First Quarter 2018 will be the disbursements, as per the documents for those that could claim.

In Canada, Loblaws is giving everyone who files, $25 re a bread fixing scandal.

Bets on what we get?

The lawyers didn't tell us how many got accepted. I feel like silverLaw or what ever their name is sold our coins for cheap then forced us on a 2015 price even though most people bought to Hodl, and now they giving us information as if they are been tortured for it.

Can we go to the American cryptocurrency/cyper police or something if this even exists ? He is an American after all who lead an operation in an American land.

You can try.

American "justice" is just ice.

If the case were a complete scam on the part of the people bringing suit, you'd all be rich. Since it's a legitimate case, your chances are slim.

TEKcoin will bring us our cryptsy-tard riches back>_>just look at the price ~ back up to 50K soon? :-D weeeee ===>

DICK.
The first thing we do, let's kill all the lawyers.

JACK CADE.
Nay, that I mean to do. Is not this a lamentable thing, that of the skin of an innocent lamb should be made parchment? that parchment, being scribbled o'er, should undo a man? Some say the bee stings: but I say, 'tis the bee's wax; for I did but seal once to a thing, and I was never mine own man since.- How now! who's there?

Are the people that signed up to the Cryptsy class action exempt from claiming from the Coinbase one?
Or does the Cryptsy class action cover the more recent Coinbase class action?

Is there a Ball Cupping lawsuit since Marshall Long was once a major part of Cryptsy, once even claiming to be its co-founder, he also claiming to be providing his services pro bono while at the same time charging U$120/hr for crypto consulting services to marks new to the space, no doubt keeping him busier than flies on shit?

"Roger, I don't understand what happened. We turned left at Moto's Sushi Bar, then at the next sushi bar, turned left, then another left at the next sushi bar, then one more left at that last sushi bar. I truly don't have a fuckin clue as to why we're back where we started. Anyway, that'll be U$60 for consulting work conducted over the past 30 minutes, Roger."

Has anyone managed to recover some lost value in it? This is a very old case and I never knew how it ended.

I understand. I think we should open the bets to see what the new exchange is going to do with missing values.

That's news to me. Is this Paul Vernon's new Chinese girlfriend, of which is not outside the realm of possibility given that at the nascent stage of Cryptsy, BitJohn single-handedly provided support sans pay while stationed in the middle of Afghanistan, not getting paid for his mega hours of service till several months later when Jim Shockney, Paul's ongoing porn sites partner, and his wife, Paul's other close associated, both going back to the late 90's when Paul was stationed at Fort Hood jacking off serving intelligence to 3-, 4- and 5-star Army generals (seriously), came onboard to handle support with his-cum-their (emphasis on cum intended) team of 30+ mostly gals from around the globe under the auspices of a company that was officially defunct prior to the creation of Cryptsy proper (cryptsy.com registered over a year prior), most likely making up the supposed 50+ employees that Cryptsy claimed to have had at one time.

I still have a strong suspicion that if she hasn't already, Lorie Nettles will one day move to China to be reunited with her very, very, very, very, very rich husband, Paul Vernon, his supposed girlfriend being a ruse, perhaps a relative of Lorie.

If you think that's crazy, consider that Jeff Ownby of BFL once worked for BitJohn's father of a company founded by BitJohn's grandfather about two decades earlier, all documented.

Read my thread on Marshall Long: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1303147.0

I first met ML late last year at a Bitcoin conference held at SLS in LV. Before I go into what was relaid, first let me bring you back to the first of the year 2017 when I met Jim Blasko at a Bitcoin meetup, also in LV. Prior to meeting Jim, I was on record in stating that Jim purchased a new ride thanks to his nefarious token. Upon meeting Jim, he declared that his "new" ride was really a used Mustang, and that he and ML have split ways, going as far as dissing ML. Fast forward to meeting ML, I asked him how he and Jim were doing, whereupon ML stated that their relationship is fine (paraphrased) and in fact Jim was in attendance at the conference (though I never saw him), ML further stating that he saw Jim's ... wait for it ... Lambo (new or used unknown) in the parking lot (strange, for valet first came to mind, perhaps staged to be parked).

Leo, ML's partner, is a scumbag whose nefarious actions date long before the advent of Bitcoin, all revealed to the community thanks to my efforts. How did Paul and Marshall hook up, you ask? This ...

Or is that a butterfly? Think: Sonny Vleisides and Josh Zerlan of BFL.

Was crytpsy a front for BFL?

perfect way to sell mined coins from pre ordered machines

would really turn up this game of cat and mouse

watching various groups implementing payback

cannot wait for the fireworks
