I've been following Github activity of Cardano for a while, and I must admit that it's quite awesome! No doubt these are amazing facts but they should have to develop a light weight wallet to store this coin with confidence. Deadalus is one of the most stupid wallet in the history of cryptocurrency and unfortunately I am using this and facing trouble to keep this update. I've never faced any major issue with Daedalus; I'm not sure (and confused) why you think it's the "most stupid wallet in the history of cryptocurrency"... Plus: You should only use Daedalus if you want a full node; if you don't want a full node, use a light-client wallet such as Yoroi.

Bitfinex added to the comparison. HitBtc does have KYC but It's very unclear on how they do it (I suggest writing it in red so people are aware). From what I searched and understood (From Reddit), It can happen anytime they detect some unusual (or so they say) activity in your account. Okex has fiat trading (only deposits apparently) using Bank account, Alipay & WeChat pay. Poloniex seems to have enforced KYC as well (applies for both old and new users). Thanks, updated!

That being said after being scammed on HUSH trading. The day after i bought the coins they put it in maintenance and the coins have been stuck there since.
HUSH located in Cryptopia's HUSH address are still safe (not transferred), so you'll eventually get them back. No need to worry.

Why two merits for this image? What am I missing here? Bart gets one merit and so does spongebob... Really? ...and what about the third one? EDIT: There are four now! Why two merits for this image? What am I missing here? Price movements like Bart’s hair - Bart - De-bart - Bart - De-bart We’ve been stuck in this shitty range for ages now Up, down, up, down, up, down in small (ish) increments Understandable; BTW, Wall Observers sometimes (or maybe mostly) forget the real value of a "merit".

Repost of a classic chart (source unknown): If this graph is real shiieet. Prepare to wait 3-4+ years to see $10k+ again. Now I feel like shit. From $200 to $20k was the best chance I ever had and I've seen it coming 7-8 months before it happened (when it was around $1500) and yet I didn't do much about it. You: We are not in a bubble unless we touch 20k$/piece
Also you: $20k on cex.io We did it! You predicted almost the perfect top - and even celebrated the "bubble" (according to your own prediction); So... how's your HODLing going, mate?

An update by New Zealand Police: Update: Investigation involving cryptocurrency companyWednesday, 16 January 2019 - 7:30pm National News The investigation into the alleged unauthorised transaction of cryptocurrency at the Christchurch company Cryptopia has continued today. The inquiry is still in its very early stages and police are continuing to work with Cryptopia to establish what has happened and how. Police are not yet in a position to say how much cryptocurrency is involved, other than it is a significant amount. A large team, including Canterbury CIB and specialist staff from the police High Tech Crime Unit, have been assigned to the case. There has been a visible police presence at the company’s Colombo Street headquarters throughout the day as police take the steps needed to progress the investigation. While police are unable to go into details about specific steps being taken at this stage, we can say that our focus includes commencing both a forensic digital investigation of the company, and a physical scene examination at the building. We are dealing with a complex situation and we are unable to put a timeframe on how long the investigation may take. We are also aware of speculation in the online community about what might have occurred. It is too early for us to draw any conclusions and Police will keep an open mind on all possibilities while we gather the information we need. A priority for police is to identify and, if possible, recover missing funds for Cryptopia customers; however there are likely to be many challenges to achieving this. We would also like to make clear that Cryptopia are cooperating fully with the investigation team and a media report that police ‘stormed’ the building today is entirely incorrect. Anyone with information which could assist the investigation can contact police by email at crypto@police.govt.nz (link sends e-mail). ENDS Issued by Police Media Centre. https://www.police.govt.nz/news/release/update-investigation-involving-cryptocurrency-company

Is there any estimation how long will be the upgrade delayed?
According to CoinDesk: A new fork date will be decided during another ethereum dev call on Friday. Fork = upgrade

