1881  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 1,000,000 satoshi monthly jackpots MEGA-RICH(why BTC needs regulation) on: November 12, 2015, 05:48:55 AM
I am positively against it being regulated. That would be against what bitcoin stands for.
If it does that would misery for people wanting to trade it and will not be good for it in the future.

So basically the ability to start a company, build it's rep, and leave with all the coins in cold storage over and over again instead of a group who validates vendor identities&credibility? Even better: Evade taxes with hundreds of millions of street crime and white-collar crime money by laundering through BTC exchanges using tumblers? Those sucker tax payers and stupid national economies..

EDIT: I'm actually not surprised by this.. Hope you like dirt roads and farming..
Whoa! That's looking into it as an all dependant currency for an economical system without any others. Not there yet man.
And yeah I like dirt roads and farming, I am country after all Wink
I like the simpler life without being on a caffeine rush everyhour of every waking moment of my days.
1882  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Time to raise rates again on: November 12, 2015, 05:43:59 AM
Some campaigns just wanted an excuse to lower their pay rate and generate less complains, like magical dice, that calculated their USD rates considering the old BTC rates and the USD/BTC price as $200, less than the lowest BTC value since their campaign has launched.

If it is a problem you may stay with the campaigns that pay the same BTC rate no matter the price, there are a few around
This will show you what is happening with Magical Dice now with their change in usd rates:

Looks like a mess but they say they can pay, so just follow that thread to see if it will actually works to do that transition in payment rate from btc to usd.

Tomorrow it will be 300 or even lower.
No it won't, it is rising right now.
As a few posts up it is at 320 and has been for the last 2 hours. Doubt it will drop over night. There is still a lot of trading days left until the weekend.
1885  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Time to raise rates again on: November 12, 2015, 03:17:48 AM
They won't raise rates.

The only thing that would motivate them to raise rates is if we stopped posting, a strike.
Riot of the campaigners? Now that wont be pretty.
1886  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buying Bitcoin was a worst decision of my life on: November 12, 2015, 03:07:33 AM
I don't regret one bit for buying the bitcoins that I have. I heard about it on the news 2 years ago and was wanting to buy some things online so I tried it out and love using it. Not looking back now.
1887  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Illegal bitcoin exchange Coin.mx busted in NYC on: November 12, 2015, 01:26:42 AM
It has to be brought up in the courts. So that process takes months. They also need to collect as much evidence so to convict the accused(company) to the fullest extent of the law. That's why this won't be out of the news until the final verdict is decided and justice is served for all involved.

1889  Economy / Gambling / Re: Which one is easier to win at Blackjack or Poker? on: November 11, 2015, 11:54:33 PM
I ask this question because I am learning to play Blackjack it is simple if you follow the standard rules of the game but there is some luck involved too.
I haven't tried my hand in Poker yet but wanted some suggestions before trying it out.
Wanted to get a pokerstars account is this not recommended for beginners?

From your experience and your post above, you should know which one was more easy and more simple to do, and i think we had same oppinion that blackjack was easier than poker for any gambler...
Well I never played poker so I had no experience in it but was always hearing about how the pros make a lot from it so was wanting some opinions. I think I got enough answers to make a decision now. I thank all who said their views and advice on these two games. Will make it easier if I want to ever attempt to try at poker.

Well those pros have to play for hrs. Playing poker needs a lot of patience because not every time you have a good hands to play with

You can also lock the topic now that you have your answers.
Yeah. Answered enough times it is starting to sound redundant here.
Thank you all for your insight on this topic.
Locking thread now.

No one is easier. The skills you need to learn for both games are limitless. And both of games will probably rip your money  Cheesy
According to everybody else you don't need as much skill to play blackjack then poker, so your statement is false.
Most people again would disagree with you about them ripping you off. It would also depend on how good you are.
1893  Economy / Gambling / Re: Which one is easier to win at Blackjack or Poker? on: November 11, 2015, 04:49:11 AM
I have not played a hand of poker in my life so I will take everybody's sound advice here and not go against these high rollers at all the poker sites. Wink
I will stick with blackjack cause it is fast paced and better to play for not so experienced card players. I believe this is where you learn the basics of how to play at any card game.
But I always wondered: Does it matter in blackjack how many players are playing at your table? Does it lessen your odds to have a winning hand if there are more players sitting in at the table?
1st position or last position should matter either I would imagine.
1894  Economy / Speculation / Re: who is messing with bitcoin and to what purpose? on: November 11, 2015, 04:40:49 AM
From $250 to $500, back to $300 in a span of a few weeks or even days?
This does not look like market trading at all.
Bitcoin is a $4bil entity. Although relatively small, it is big enough NOT to have such volatility.

Greedy people does this. They could've atleast make things slower rather than the fast dumping and pumping of the price. I don't know what is in their mind but a lot of people are affected by their greed.
This is all happening due to greed. I doubt that.. It is a strategic move initialed by whales and the China holders to stop increase cold in it's tracks. It is due to fear.
1895  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Time to raise rates again on: November 11, 2015, 04:37:16 AM
yes i'm agree with you since bitcoin price back again to $310 i think the pay rates should be back with the previous rates

Or even raise them to early 2014 rates since it looks like BTC value just keeps dropping every hour.
If it is $214 by morning I think all campaigners are going to ask all their managers to do this.
1896  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Time to raise rates again on: November 11, 2015, 04:15:38 AM
To think that the price may go less than $300 I think the price should be back to it's original rates again. Tho with the insane votaloty of bitcoin at the moment I also think that it is advisable to have a fixed rate in $$$ to keep it fair for the campaigner and the participants.

This will probably be done but I think others are waiting to see how M.D campaign does first as they were the ones who is trying this new format out.
1897  Economy / Speculation / Re: Below 300$ in 3,2,1... on: November 11, 2015, 04:12:38 AM
I think $300 will hold at this time.

Do you guys think the price will go up before the year ends?
Yes of course. With downward spirals there is always a rise but it probably won't be as fast as the previous one.

They already have a huge client base so they will be good competition for the market leader in the online seller realm.
1900  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC Price going back to $250??? on: November 11, 2015, 03:21:47 AM
Yeah really depressing to see it go down by such a big amount each day  Embarrassed

It will be next week when we se it at the estimated target of $250 that soon.
