I like sports books so I have been seeing some progress in the betbtc site that just popped up last week.
It is something different as you are betting against other players and matching their odds instead of the house book. So you don't wager as much on your bets and the loss isn't so great if you lose.  Wink
1622  Economy / Speculation / Re: Here we go sub 400! on: January 22, 2016, 06:35:45 PM
Did it just bottom out at $390? I saw a posting on the wall observer thread and some are posting crying memes
It is Friday so am watching the price too closely too and won't all night as it was to depressing at the end of this week already  Sad
1623  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: January 22, 2016, 06:33:03 PM
^Some folks r slow 2 catch on.
No, just wanting to know is the price so boring and in between of rises and falls of it, they need to entertain themselves with accusing each other of wearing tin foil toques that all  Cheesy
1624  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: bitcoin instant anyone try them opened for 1 day so far on: January 22, 2016, 01:39:00 AM
Bitrotor.com stopped payment on my deposit  10hours ago. Sad
What is bitrotor? Is this another site or an affiliate of bitcoin instant?
Update: I just noticed the site is back online and it is making payments again. I don't know what happened to it for 6 hours but it seems to be working again for the moment  Undecided
Withdrawals are working for it too. Back to normal?

And I thought this thread was about the price of coin not about who has bigger internet shlong  Roll Eyes
LOL sometimes this thread has the most humorous things I have ever seen.

Would this not be considered a food when it sent to other countries and confiscated by border patrols at immigration crossing as such?
Maybe listing as spice is different but you ever see those shows on tv about airport authorties? They do checks at mailing port too for this.
1627  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: bitcoin instant anyone try them opened for 1 day so far on: January 21, 2016, 01:48:17 PM
It is scam. When going to the site it says untrusted then it goes to bad gateway then times out.
Avoid as it has scammed everyone and has run with countless BTC.
1628  Economy / Speculation / Re: Here we go sub 400! on: January 21, 2016, 01:38:48 PM
Didn't last very long.
What you talking about  Shocked It was as high as 420's last night. It has scaled back down to 410 but still a good jump up from recent weeks and not too soon as I would say.
1629  Economy / Exchanges / Re: is this website is legit or any 1 have idea about that website? on: January 20, 2016, 01:15:12 PM
I don't even want to click on the link of fear from getting infected with a virus that would steal my wallet information and coins. Any thing that is untrusted is best to be left alone.
Their are plenty of reliable exchangers out there you just need to find out from a good source on which ones to use.
1630  Economy / Speculation / Re: Back to $ 400 soon? on: January 20, 2016, 01:11:25 PM
This week has been a bad ass for users , i hope it will take some time to get into 400$ again.
Price is pumping between 480-485$

I think this is stable enough for us not to worry...price has been there since yesterday.. I hope next week we could see a little movement..  Smiley

Bitcoin is everything but stable, I don't find the price right now stable
When bitcoin was around $400, that was stable
I'm looking forward to see bitcoin up there again.

yeah..everyone wants bitcoin to be at $400 again, lets just hope that it gets there next week...  Smiley
It has already within the past 20 minutes. Bitfinex is showing 401.1 and it is not stopping.
It will stabilize probably by next week. Something in the news is causing this stir in the morning because it was $375 and fluttering all night last night.
1631  Economy / Speculation / Re: Here we go sub 400! on: January 20, 2016, 01:09:14 PM
It is happening now people  Wink
$400 now on bitfinex!
Buckle your seatbelts it is going to be a bumpy ride but enjoy it while it is rising and it looks to be for the entire rest of today. Next stop $450  Grin

Just as long as the casino is legit and pays out the players their winnings at the end of the day that is all that matters.
And giving the bonuses they promise when you sign up for an account with them is also a must  Wink

But this kind of thing doesnt guarantee that the site will become the best. There are many thing that need to be considered for becoming best casino like deposit, withdrawal and their support how they are going to manage if there is some problem. See how Stunna at PD solve things. He manage everything well and he is a well known user on BCT too that make him trust worthy. All of your saying is just some tiny part of it
PD is prime dice? I don't use dice as bitcasino. Never had an interest in it. If he manages it well then his customer base must be loyal thus a larger one.
I can see what you are saying. Support is important cause when it comes to money nobody likes to be left hanging on to their balls in a storm waiting for an answer when you are left out in the cold. I have been there and it is a horrible feeling. They are not doing their job as support if their clients don't feel taken care of within 24 hours of their initial contact to their company's support team.