Funny how Mr. CZ is using this failure for his product's promotion: Store coins yourself. You fight hackers yourself, and guard from losing wallet yourself. Computer breaks, USBs gets lost.
Store on an exchange. Only use the most reputable, proven secure, exchanges.
Or move to DEX, disrupt ourselves. When Binance has been going for a century without mishap, I can pop along to their offices and they're fully regulated in my jurisdiction I might consider parking a small amount of money on there for short periods. Until then I can't believe he'd write this. Perhaps his account has been farmed out to his 5 year old little brother. I hope that overconfidence isn't extended into how they run their actual security. ...and now we've got a clarification for that tweet by CZ himself: Some people seems to misread this tweet. It lists 3 options. It does not say which option is better than another, as that depends on each persons security skill, preference, fund allocation, etc.
Most importantly, it is an ad for the #BinanceDEX. My bad for not making it clear.

More details here: BREAKING: Ethereum's major Constantinople upgrade was delayed after blockchain audit firm ChainSecurity discovered a security issue with one of the changes.https://www.coindesk.com/ethereums-constantinople-upgrade-faces-delay-due-to-security-vulnerabilitySmart contract audit firm ChainSecurity flagged Tuesday that Ethereum Improvement Proposal (EIP) 1283, if implemented, could provide attackers a loophole in the code to steal user funds. Speaking on a call, ethereum developers, as well as developers of clients and other projects running the network, agreed to delay the hard fork – at least temporarily – while they assessed the issue. . . . A new fork date will be decided during another ethereum dev call on Friday.

~snip~
No one should be blamed; this result was well-expected. Asian teams face extreme trouble while playing in South Africa due to deadly pitches of South African cricket stadiums. Pakistani team, even with all the legends in the past (Imran Khan, Jawed Miandad, Waseem Akram, etc), never succeeded in defeating South Africa in a Test-match series in their homeground, so I never expected Pakistan to win this one anyways. What are you talking about? Are you seriously comparing the current Pakistan team with the legends of the past? Seriously? Previous Pakistan teams were a million times better than the current Pakistan team due to the experienced and talented cricketers like Akram, Imran Khan, Akhtar etc. They may have not defeated South Africa in their home grounds in the past, but it was a much better contest than what we are witnessing right now. Re-read my post. I never compared the current Pakistan team with the legends of the past. You basically repeated what I said in the second part of your post. I'll repeat the same words with a little more clarity for you: "If Pakistan didn't succeed against SA in their homeground with all the legendary crickets in the past, why should we expect the current much weaker Pakistan team to beat that record?" Improve your knowledge.
LOL? Improve my knowledge? Maybe you should focus on improving your understanding skills, mate.

Smells like real trouble for Cryptopia (and its users); it's still down. New Zealand Crypto Exchange Cryptopia Goes Offline Citing Hackhttps://www.coindesk.com/new-zealand-crypto-exchange-cryptopia-goes-offline-citing-major-hackThe only statement from Cryptopia till now regarding this downtime: Funny how Mr. CZ is using this failure for his product's promotion: Store coins yourself. You fight hackers yourself, and guard from losing wallet yourself. Computer breaks, USBs gets lost.
Store on an exchange. Only use the most reputable, proven secure, exchanges.

Came by this list because I'm about to run out of options for fiat handling. Would love to hold forever but as earn 100% in crypto now, no choice but to sell for fiat to pay bills etc.
1. All my trades when liquidating to fiat is with Bitcoin on P2P. Earnings are diversifying into other major alts. But as am losing quite a bit of fees and time exchanging alts I do earn to Bitcoin first, have used options like BitPanda to liquidate other crypto to fiat (SEPA preferred), but as cannot verify being non-EU, I am hitting my max limit and need other places.
2. Bittrex is the only option listed, but I can't verify with them as they need TWO bills (I only have 1).
Any other option for international bank transfer when withdrawing?
I use Kraken and they are very sensible in terms of KYC which is tiered. It links to my barclays account with no problems withdrawing at all. Mate, can you please provide some information (as required by the comparison) of Kraken? I've never used their exchange and don't know much about them. It'll be a nice addition to the comparison table!
