If it hasn't been mentioned before, OP, ripple is trying to spread 50 billion ripples evenly among as many people as they possibly can.  I think that's about as close as you'll ever get to what you want.

Wouldn't mind some secure p2p instant messaging within browser Grin

I'm a 17 year old girl with huge bazongas.

It's true, I've seen them.

So Asics cards and Solar Panels and/or a tesla free energy device should be my next play?
To much capital involved in Solar Panels (and you can only mine on sunny days?).  Better to go for the Tesla Free Energy Device.  I've seen a few "over-unity" wheels demonstrated on YouTube, you might want to give one of them a try.  So far they all come close, but nobody has perfected the design yet.  From what I've seen/heard, apparently it will just take a bit more tweaking and the solution will be available.

The internet needs a sarcasm font really badly.  I just know someone is going to take me seriously.

ARE YOU SERIOUS BRO?  THATS AMAZING!

You could make it illegal to control more than one issuing authority.
There's all kinds of cool things you can do if people put you in charge and gave you a gun. But you have to take people's freedom away to do it, and that's an awfully high a price to pay. The challenge is to come up with ways to make people's lives better than don't require people to threaten each other into going along with the scheme. Ideally, this time no one would have to get nailed to anything.

Can we at least agree that whoever ends up with a gun and in charge take the Kardashians out back and shoot them?

No. Stupidity is not a crime.

True.  It's too great an asset to the nation's leaders to ever be illegal.

4035  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Will ripple.com succeed? on: February 21, 2013, 02:12:20 PM
I still don't understand ripple.  I managed to get 50k from the give-away, but.  AFAIK, they're supposed to be kinda like stamps.  They made 10bil I think?  Which kinda bugs me.  Cos of the centralization.  But I don't understand ripple at all so I can't really make a judgment.
