Something tells me Paul Vernon will never be able to step foot into a civilized country, without being thrown directly into jail upon a customs check, for the rest of his natural life...

Are you sayin' that Paul Vernon won't even be able to take asylum in some undisclosed Montana horse stall?  Shocked Shocked Shocked

Can someone explain to me what's gonna happen next since it's too much to understand what's happening now for my brain.

"Cryptsy Class Action Settlement Update:

On June 2, 2017, the Court granted final approval to the class action settlement. A copy of the Order approving the settlement is posted on this website. In granting final approval, the Court has authorized the Court-Appointed Receiver and Class Counsel to complete the liquidation of assets that comprise the settlement fund. We expect this process to be complete by the fourth quarter, 2017. Once this process is complete, the parties must file with the Court a motion that provides the results of this process and seeks the Court’s authorization to disburse the Settlement Fund in accordance with the Class Action Settlement Agreements.

At the same time, the Claims Administrator and Class Counsel are reviewing the claims submitted by Settlement Class Members.

We expect to start distributing the Settlement Fund in the first quarter, 2018. If this changes, we will post additional updates here."

Thank you TheTommyD, but isn't the 8.2m only gonna be distributed if they can find Paul and he then have to actually have that much? even if they capture him he would have spent at least half of it already? or do the court actually have that much somehow because I remember they were talking about 1.5m or something only.

Here's what I posted a while back:

The Cryptsy Lawsuit is Over. The Judge issued the Final Order on June 13....Next Coinbase.

It's all in here. This is the Motion Approved by the Judge on June 13, 2017 :

http://cryptsyreceivership.com/v1/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/Motion-for-Final-Approval-of-Settlements.pdf

Yes, the Lawyers get 33%. I read The House will net around $800,000 after the Realtor fees and costs.

The total is around 1.5 Million, to be split amongst the Lawyers and the Approved Claimants. A little over 1,600 met the Deadline and filed Claims.

They have not stated yet how many were approved.

One note of concern, is the Receiver stated that Just One Claimant's Claim is for more the the Entire Settlements Fund so let's hope that one gets Rejected Smiley

$8.2 Million: Court Orders Default Judgment Against Cryptsy CEO

https://www.coindesk.com/8-2-million-court-orders-default-judgment-cryptsy-ceo/

News news fuck you Vern . if you reading this shit

A U.S. judge has ordered that the chief executive of the now-defunct cryptocurrency exchange Cryptsy must pay $8.2 million in damages to its customers.

Quote
Vernon, who is believed to be currently residing somewhere in Asia, did not respond to the allegations in court, a circumstance which led to this week's default judgment.

The order notably states that the more than 11,000 bitcoins taken from the exchange by Vernon are owed to the customers.

"The Court further declares that the 11,325.0961 [bitcoin] which were stolen from Cryptsy customers on July 29, 2014 and which, as of the date of this final judgment ... are property of the Plaintiff Class and subject to and encompassed within this Final Judgment," Marra wrote.

In a statement, attorney David Silver, who represents one of the two law firms involved in the class action, said that those who pushed for the result "are thrilled to have achieved a historic success," adding that work was underway to gain control of the 11 bitcoin wallet addresses listed in the court order.

Dear Craig Steven Wright aka Satoshi Nakamoto,

Please hard fork the Bitcoin blockchain so that we can return the 11,325.0961 BTC stolen from Cryptsy customers, thus earning our 33% salt.

We will be thrilled if you did this ASAP.

Thank you,

David Silver

Oh yay!  finally, the court has ordered the return of 11k plus bitcoins to rightful owners!
Well now that's great! All those Cryptsy scammed customers are gonna get their coins back!!!
Justice prevails ...All is right again in cryptolandia!!!

Proof possitive that judges don't wear any pants under their robes, thus enabling to fondle themselves during presentations by lawyers in which they don't have a fuckin clue, making a judgement exacting when ejaculation occurs.

"Yep, you may have convicted me for being an ugly masturbating arsonist, your Honor, but last week you awarded unrecoverable bitcoins stolen from Cryptsy back to the original owners minus 33% lawyer fees while you fondled yourself underneath your robe. Fuck me, it's now 11:11 and I wasn't in my cell so to make contact with a cigarette-butt-eating alien wanting to know the status of all the west-facing solar arrays I installed on hot tin roofs surrounded by towering trees in the heart of the Philippines."

So an innocent man waits a year to say he was hacked.
Then deletes the servers and goes on the run to China.
Never shows his face again.. and he is innocent ?

hey Mullick..

How about show your face here and admit he did it for once.
And tell us what part you had in it all.

I find it fucking odd how he was the guy who supposedly ran the virus wallet.
Hey that gets me thinking..
I wonder if i can simply send PRE-COMPILED wallets to some new shitcoin i make to all the crypto-exchanges.. and then they will all run it right ?
Even when they say publicly they don't do that.

Their "word" is about as good as their claims of using "secure cold storage"

I am just curious why do you all believe the shit people tell you here ?
Gullible much or what ?

Anyway i have wondered so many times if Mullick was paid off by Vern.
Vern couldn't do fuck all with out co-opting Mullick.
