Some of that plastic wrap coating for the aluminum would protect from scratches in assembly. Mercury so only one PCIE-6 plug protruding. T-20 torx was noted as the screw size and is so. Wow, my PCI-E-4 lead must be wrong. The PCI-e 4 lead has yellow to the clip side while a PCI-E-6 video card testing cable has ground to clip side. I just tested ground between the center two pins of the Molex 4 pin connector and the PCI-E-6 and found the ground on the clip side of the PCI-E-6 as found on the video card test cable. Good thing I checked. Also, the 12v of the Molex 4 is not common with the 12v of the PCI-E-6. Okay all up and running. Somehow the password was missing a digit and that probably explains why there was no indication of testing on Slush. So, the IP address wasn't showing up on linux arp -a so I went to my router and checked the DHCP table and there it was. So, changed the password and restarted. getting 10 HW errors in a row after about 8 accepted, repeatedly, sometimes only one or two accepted before a 10 HW error notation. Wow, does DHL draw a vacuum. They won't deliver to a US Post Office. If I want to pick it up at a DHL office they only offer Atlanta, and I'm halfway between Atlanta and Columbus and a good deal west. So, that's out. I gave them my home address but my property is always gates closed and my home is 2½ acres distant from the drive gate. If I leave the gate open, a neighbor's dog kills my chickens. These are free ranging chickens and don't get cooped up all day unless I have to spend the night away. I asked for a time to expect delivery and was told anytime between 8AM and 8PM. I'd say call my cell but my cell doesn't get any reception here. If the weather's nice I'll be out in the yard and won't hear the home phone. Had a problem with DHL once before. They tried to deliver a radio. It had arrived at the Columbus office. Found a note saying they had been here 3 times and were returning it. They lied. Driver just didn't want to make the trip again. No fence in those days. No excuse, just lazy, lying DHL driver back then.
Are you saying that the root problem is the neighbor's dog? The problem is that DHL won't deliver to my US Post Office Box. I don't take deliveries at my home unless there is absolutely no alternative. When I gave in and said okay and said deliver it to my home I couldn't get a reasonable window on when to expect delivery; I need to be here available from early morning to 8PM tomorrow night and I had tentative plans to be somewhere else. Add to that the annoyance that the gate is 500' away and stays closed except when I'm passing thru it...it's just not a good delivery arrangement. Some upgrade, I wasn't consulted except for the original shipping spec and I said UPS and for this reason. So, the chickens will be cooped up until after delivery and the gate will be left open. Foxes too but after asking a kid next door to cool it flying by the chicken coop in his ATV, my chickens started getting killed. I thought it was the fox I was seeing on my trailcams until I heard a commotion right out front and there was the neighbor's beagle laying waste to my flock. I put up the fence. Over 3 acres fenced. Haven't lost any more chickens.

Did they change from UTC to EDT on the fly?
Thursday, October 17, 2013 Location Time 9 Customs status updated CINCINNATI HUB, OH - USA 18:41 8 Departed Facility in BRUSSELS - BELGIUM BRUSSELS - BELGIUM 21:39 7 Processed at BRUSSELS - BELGIUM BRUSSELS - BELGIUM 11:15 6 Arrived at Sort Facility BRUSSELS - BELGIUM BRUSSELS - BELGIUM 01:44
Lucky you, mine left the same time yours did from Brussels, but still no update from there, and they told me mine is scheduled for Tuesday, but I'm in Hawaii Further Detail: Shipment has been given a release by Customs. Next Step: Unless there is an adhoc exam or a stop by another regulatory authority the shipment will proceed to delivery (ad hoc exam: we don't need no stinkin badges...)

I'm pretty sure it just goes according to local time, like airlines do with departure/arrival times. ..didn't know that. when talking to DHL what did they quote your for delivery date? what is your region? Mid-west Georgia, sometime tomorrow between I think they said 8AM but I am sure they said the late limit is 8PM. Couldn't give me a tighter window and I had something I was thinking of going to tomorrow.

