1361  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do some workout on: August 18, 2021, 04:47:01 PM
Ofcourse. You can also excerse the body and keep fit by doing useful works or solving problems that involve adequate physical activities around you. In that way you'll be solving multiple problems at the same time rather than just keeping fit or benefitting the body alone. You could wash clothes or farm (for example) while benefitting the body at the same time.
That's actually what I feel more comfortable spending lots of time doing than normal excersing.
1362  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why can forums cultivate the ability to think independently? on: August 18, 2021, 04:19:54 PM
Interesting. I tend to go for short videos to avoid getting bored or entangled in long, incoherent, complicated and badly ordered contents/info.  I prefer to watch long videos made by people who do it well.

I don't depend too much on algorithm. I tend to search for what comes into my mind, and I'm really careful of recommended videos(for example) so no one is suggesting or giving me what to think. That's one of the ways people are controlled and made to behave in certain way.
And you have to be really careful of reward/incentive system that tries to make think or write in a particular way whether it's right or not.
1363  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can BTC become the world central currency? on: August 18, 2021, 03:45:22 PM
At the height of these challenges, came a pseudo human called Satoshi, who created what seems like 21st century wonders(bitcoin)

No one can say that for sure. So I prefer we say "an inventor known as Satoshi Nakamoto."

I am seeing in the future where BTC will become a unified currency for the whole world.

Wonder what you mean by "Unified Currency for the whole World",   you mean like a One global currency without fiats , One Global currency without altcoins, or a Global currency with fiats & altcoins. I don't see why it shouldn't latter.... Should be that just incase your country requires you to have a mark of loyalty in order to buy and sell, then you can always flee to the available well decentralized currencies/currency.

1364  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin solving the problem of intermediary on: August 18, 2021, 03:05:48 PM
This is actually nice to read. But I wonder if you used a Bitcoin payment processor for this, or were they direct p2p payments? How do you handle disagreements with your peer? Or does it have an escrow or something? Sometimes I thought about trying this but always got discouraged due to disputes or disagreement issues that may arise between me and peer. So, I decided it's better to do such transaction on advanced smart-contract platform that works automatically, even though it may have human arbiters.
1365  Other / Off-topic / Re: I have a dog named Bit on: August 18, 2021, 10:59:46 AM
Looks cute.
The second picture looks like he's standing up, I guess because you turn it at 90° angle.
Is the fourth image really you and the dog?

In regards to the question, I don't have any yet. Just trying to make I have one or more at the right time. Will probably call mine "Toshi"... Name sounds quite local too.

The second one was taken from above while he was sleeping. The pet doctor said that he would have this sleeping position only when Bit thought the surrounding environment was very safe and he did not need to be vigilant.
The fourth picture is that when I went on a field outing with Bit, he fell asleep.

Ofcourse, the pictures are really nice that I wonder if they're really owned by the poster and not just some of the nice pictures we see on the internet.
In regards to the second, i guess it's the way you tilted the camera/pic... Looks different at my end.
Nice pics.
1366  Other / Off-topic / Re: How do you manage anger ? the anger managment topic ! on: August 18, 2021, 10:34:18 AM
Mine is simple: Forgive, forget the source of the anger (assuming he/she hasn't apologized or show signs of strong remorse), and leave judgment to the CREATOR who never fails in Judging Right. The anger will just disappear.
If the source sees nothing wrong in what he/she did, I just assume it's Insanity or he/she has being brainwashed, and i just feel deep sympathy.
1367  Economy / Economics / Re: Economic foundation of Bitcoin from the perspective of Denationalization of Mone on: August 18, 2021, 10:01:28 AM
I strongly believe that a currency system in decentralized space should be publicly owned, meaning it shouldn't be owned by a single person or centralized entity, hence shouldn't be privately owned. Private ownership of such delicate/important collective resource is an abomination in the world of decentralization. It's going to lead to abuses that are contrary to the Bitcoin Ideals/principles, unless the principles is coded in the rules and can never be changed without users participation/consensus, and this somewhat makes it publicly owned if your users determine the organization future direction, plus running nodes, helping to secure the network and possibly owning crypto assets in the organization.
Besides, money/currency is too important to be privately owned. That sort of private ownership will attract traditional regulators, if you decide not to attract them, then you need to keep things decentralized, transparent, public, based on the good bockchain principles, based on fair/good rule, consensus-driven, etc.