1634  Economy / Exchanges / Bitstamp not showing on ticker on: January 20, 2016, 02:11:57 AM
I was watching bitstamp price on a ticker app that I have and noticed that the price just stopped all the sudden for 10 minutes. That was strange I thought, because it is constantly trading and almost have some kind of movement. Then it all the sudden cleared without any numbers just hyphen for about 3 minutes.
What happened to their exchange? Outage maybe.
It is back now but that was weird because I was watching it for 2 hours waiting to buy at the right time then this happens it is bad for a high volume trader who relies on their price if they are buying for a client or themselves.

Very unique, especially since it is tied to an alt coin that is related to the program.  Will you be able to upgrade the mines, will the mines cost an additional amount from what the access codes cost ?  I also don't think you should really limit the amount of accounts because that really limits the development and adoption of the coin and the website.
So you are in on this game? It sure sounds like it  Wink
Have you commited/ invested into it yet?
If so, tell us your profits in this and I might put in some of my own if it pays out.  Grin
1636  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: Minute-btc anybody use them and profited? on: January 15, 2016, 08:24:18 PM
Your deposit is so small it doesn't register the compounding interest because I believe it rounds to the nearest thousand.

Yeah , got it sorted out.  @iefken told me that. Don't have much, will get some via faucet and invest in some websites later.
That is what I do to not waste any of my reserve. You are smart to do this that way in recycling your earnings.
That is only way to do it with these type of sites.
1637  Economy / Speculation / Re: Here we go sub 400! on: January 15, 2016, 03:52:53 AM
I think about 415-420$ there is an important support.
It has reached $415 already within the last 2 hours from $430. That enough for most to bail their coins yet?
At this rate it will reach that $400 wall that everybody has been supporting by morning.  Undecided
1638  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: Minute-btc anybody use them and profited? on: January 15, 2016, 03:46:31 AM
You are correct. If it is set to 100% compounding it goes directly to your deposit balance so it is able too grow. If you want it to go to your withdrawal balance you have to select it to completely (all of the interest gained)compounding to 0%.
1639  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who here has made a lot of money from bitcoin? on: January 15, 2016, 02:02:09 AM
i bought at $6 a bitcoin in 2012.. im sitting pretty and no longer care about the spikes or dumps of daily/weekly/monthly activity.

i spend what i want when i want and know im better off then i was in 2012. i dont even get excited about the penny pushers dreams of $10,000-$1m a bitcoin.
as thats just the dream of people with only $20 dreaming of becoming millionaires without actually earning bitcoin properly
The question is: How many bitcoins did you purchase so you can say you are sitting pretty now and when did you sell if you did at all to not be able to care about the price from where it stands now and going into the future?
Buying at $6 a coin will never ever happen again. Not in this life time even for those ones living in a dream bubble.

Well not if you buy BTC. ETH is at about 1$ a pop right now. I bought a 1000 just to make sure. And some Dash and some XMR. Seems development is going a lot quicker on other coins then bitcoin lately.
Don't know much about ETH but if it required to download another wallet, then no thanks.
I have 4 different wallets and the .dat files have clogged my hard drive to the point of almost having it run at a snails pace.

Yep.... bitcoin's current situation is so horrible that it is preparing to CRASH.....

UP!!!!!

 Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy
It is crashing right now, if seeing it drop a dollar per minute is not foreboding then I don't know what is  Huh

$433 then all the way down to $421. Ohhh the humanity!  Shocked
