Further, how exactly can you hire --and thus, prioritize-- marketing team --implying, though not necessarily means, more than one person-- instead of customer support? Which kind of strategic planning is this? Why can't you hire a single person as your customer service, especially as you said you've invested so much on it? Or, since the customer support team is currently nonexistent and you seemingly handled them yourself, why don't you just use your picture instead of using fake profiles?

Last, I also understand correctly that these numbers are also "slightly stretched"?

And now when you finally did not get your payment, you cried and complained here? What about your bounty participants in the past? Umm... not sure if it's just me, but I tried to access the clearnet through mobile browser and switch them to desktop version, it worked on mozilla-based browser, but on chrome and brave --i.e. chromium-based-- it's stuck on site verification step, the captcha won't stop circling and won't let me proceed to the page, instead it'll just keep refreshing the page. Switching back to mobile version solved it, and accessing through mozilla-based works fine both on mobile and desktop-version. So suppose you have $80.00 and wagered $2.00 [in btc], and you lose, your remaining balance will be $78.02 instead of $78.00, while if you win, your balance will be $82.00?

I think this should be clarified as it brought quite a magnitude to the case.

the bug was the gambler's account will be credited $0.02 when they lose a bet. From what I understand it doesn't matter how much the bet is, as long as the bet it is a loss, a $0.02 will be credited to the gambler's account. that's why the OP said when he bets $2 he will lose $1.98 because the $0.02 will be credited to his account because of the bug. also, according to the OP, the bug only works if you are betting using BTC.

as for the Housebet.io claiming the OP is betting "risk-free", Housebet.io claimed on their ANN thread that the OP is betting with $0.01, so when OP's bet ends up losing, his account will be credited $0.02 because of the bug.

So in other words, no matter what the outcome of the bet OP played, he'll be credited with some BTC? To OP and to HousebetsIo, can you both confirm this?

Further, to HousebetsIo, if you can provide the screenshot of OP's betting history containing this allegation of cheating [suppose it didn't perceived as a breach of privacy and/or both you and OP are comfortable sharing it] it'll work good to completing our puzzle.

Nonetheless, if what's above is true, that OP played a game where he'll never lose funds, be it he got a losing or winning bet, then I think the best outcome for both party right now is for HouseBets to return OP's deposit [without the winning] and both of you take separate way. Sounds unfair for the platform, some might argue, but I'll say it's a well deserved path as OP indirectly point out a bug. While those who think it's unfair for the OP because OP gain some "honest" amount through his winning, well, OP cheated too, so the middle way is to remove everything altogether

As stated, they've agreed and gave their permission --ChangeHero asked prior to executing it-- to cancel the buy order with the penalty. It might be worth to mention that OP also didn't bother to wait for ChangeHero's response. Their last online time was few hours before ChangeHero's reply. If I may pull out an assumption here --other than a possibility that they wrote this thread with alt and monitored the development of their case through their main-- they might finally got out from their frustration and acknowledged that they shared a blame, thus didn't pursue this case any longer.

It might be a bit redundant given the warning of the list of impersonating sites is already made on the opening post, but I think it's better be ~~safe~~ redundant than sorry, I noticed that the impersonating site also have their own tor page.

Adding to Pandu Geddon's statement, what happened is the other way round, it's not that they can't join other campaign because they got tagged due to participating on 1xbit, they joined 1xbit because they're already tagged. Mostly, 1xbit participants are those who can't join other campaigns due to their violation and negative feedbacks, so they resort only to the last campaign who's... well, at the bottom of the barrel.