I think you can still be a founder of a decentralized public organization and still be as wealthy as "private founders in traditional world. (if you choose to). Things has to be unique in this space
1368  Economy / Economics / Re: What’s the nature of consensus? on: August 18, 2021, 09:12:44 AM
As is mentioned previously, Bitcoin marked a new civilization for humans, I named it Bit Civilization. It’s a more advanced civilization based on Bitcoin thought. It will transform all facets of human society, including but not limited to organization, family concept, tool, language, word, belief, law, system, city-state, country, assets, ethics, culture and art.

As far as I'm concerned, substantially, human civilization is consensus, so is Bit Civilization. The simplest explanation of consensus is shared knowledge, view, understanding and goal, which will temporarily eliminate differences and ease contradictions, rendering collaboration possible.

I think the essence of consensus is order, is entropy decreasing.

Reaching a consensus is going from disorder to order, a process of entropy reduction requiring continuous input of energy to end chaos and disorder. Attaining consensus is creating value as well, it's coining a new human civilization.

Human civilization evolves in constantly shaping consensus. That inevitably entails energy input. Therefore, the process of reaching a consensus is the process of establishing civilization. Essentially, through the consumption of energy, the disorder becomes order, the reduction of entropy is realized and the increase of entropy is resisted. That is the ultimate secret of human civilization that I found.

Clear direction, shared idea, common goal, gathering wisdom and strong consensus are the most basic means and driving force for the continuous development of human civilization. Human society's entering Bit Civilization is no immunity when Bitcoin was born. The process of establishing Bit Civilization is the process of spreading Bitcoin consensus. A new order for human civilization will be established with the unceasingly strengthening consensus on Bitcoin.[/b]

....

The right consensus that produces the right kind of order, harmony, goodness, peace, forbearance, kindness, etc will end up being Love for GOD (the CREATOR of this World & Heavens) and love for people. If you Love the CREATOR you will not abuse/misuse HIS CREATIONS, you do what pleases HIM always. We will be guided by this golden rule (Love GOD and Love People) and we can be judged by it. I don't see why Blockchain Consensus shouldn't be guided by the golden rule. Consensus can be based on it.
1369  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is there merit to a fixed supply increase rather than fixed supply cap? on: August 17, 2021, 05:06:22 PM
I actually prefer a flexible system that regulates supply based on current demand and supply. The system regulatory system has to be decentralized, trustless, permissionless, etc. Anyone can participate by having their reserved coins locked automatically when demand & price are low ...unlocked and sold to buyers when demand and price are too high. I actually agree that the price should increase/decrease moderately to prevent the extreme price volatility and make Bitcoin better MoE
1370  Other / Off-topic / A crumbling World on the shoulder of this men on: August 17, 2021, 04:24:58 PM
Imagine a huge crumbling Building that has many people in it. Few men miraculously held & stopped the building from crumbling further until people inside it are warned to escape the building for their safety.... The building was temporarily stopped from crumbling within a grace period but this temporal solution can be affected if the ones holding the building together are pushed or harmed.
Then there are fools in the building who occasionally provoke the ones holding the building together, which causes the building to start crumbling again and many lives are lost as a result.

