Of course you can derive conclusions based on what happened at Manchester United because that drama was carried out fully transparently in public, at press conferences, at interviews, with his actions who is allowed to play and who is not, etc. This all wasn't about interpretation, but about real time drama with many people involved and ten Hag being the protagonist in all of that.

When you say he knows how to prioritise things, why would he prioritise drama with single players at Manchester United over being calm and be impartial and strong in communication with his players and protecting them from public criticism instead of attacking them himself?

Every type of coach can have success here and there, but character is important for long term engagements as character in combination with quality prevails. Ten Hag is a low character guy.

Since Xabi Alonso failed to win the Bundesliga title again, Ten Hag is expected to win it in the next season. I'm sure UCL trophy isn't the main target, domestic trophies will be the main target. I also have higher hope of him succeeding in Bayer Leverkusen but nothing is certain yet until it happens. My reason being that at Bayer Leverkusen he won't be under any pressure to succeed as he was at Manchester United so the work will be a lot more easier for him. The fact is that every coach must surely go through a difficult time one time or the other. Pep Guardiola despite his good record at Manchester City almost fall out of top five teams in the Premier league this season. Klopp at Liverpool also went through the same thing before he finally depart. Ten Hang at Ajax had a great career record but he struggled at Manchester United during his second season that led to his departure.

You are right, it will be unfair for us to conclude that he will struggle with Leverkusen due to what happens in his previous club. Vincent Kompany had a difficult time with Burnley but he was able to win a trophy with Bayern Munich this season.

I actually think them losing Xabi Alonso as coach and some players is going to cost them Silverware in the coming season. Bayer Leverkusen will be like the Old Borussia Dortmund that would most of the time play second fiddle to Bayern Munich.

I think Bayern munich  is the strongest and hardest part of the Bundesliga. Because Bayern  munich has the best and most talented players which can easily create a tough environment in the ground for other teams. Leverkusen is needed to recruit their team because there is a need for good and capable players in this team f they make changes in the entire team and their strategy of playing only then they can compete with Bayern munich team. Because only the change of coach is not the guarantee of your success. Changing coach policy only works when players are also the same spirit. And i think Dortmund will appear more strong seeing their struggles towards success.