If the US waged WWII the way we operate today, we'd have lost. Anyway, was this an engineering decision, packaging fails so change the shipper?

wow, pretty easy setup...would have done it in less than 5 or 10 minutes, but I had to take down a litecoin rig to "borrow" its 1200w Coolmaster...I have a Corsair HX1050 but was scared to use it. Alittle overkill for a Saturn, but I also have 2 Blades running off this Coolmaster PSU.
Anyway, haven't slept in a while, will upgrade firmware later....see how that goes. Thanks KNC.
What version firmware did it arrive with?

36X Day 2 here just changed status to "Shipped" its a pickup so I guess they have to now ship it to their office where it can be picked up from as I imagine they don't want ppl having around the factory.
just a note my 304x unit just got the tracking number like 2hrs ago it is showing DHL tomorrow (Friday) i'd call if DHL and set things up at least they can give you the DAY it arrives from this number 1-800-225-5345 er again the tracking number shows Brussels calling the number and a live person told me it would arrive tomorrow ..(I was shocked) just so you are warned! anyway the point of this is it took 2 1/2 days to go from Sweden to the Midwest usa...so jump on the DHL tracking when you get the number imho Searing My Mercury is, according to DHL, in Brussels since 1:44AM, processed in Brussels at 11:15AM. Calling I found I can expect delivery tomorrow by end of the business day. DHL instead of UPS, not sure if that's good or bad. Is your Mercury going to the USA? I can't imagine mine getting to me tomorrow from Brussels... http://postimg.org/image/fblcmw481My tracking screen is exactly the same. Same dates and times. This is what the guy said at DHL when I gave him my Brussels tracking number (1-800-225-5345) ...maybe it is scanned in Brussels goes on a plane and is not scanned again till it hits the truck to ship it to me ..no idea..but he said between 10am and 8pm tomorrow Friday 10/17/2013 (maybe Brussels is code for "teleport' Searing Just to be sure I check my post office twice today as mine is being shipped to a PO Box. Just before closing I asked at the counter and found DHL doesn't have a contract with USPS anymore and won't deliver to PO Boxes. Must find what office it will be going to. Anyway, I thought DHL was posting time relative to me but no, it's in UTC so apparently the Mercury just left Brussels a little while ago. It had been at Brussels 23 hours 55 minutes.

Can confirm this. With 0.96 I'm "only" getting 107GH/s and with 0.95 it was an average of 115GH/s (Mercury). Any idea to improve this? Think It could run at least 120 - 130GH/s?!

There was mention of grading numbers but I was unsure if it had to do with the power modules or the ASIC modules. Has yours one of those stickers having a number 1 to 4? There is a sticker with number 1 on it. http://imgur.com/I2g2GHMSilv0r Okay, that's suppose to be best. Glad they're putting 1's in Merc's.

The Saturn just survived it's first power outage...was only 3 seconds(A storm here), but that's dangerous in itself...the miner auto-rebooted, auto-connected & started re-hashing just fine... You were trying to configure wireless via bridge. You succeeded I hope. I want to do something similar but not just protect my miners, I think I'll have [cable docsis modem] --> Linksys (Cisco) E900 wirelessly transmitting --> an access point or bridge of some kind immediately next to it --> another Linksys (Cisco) E900 which will feed my network, miners, tablets and computers. The separation of hardwire cable in between the docsis -> first E900 and the AP or bridge will protect against a high voltage in via the cable. Won't protect my TV tho. What worked, was using the laptop's wireless connection to access the hotspot as a server, enabling DHCP, assigning it an address, then running an ethernet cord to a regular ethernet switch, where my desktops & miners are all connected using I.P.'s all assigned within the same range, using the laptop's connection as the gateway. This also allowed me to move the laptop right next to the android, in the kitchen, when the ethernet switch is here in the livingroom, works excellent *anyone who tries this should know to do all I.P. sniffing from the server(Laptop) Sounds great. Are the devices on the ethernet swtich on the same network as the laptop's wireless? Or different networks and the laptop routing data from the one network to the other? And if this latter, does it take any software not typically found on WinXP?
