IPL auction will on 18th Dec and they have included 364 players which will be auctioned. It would be interesting to see who the big players will not be able to make it in the playing or in the squad. Yuvraj Singh, Steyn, Malinga etc are in the auction this time.

They are buying overseas players for over 2 crores and most Indian players for 50 lakhs which is so less as mostly in matches, only Indian players perform as they are familiar with the weather conditions. Am just going to cheer for CSK as they have most experienced players and the best one being Dhoni.

True; the foreign players are being "over-valued" this time in IPL:

IPL 2019 auction: No Indian cricketer in highest base price bracket

IMO, The Complete Beginners Guide to Crypto Currency Trading by @BigCheds can teach you a lot. This short (and free) guide literally covers everything you need to know regarding crypto-trading.

Plus, if you're not very new to crypto, you may skip the first part of the guide.

In 2nd D/N ODI between Ban vs WI, WI won the toss and decided to field. Bangladesh are batting at 181/3 in 39 overs. They would be looking at around 270 runs as they have wickets in hand and can utilize last few overs very well. Hasan and Mahmudullah are batting well and if they stay for another 3-4 overs it would be interesting to see how WI can defend Bangladesh under 250.

Bangladesh made 255/7 and West Indies batted well with help of SD Hope making century in the crucial time won it. Now the odi series is tie 1-1 both winning one match each.  West Indies are good in odi and hope this win will boost their players moral energy and win this series.

West Indies' wicket-keeper, Shai Hope, single-handedly defeated Bangladesh in this one; however, at the same time, do not forget to have a look at other players' performance of the team. Almost all of West Indies batting, from top-order to the captain, Rovman Powell, failed once again (except for Shai Hope of course). Roll Eyes

This is some *extremely* neat work by IOHK - The Plutus Playground:

https://prod.playground.plutus.iohkdev.io/

still counting down to alt bull market..................................................................and for ADA to fucking fllllllyyyyyy

how this coin under $1 is beyond me!

oh well, just buy more!  Cheesy

I think the question would be "how this coin manage to fall so heavily from $1 to $0.028" at the time of this post,  while other coin with less tech are somewhere between $0.3 - $0.4 respectively, to be honest am surprise to see ada this freaking low, for those who believe in the technology this is good time to stock up.

I think you all should stop looking at ADA's graph and start looking at Cardano's Github. Soon ADA's graph will follow the activity rate of Github. Wink

Tradesatoshi accepts deposits

Plus DigitalPrice has decided to close HUSH trading.

They just completely removed HUSH market and even removed all of HUSH balances of the users. I had a few hundred HUSH residing there in my account, which I can no longer access. Roll Eyes

TradeSatoshi is now the only option available for HUSH sellers/buyers.

Are you even taking the "market-cap" of those coins in consideration? ADA is still on 10th rank by total marketcap; not sure which coins you're referring to.

Most of the alts are no longer getting any decline with respect to bitcoin, even when bitcoin's value is going down.

One or two does not equal "most".  :/

One or two? I think I'd stick with "most".

> Bitcoin's dominance on 14th of September: 56.16%
> Bitcoin's dominance on 11th of December: 55.01%

(even after the BTC/USD decline within the last 3 months, bitcoin's dominance has declined a bit within the same timeframe)
2251  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Crypto exchanges comparison [trade fee + listing fee + age + mobile app + more!] on: December 09, 2018, 07:10:50 PM
First decentralized exchange, Crypto-Bridge, added to the comparison.

I think you should change the date for Blockchain.com because they haven't started exchange services until recently (for fiat it was January 2018 IIRC). People would assume that this service is good because it lasted since 2011 which is not necessarily the case.

I also believe they use Simplex for credit card buying, and ShapeShift/Changelly for the rest. It could be a good idea to write a warning at the bottom of the thread telling me people that their identity could be exposed to other parties.

True; I've made the modification, check it out and lemme know if it requires any further action.

Ethereum Constantinople Hard Fork to Come in Mid-January, Based on Dev’s New Agreement

So what happens to ETH we hold after the fork? How will we keep existing ones and get new forked ones?

It's not a chain split - it's an upgrade to the existing ecosystem. You don't have to do anything at all.

Toss the coin. If heads, click the buy button; if tails, toss again. Keeping tossing until you get the heads. Cheesy

Jokes aside, if you've loaded up the fiat in your Coinbase account, I'd personally suggest you go for it and just click on the buy button. There's definitely little room for a further sell-off; however, there's a whole kingdom to take on if we talk about the upside potential.

I agree with everything you said, but where is the fun in that? I enjoy the challenge in trying to make an extra couple of Satoshi from the deal. I'm p'd off that I missed the downside wick last night. I know sleep is bad for wealth creation, and I haven't started to dream about Bitcoin, but I must be getting close.

If you really need some extra couple of satoshis from the deal, you should probably look towards some alts. Most of the alts are no longer getting any decline with respect to bitcoin, even when bitcoin's value is going down. Have a look at the following chart of bitcoin's dominance:

It has been in the 53% to 57% range for the last 4 months. Now have a look at the bitcoin's value within the same timeframe:

Seems like the further decline of bitcoin's value in USD is no longer affecting the altcoins' value in BTC. IMO, you should grab some of the nice alts along with bitcoin.

Blockchain.com (previously known as Blockchain.info) added. They provide a good in-wallet trading option; however, KYC is a must.

I watch on ARY News and now FIA is working on Cyber Force they are saying they will take some tough and stick actions against bitcoin dealers I have personally watch one person arrested by them in our area and they are doing crackdowns against few Cyber Cafes as well as they believe they are affiliated with these activities.

I did watch that programme as well but it wasn't directly related to bitcoin; those people were actually stealing the money on the name of bitcoin (taking cash and providing them back a fixed amount of interest on a monthly basis).

Source for this news?  There is no law against bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies in Pakistan so it's not illegal. State bank can't crackdown on websites because that is not within it's purview. That's the job of the PTA. Cyber crime force (whatever that is) also can't act in the absence of a law banning bitcoin.

http://www.sbp.org.pk/bprd/2018/C3.htm

That's all that we know in Pakistan regarding crypto.
But I also watch in front of my eyes FIA raid and arrest two persons both was partner and buying and selling bitcoin I know these both persons and they released after paying 1 Lakh rupees now they are not doing any activity like this as they have threat from them very stick or from State Bank and may be they involve in money laundry.

There's a good chance that money launderers would benefit from buying/selling business of bitcoin, mera khiyal hai aise business se filhal sab Pakistanis ko dur rehna chahiye. Agar kisi ko withdraw karwana ho to international payment channels use kare jese Western Union ya Bank Wire. There are a number of ways to do that, including withdrawals through Bittrex, Payza, Skrill, and more.

EDIT: Just found out that Payza no longer accepts Pakistanis. This is hilarious; where the hell are we heading to? Global isolation? I've been using Payza/AlertPay since 2010:

They even have an official customer office in Bangladesh. :|
