Hey. What's everyone whispering about?

Hey everybody. I'm Husband. I've had my mining rig up and running for about a week and I'm at ~7 BTC so far.
I've heard this one before.

I think he heard the word "ponzi" and liked it. Didn't understand it, but he liked it.
It has a tickly feel to it if you emphasize the z

I hate money

Moving all the USD to the US will make seizure of funds more likely.
This is why I'm not going to be using Mt. Gox (though I admit, I never did ) It's just asking for a problem. Let's just setup the pirate/hydra bay over here too and see how well that goes.

EVEN LAND? Well yeah, where do you think the resources are? I don't know for other countries, but in Canada, even when you "own" a part of land, you only own the surface. If there's a gold mine under your house, any mining corporation can buy a mining claim for the gold mine under your house and own the underground of your land. If they need to dig, you need to get the fuck out, their private rights goes over yours. If I have to choose, I prefer a lot having my land owned by a state corporation instead of a private corporation. At least, I can vote for the government controlling the state corporation. And controlled by a privileged few.
Yeah sure, the administration will be made by a couple of persons. Like I said before, at least, I can vote for the government, but I can't for the private firms. Also, the profit made from the raw resources come back in our collective pockets, instead of going into the pockets of a few shareholders. I don't like it. It still gives favor to the guy with the most money. I hate that guy. His name is probably Steve.

Yeah something for the average Joe to sell something, or accept donations with. That would be super-duper.

Namecheap.com accepts bitcoin now.
Everyone seems to like those guys. They were against SOPA, too.

Where do I get bitecoins?
At the Bitecoin market Just don't mix them with your BBQcoins.

I completely agree with that. One of our local politician leader is trying to promote the nationalization of our resources since, like he said: "What nobody has made should be owned by everybody."
EVEN LAND?

A man who likes to shake out weak hands.
Isn't it a little bit mean to bash weak hands. The coins need wider circulation, first you sell to the newcomers and then you blame them for selling the coins back to you cheaper. Shame on you! For how long will the new ones come if theyre treated like this?? For however long Bitcoin can turn a profit

I don't believe there is one, and if there was, it'd kill your iPhone really quick and wouldn't yield a whole lot in return

Why's your account worth 400$ I don't play, but I am curious. I've seen this kind of stuff go before; what's the reasoning behind it? Instant gratification for the buyer?

Should be interesting how the bank owned media portrays it.
"And this just in: a credit card for terrorists, pedophiles and drug abusers? It's more likely than you think."

Until one can live a comfortable life using only BTC, I don't know how far we'll ever get with decentralized trading. Ripple sounds great, but there's still a huge amount of trust to be had. And traders still gotta make some money to make it worth their time. Capitalism is a bitch ain't it If you can make money, there's no reason not to.

One of the early times I looked into it it seemed like a sea of chat-rooms consisting of a lone pervert looking for someone to remotely diddle.
I'm pretty sure this applies to the Internet now. Seconded.
