I don't know. Try and put something into Gemini and let us know what happens in 6 months if your bitcoin is still there. There is no need to put any money in Gemini just to test the possibility that it will lose your bitcoin. There are at least 3000 bitcoin there every day. People are asking if exchanges are trustworthy or risky. Gemini seems to growing into being a big one according to that statistic you put into this discussion. The quote "To big to fail." come to mind? I told him to put some in and try them out. If you make some profit on their exchange then you have already answered your own question on if they are trustworthy or not. |

Everyday I hear more and more bad things about coinbase
I believe Coinbase is doing quite well. They have filed patents on bitcoin products and expanded their markets to Asia. They are a big company now and will be audited. Difficult for Coinbase to pull a "Gox" nowadays. They don't force you to buy or sell with them. If you just want to transfer bitcoin to them there is no issue and they don't ask anything from you. |

just a suggestion
can you point out the ugly part so that we can have a look If you are part of the team that looks after the design of it. Then yes I can point out some flaws in the member's sig: It looks crooked and off a bit. Sort of jagged and actually like lego blocks stacked but with large gaps inbetween. Just pointing out my criticisms but they are to help out this camp. The senior sigs like good I don't know if it is because it is color and the avatar looks very appealing to the eye as well. |

I have uninstalled the Mycelium app and I would advise others to do the same.
what platform you mean now? IOS or Anroid? Because I never had any issues with Android one.. im assuming hes talkinf about the iOS one, ive tried using it before but it just doesnt work well, transactions take half a day to show up in the wallet. the android one on the other hand works exceptionally It shouldn't matter which one you are using, they should both function the same way. An update might be in order on iOS for it to work out any bugs. 9.1 is out now. |

It is relevant due to a commodities value. Our dollar changes here when gasoline goes up so it is dependant of the cost of a barrel of oil. If that goes up so does our dollar.
Same with any other currency but with a different factor involved.
Now this currency seems to be reliant on the exchanges and sell/buy scenarios. This is never so easy to predict. Because people's actions are always unpredictable.

Okay....I am so confused! What are the rules of this game. We figure out who who's using whose bitcoin address, we associate them with an alternate username, and then we accuse them of scamming? If our accusations are proven then we win some bitcoin? What do the alternative lifestyles have to do with the subject?
So, so confusing! I think the whole thing is one big conspiracy to avoid being "outed" or something! Right?

Save up, buy a mortgage. Instead of spending money on beer and Mcdonalds spend it on paint and tools. Once the house is an acceptable standard start renting it out. Save up to buy another, rise and repeat.
But you need capital just like anything else to start a business venture. How long do you think you would need to save up to get a mortgage so you can get a house? Renting out requires you to be a landlord so that would mean to quit your day job if you have more than 2 houses to do repairs and collect the rent from tenants. A lot of work involved. Old houses always have problems and in need of repairs every year. Who can afford to buy a even a semi-new house now? $400k, no body has money like that just laying around anymore with the economical state the world is in now. |
