Leipzig is really playing great, always with a high tempo, lots of goals and an attacking mentality.

From the 3 clubs fighting for the last CL spot it really is hard to exclude 1 team, but I'd prefer Leipzig and Bayer over Monchengladbach.

Werner on the scoresheet again, I really hope he signs for Liverpool. They'd be a great fit.

I saw the goal and it was a standard one, but the highlights show him missing two very easy chances and crossing quite bad in the second half,,, of course I did not see the whole game so cannot tell his performance but it appears he at least knows how to convert 1 goal. To get into Liverpool is less about high goals than teamwork, I guess he converts to that type of player.

 Werner is just all around a good player, he could have great games or he could have bad games, but when you look at his avarages, dude could not do anything for 89 minutes and then just show up one possesion, go around everyone and score like its nothing, and continue to do nothing after that. He is just purely a very talented player, and a great scorer as well. Liverpool deal does sound great but after all the champions league winning and almost premier league unbeaten (watford out of all teams...) liverpool should probably look for a superstar name. Not saying Werner is not good, but I am talking about like Mbappe level of player, Cristiano Ronaldo if he was a bit younger, I am talking about otherworldly superstar for a striker to take that team to any higher level even if its possible to be better for them.

Frankfurt was miserable after the break, although won last match in Wolfsburg, and i would probably bet on Bremen, although do not expect that they will win easily, since they have only one win at home this season (is that serious for Bundesliga team), over Augsburg on September, 01 last year, what a pity home balance for them, and it will be heavier without fans

Bremen has to win since it will help them getting out of the relegation zone, in addition they aren't that bad at least after the break. Although Frankfurt looks a little bit better but I am supporting Bremen, hope they will win tomorrow.

Mendy was looking like he could be a star level of player, that is why I think they realized instead of just letting him rot at the bench, they could loan him to a team where he will be used and Angelino took that to heart and showed everyone how much of a player he is. Of course now he has a shot at going back to City and taking the starting position, its still not going to be easy Mendy is not a bad player at all, he could still start, but at least we know that Angelino has a punchers chance to be the new LB of City.

In other cases, if somehow Leipzig finds 30 million, they could have a LB for 10 years, or they could even shine him more and sell him for much higher. Backs are very hard to find in football, usually nobody that fast plays at defense, they go for offense, so he could be really worthy if they could somehow find the money for it.

I have never really started to like Werner. He is young, fast and moves rather well without the ball but every time I am watching him he misses a couple of great chances. Maybe it is just a case of me watching him in the wrong games. But same could be said for Salah as well so I guess Liverpool knows how to use that kind of players.

I know what you mean, his technique often lets him down and he isn't really a 'Kai Havertz' beautiful to watch kind of player. He gets the job done though, and in a fast-paced Liverpool team he'd be a great addition to give some depth in offense.

For sure he is not capable of playing the Firmino role, but he's really direct, lightning fast and he gets into chances quite often. He is not priced abnormally high like Sancho or Havertz so I see him as a smart buy.

This is a pretty big game for Gladbach. Leverkusen is not very likely to win against Bayern - though they won their last 2 games against them - and with a win at Freiburg, Gladbach could distance Leverkusen with 4 games left. Gladbach themselves is playing Bayern in the next round then, where they most likely won't get any points. So, if they fail to win at Freiburg, it's not looking good for them regarding CL qualification.

Odds for Gladbach are too low all things considered imo, but will wait for inplay. The odds for Leverkusen to get at least 1 point against Bayern look tasty though.

Yeah it is gonna be a hard game to predict its score. A part from their previous games, Fribourg is quite good team but M'Gladbach has motivation to secure a place in CL qualification especially regarding their next game. Losing this then vs Bayern and later facing Wolfsbourg will be hell of game with too much pressure!

Hehe, yes, but Freiburg not winning tomorrow doesn't necessarily mean that Gladbach wins, because you still have that nasty draw Freiburg lost to top teams Leverkusen and drew @Leipzig, which is ok, drew at @Frankfurt after leading 3-1, which is ok result too. That 0-1 loss at home to Bremen was poor though. But you can see, that Freiburg is very competitive and the pure results are probably a bit misleading.

Freiburg is 6-2-6 at home, so they lose 43% of their home games. Gladbach is 7-3-4 away, so they win 50% of their matches when travelling. H2H favours Freiburg. This is just stats though and with a gun to my head, I would take Gladbach too. Even without a gun to my head, I would pick them, but I want some better odds for them and I think I can get them inplay. The pressure is with Gladbach, because this is a super huge game for them. Freiburg is sitting comfortably in the middle of the pack knocking at the EL places, but they will be happy with just not relegating - like they always are. Gladbach is lacking some killer mentality for me and it wouldn't surprise me to see them fold under this pressure

actually you can not take statistics on any games now. because the strong homeclubs, like Freiburg, Schalke, Union Berlin,... have achieved many points thanks to his fans

^Gladbach has to win this game, it is vital for them to get 3 points and they will play accordingly, plus they have returned for a while now, players must be in shape already, I do not believe any team that has an excuse of "we were on a break for too long so players are rusty" anymore, that was valid for a while but right now they have played a bunch of games already, they should not be rusty and they should be winning.

On the other hand Gladbach has been decent since they returned, with one loss, one tie, and two wins, they are not doing that bad, I think they have what it takes to beat Freiburg tomorrow. If they can achieve that 3 points I believe they are going to be ahead of Leverkusen a lot. Only if they could have also won against them, they would have taken the point difference to a new level.

I just saw that Werder lost 3-0 at home yesterday. What a rollercoaster team, they give themselves a chance to stay up and then lose one of the easiest remaining fixtures without even scoring.

Monchengladbach needs a win tomorrow to put some pressure on Leverkusen. They want them to need to play for a win against Bayern.
