not keeping track of them.
In my own opinion, it's preferably buying just few with great use case and watching them to secure your investment than going for many and ending up losing your investment, unless you are in for short term.
383  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When Do you realize a Crypto project is scam or Fraud? on: June 02, 2019, 11:31:29 PM
Although most times it's hard to know, as some will pose real and will even present a good whitepaper, but I think that even at that there is need to check the team out thoroughly as well as the advisors to be sure they have the experience they claim to have.
Also, the objectives of the platform needs to be studied very well to be sure it is achievable and not hype. So I think if careful analysis is done at the onset it can be spotted if it's good project or not.
384  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why we should belive Crypto? on: June 02, 2019, 11:28:25 PM
Yes we should as what cryptocurrency and blockchain brought to this world is one of its kind and certianly what everyone needs, in this way showing that it has what it takes to revolutionize the world as we know it. To make it more interesting, we can see the number of platforms coming in because they have seen the potential thereof and how bright the future is.
385  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are you buying? on: June 02, 2019, 11:23:54 PM
Yes the market is recovering and it is good for everyone, am glad I bought some of my altcoins especially ETH and even currently am still laying my hands on promising altcoins with good team, product etc.
I just believe in the potential of the crypto space thus my reason of not slacking off.
386  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you determine potentiality of any Altcoins? on: June 02, 2019, 11:21:11 PM
This should be when the team have a clear aims and objectives just some assumptions but on what they really know and what to implement, through this building a good product. Now if this product is exactly what they promised initially then that project will grow as it shows the team didn't go back in their words. So the potentiality of any altcoin lies in the team and the product they offered.
387  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: When will the bull market come? on: June 01, 2019, 12:22:55 PM
This is a very huge question with no answer, even the top experts might not be able to give a tangible time frame for this. But to know or be assured there will be a bull run, take a look at the growth of the crypto market since this year, you will understand the market is gradually recovering, thereby giving all the hope or assurance that there will be a bull run and that the crypto space is not going away.
388  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't be too quick to judge ICOs on: June 01, 2019, 12:18:29 PM
I tend to disagree to a certian extent, most ICOs are scams infact majority of them.
It is only in ICO you will see a project achieving Hardcap and still refuse to list, with the excuse they are working on their project which then runs into months.
Some will achieve Hardcap and still list on terrible exchange, then abandon the project altogether.
Most will just exit scam, infact there are many ill activities in ICOs, only a little percent of ICOs really offered what they promised at least to a certain extent.

But in IEOs investors now have the power to chose which project to support or not without bothering about when they project will list etc.
389  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: can someone explain to me the motive behind airdrops? on: June 01, 2019, 12:09:11 PM
Airdrop or airdropping is a marketing strategy adopted by project teams so as to promote their project while rewarding community members who participate in doing so.
The painful side of airdrop is that, most teams now see it as a medium to leverage on the works of members while paying them little or nothing, or even coming up with excuses as why they won't pay .
390  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are ICOs gonna phase out very soon? on: June 01, 2019, 12:00:38 PM
I think they have already phased out, can't remember the last time I heard of a project going for ICO, even those that opted for ICO are now switching to IEOs, reason been that IEO tends to be a safer ground for all investors.
So I think, with time ICOs will cease to exist.
391  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should invest in projects that participate in BinanceChain ecosystem? on: June 01, 2019, 11:58:05 AM
What matters in any project is what the project in particular is Offering and not where it is launched. The team are capable of delivering, migrating to Binance chain isn't a criteria that a project will do well or will all of a sudden becomes valuable.
A team that knows what they want will always deliver that's for sure.
So if you come across a project, study it and don't let the blockchain it is launched on to limit you.
392  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are these coins shyt? on: June 01, 2019, 11:54:38 AM
Tron classic, seriously? Who is creating all these coins and who is even buying them. People should be careful of what they get involved with as scammers keeps living off investors funds.
I have never heard of that coin before, wonder what it will offer to be better than TRON.
393  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IEO is popular, what do you think? Will you participate? on: June 01, 2019, 11:49:33 AM
IEO is now far better than ICOs in all ramifications irrespective of the fact they both have similarities.
When it comes to protecting investors IEOs is better, when it comes to participating easily in public funding raising IEO is better, owing to this and many more I think participating in IEOs after due diligence is worth it.
394  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what happens if Bitcoin dies on: June 01, 2019, 10:06:37 AM
Bitcoin is not like any other systems of the world that can fail anyhow. Studying Bitcoin one will find out that it is solving a a very big and pressing issue which will continue to make it relevant in the world.
So I don't think there is any coin or system that will cause the death of Bitcoin.
Well, if we are to assume that is dies, then another coin will take its place because cryptocurrency has come to stay.
395  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: would you invest in IEO instead of ICO projects? on: June 01, 2019, 08:08:59 AM
But seriously, taking a closer look on the nature of IEOs and ICOs, you will agree with me that IEOs are better, both in terms of security of investors funds and otherwise. Also, we shouldn't overlook the facts that there are team members who lacks the ability to achieve their goals reason being that they lack the needed knowledge; thus this same team can be found in IEOs just like ICOs, so it's paramount to research before investing.
But in general terms, I would prefer to invest in IEO instead of ICO projects.
396  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Never Give up in crypto (my experience) on: May 26, 2019, 02:00:42 PM
Thanks for enlightenment and encouragement, I believe many will learn and be transformed.
The hard truth is, the future belongs to those who don't give up easily. Taking a look last year,  most abandoned the crypto space, sold at loss, said many thing because the market tanked, but since this year there have been a turn around, in this case who will they blame?
The crypto world offers something unique and solid, thus patience is highly needed so as to get to the right destination.
397  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is IEO better than ICO? on: May 26, 2019, 01:56:18 PM
IEO is much more better than ICO. Before now, any team can come up create a website and start ICO which most of time ends up scamming investors. But with the advent of IEO, every team now goes through exchanges which will verify and confirm them before accepting the project, that is to say to a certain level fraudulent teams will be rejected.
Also, exchanges wouldn't want to risk their reputation for any IEO if they fail to do the needful so as to protect investors. But in all, one thing truly matters; that is the exchange should be a good one capable of protecting investors.
398  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about IEO (Initial Exchange Offering) on: May 26, 2019, 01:51:16 PM
I think IEOs are correcting the mistakes caused by ICOs while filling the gaps thereof.
Also, IEOs looks promising as investors tends to trust the judgements of exchanges promoting any IEO, which is good too; and that is to say, exchanges plays a very big role in IEOs.
Furthermore, since exchanges plays a very big role, investors should be careful as most exchanges might spring up for the purpose of IEOs, in addition proper research is also needed before investing in an IEO whatsoever.
399  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are ICOs dead? on: May 26, 2019, 01:46:31 PM
You can't be mistaken for saying or rather asking that question; infact it looks like ICOs are dead because I don't think I have seen any upcoming project going for ICOs all are going for IEOs.
ICOs really missed the aim they were created for and it turned to a playground for scammers to make money off investors, but with IEOs now there is a certain level of confidence once more.
400  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Introducing the COTI multiDAG! on: May 26, 2019, 01:43:30 PM
Came across the project last year, and have been keeping close tabs. The underlying technologies within Coti makes it unique and thus setting it on the right path to cause the neccessry disruption.
Hoping the team continues in like manner while improving so as to add to the growth of the crypto world.
