tonight the dfb cup final between bayer leverkusen and bayern munich will take place in berlin.
munich is the clear favourite to enter the game and for munich it would be the 20th cup win and for leverkusen only the second one...

Bayern Munich would fancy there chances of doing the double on the titles they are in good form -and with the signing of Leroy sane from Manchester city there fire power has just gotten a boost- to win it but Bayern Leverkusen is also a hot opponent, it would be a very exciting match that would be made of goals, I predict Bayern Munich winning the cup

Agree here. I lost my bet (backing Werder) but they've been half frustrating half incredible. Putting money on them ever since post lockdown thinking they'd be fighting like dogs to get out of relegation.

They will still be favourites on tonight's leg so I'm putting them down as part of a parlay. Whoever wins deserves it!

Today's the cup final, the 2nd leg between Werder and Heidenheim is on Monday.

I think Bayern's much stronger than Leverkusen and will win the cup as well, but Leverkusen is an attack minded team and I will try with an over 3.5 goals bet for tonight.

Finals tend to be games with less goals than usual but I think this one will be offensive from both teams.

Leroy Sané is back in Germany.  He has signed for FC Bayern. He gets a five year contract and will wear the number 10.
And it is a great deal for Bayern because they save value added tax. The value added tax in Germany was reduced from 19% to 16% due to Corona.

This is absolutely amazing, I see a picture of sane playing perfect in Bayern Munich alongside with other players as his considered to be a free flow player. Bayern Munich would be a really good start for him and I'm sure his gone experience a good increase in his career.

@Lordhermes while Sane is a top class player but I’m worried whether he’ll be able to perform for Bayern, and my cause of worry is his recent injuries, however if he can maintain his fitness levels then he’ll definitely become a hit at Bayern.

It is good to see Sane signing for Bayern.
What I don't like is that they made him a big contract and I cant see the reason.
He is a good player but in my opinion five years contract is very long for a player.

Its for sure a very good thing for Sane and his Career to be at Bayern Munich.
And the reason for the long 5 years contract from Bayern is that he is a young and very good player and bayern wants to hold him.
If he will keep playing as he has done in past we will see more from Sane in Bayern and also in the National Team too with Gnabry on his side.
Guess we will see more from both in the future.

@Lafu Bayern have acted wisely because even they know these days player’s tend to change their clubs after 3rd or 4th year, and this way they’ll earn huge amount of profit on his sale if a big club purchases him in the long run.

I predict Bayern Munich winning the cup

Naturally, many people would have predicted that Bayern Munich would win the cup later from Leverkusen. Bayern Munich is a team that hasnt lost since the end of February. The meeting between the two team clearly won a lot by Bayern Munich and now many people will also believe that Munich will win again over Leverkusen.

That was the easy part, hardest part still to come with 3+ goals in both games to be scored. I am rooting for an early goal for 1860, since this will create havoc in the live standings. Ingolstadt scoring the lead would be a bit meh, but 1860 will still need to push and Chemnitz has to push anyway for 90 minutes (unless Zwickau has big lead @Mannheim).

Hehe, I parlayed those two and this is always a nightmare to sure. I assume this to be a valuable bet, so I will just sit and pray and play the long game.
If you are in a position to make a (big) surebet out of your initial bet, you are better off longterm letting it run imo (unless you overstaked and feel uncomfortable). This can be painful at times, but pays off in the long run.

I expect a hopefully awesome match today in the DFB final game between Leverkusen and Bayern Munich !
For sure all say that Bayern is the Favorite but the DFB Cup has his one rules and we will see an intresting game from both team.
I remember years ago in the past as Nürnberg was in the DFB final 1 goal behind and they won against Bayern with 2 :1.
My bet goes for Leverkusen today.

A football match without stadium spectators cannot be a good match It will totally lack of atmosphere as the last Bundesliga matches. This limits my anticipation, even though I am a Bayern fan. The final should have been postponed, preferably in the fall and then should have carried out with a selected number of spectators (with a 1.5 meter distance of course).

Yeah we dont have to talk about the match without any fans and for sure it will take away the atmosphere in the stadium.
But this dosnt mean that the match will dont get good and that we see a nice good soccer game between the Teams.
The Best option and what we can have would be at the end that they have to find the winner with a penalties shoot.

At halftime it looked VERY bad, since both games were still scoreless. Second half was crazy in Chemnitz, but remained quite boring in Munich. With Duisburg having a solid lead, 1860 were basically out of contention for that playoff spot. They still pushed, but were too pathetic upfront. This game could have easily gone over, especially in the closing minutes, but Ingolstadt didn't go for the third goal 100% and were happy with keeping the ball and slowing things down.

With the final whistle, it looked like Ingolstadt took 3rd place, which would have put them directly into 2. Bundesliga, but Würzburg game was still running and they scored the late equalizer against Halle and Ingolstadt will now have to play Nürnberg in playoffs. This will be two though games and for me it's completely unpredictable who will advance.

Meanwhile Bayern won the DFB-Pokal, congratulations once again.

Bender scored for Leverkusen, they improved in second half, if there is no Bayern on the other side, one could hope for total turnover, but since there is Bayern, do think that this is finished, even if Bayer score one more goal in second half, team from Munich is just to good for their league, and they are now peacefully waiting for CL finals in Lisbon, where they could be favorites, but more than a month break will decrease their chances a lot

Yeah, even before the game had started one would have expected this win Bayern Munich, It's just a different year but still the same usually outcome, There is just about 10 minutes left plus stoppage time to go.

Bayern Munich will have the luxury of time needed before the champions league gets underway again, that might be a positive thing for the team although, they're likely through to the next round already.

But this time Bayern was definitely beatable and the Leverkusen gave the game away too easily. You cannot make these mistakes against Bayern like the one their keeper made which led to the 3-0. And on top of that Leverkusens counter attacks were really sloppy today. I am sure a team in the Champions League would have made it way harder for Bayern today. Especially the second half wasn't that good by Bayern-standards.

The second half was better from Leverkusen. But somehow there were in the way of themselves. A pity. There would have been more in it.