The building is our World and there are few people assigned by its BUILDER to warn and save those who would listen during this grace period.
1371  Economy / Economics / Re: The Role Of Bitcoin Growth To Economic Development And Inflation. on: August 17, 2021, 03:40:07 PM
Ofcourse, its anti inflation feature makes it a better store of value considering that value can debased by excessively/unnecessarily printing like what  happens in fiat currency world. So it works like a good currency should and helps preserve value rather than reduce it. That's probably what decentralized scarce/hard-monies did in the old time.
1372  Other / Off-topic / Re: inevitable end! on: August 17, 2021, 03:03:58 PM
You think this is caused merely by population or by population of living things (especially humans) with lifestyle that is unhealthy/bad for our world? Imagine what the situation will be like if you have that same large population of people living right and in harmony with the world...can population still be considered a bad thing in that case?
Well, I think if we begin to live right, our population will naturally be optimal and we wouldn't have to worry about it.
1373  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is the new gold standard of the future on: August 17, 2021, 10:41:24 AM
Guess I would say it's already a Global Currency (not the so called One World Currency) if anyone from any part of world can use or store Bitcoin. Doesn't necessarily have to be used by National governments for it to be seen as global currency. We could still have multiple global currencies as long as they are decentralized, safe and neutral currencies anyone can freely, easily and safely use without restrictions.
1374  Other / Off-topic / Re: Or do you do your work according to a certain plan? on: August 17, 2021, 10:12:57 AM
I actually used to plan my work/project by myself but started knowing that my plan would always clash with the plan of my CREATOR for me or they would be full of mistakes , so I resorted to asking that HIS Will/Plan for me be done by HIM. Whenever HE wants me to do something, HE can always move me to do it... So, HE gives me ideas and moves me to implement them in things HE's helping me to plan. This works way better for me, and the plans are always accurate and in harmony with HIS purpose us.
If you want the CREATOR's plan then you will have to be detached from worldly life and make HIM rule over your life.
1375  Other / Off-topic / Re: create safe place for animels on: August 17, 2021, 09:45:11 AM
What will you use the homeless animals for? In my opinion, if you will treat the animals well and won't have issues with their original owners when/if they come to claim them then you probably should go ahead. And I think it'd be important to obtain permission from the community's authority as long as you are doing what is good.

In regards to investment/support from others, I think you may not need alot of money for the project if you could start small, rent a land (or check for free land you can use temporarily), start with few animals, and grow gradually (or expand with the income from the business). It's better to learn to run the business successfully before starting or you could start little and learn from there... so you don't make too much mistakes and lose the investment or lose alot of money
1376  Other / Off-topic / Re: No one knows when our time will be up on: August 17, 2021, 09:13:18 AM
Sorry for the loss.
Ofcourse. Though there are people who would be divinely told or who could have some idea when they will leave this world. That's why it's important to live according to the purpose we were created for to live in order to live a fulfilling life and never be too worried or afraid of death. Besides each human individually have a predestined time he/she will leave this world... No one can change this.

I'd like to add that we should only enjoy good things or enjoy doing things that are good/right.
1377  Other / Off-topic / Do you notice the quotes around the area forum ads are displayed? on: August 13, 2021, 04:55:34 PM
Do you see them all? What do you think about them?
By the way, do you think they automated and random, or manual & not necessarily random, or all of these combined.

Which one do you find funny, strange, weird, informative, cringy, etc

Do you know what they all mean and their purposes?
1378  Other / Off-topic / Re: God and sports on: August 13, 2021, 04:30:49 PM
Often times i have observed players in a soccer team coming together before the start of a soccer match to "pray" before the kick off of their match against an opponent.

I'm always baffled and i need to ask, do you think God involves himself in things like soccer and other sports?

The CREATOR will definitely be involved if the activity is good and beneficial to people. HE cares so much about our wellbeing... It's just that humanity have been so blinded and forgotten how loving HE is.

I believe HE will answer such prayers if there are good reasons to... For example, a humble underdog team playing against a proud, more skilled and godless one. GOD can miraculously intervene in this case to humble the proud team and lift up the humble one
1379  Other / Off-topic / Re: How do you cope with the stress of trading? on: August 13, 2021, 04:14:58 PM
I wonder what you mean by "if you don't have an outlet".
.....

What I mean is if you don't have a way to let out all the stress.
....

Oh,ok. I asked that because I didn't think reenacting the scene from the The Shining would be a pleasant experience for anyone considering what I read about the movie before asking the question. It's actually important we relieve the stress as much as possible but only through the right ways which I believe anyone can do.
1380  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you know the difference between Bitcoin and bitcoin? on: August 13, 2021, 03:38:04 PM
Before I read this article, I didn't know that these differences still exist. The meaning of the difference between uppercase and lowercase is still very subtle. I learned in this article. I may pay attention to these in future reading, but what I am most concerned about is current wealth.

I actually prefer that both are very distinct words to avoid confusion in the future... For example: BitNet/bitcoin Or Bitcoin Network/bitcoin. Besides, the slight difference could be forgotten in the future by people who don't pay attention to details, or may even be abit difficult for different culture to use.
