It appears the 1st block was generated for 1,000,000 by POW, and now the rest are being generated by POW blocks with zero reward.

you can even delete it and wait for your new coins after sending your mail for the swap

you can name the config file anything you want - just specify it in the command startup with -conf=config.conf

also, for those that aren't aware of the various command line options, run the executable with --help and it'll report all the available runtime options.
