ONE TINY problem..... Perv Vern may have lost the keys. The danger is that if he has not moved the bitcoin then that may ACTUALLY have happened! In your opinion why on earth is Paul Vernon not moving the bitcoin around and not cashing in on them?

whoever it was that took the coins either lost the keys, or is in a position not to move them... ie jail, dead, ect...
I am not 100% convinced that vern was able to pull this off. He was stealing money the whole time from craptsy, and as evidenced by his lifestyle and the things he was able to buy with stolen coins and such... the idea of a major theft wouldnt make sense. He was rich already from stolen money. Why steal everything left and then leave it sitting forever?

I assumed that Horus. Good you spoke up though. Pour yourself a glass of beaver wine.. You earned it today! Fun Fact: Canadians make wine out beavers. We also club seals..the smirk on their face is just too punchable.. Uppity bastards! Also most are afraid of the dark.. Ghosts etc. .. Now you know! Eerily accurate Have you returned all your earnings and assets from stolen crypto to the receiver... I hear your on the list of complicit and/or incompetent employees Yes, we have already determined that I drank the koolaid and that the numbers I saw were fudged on dev end. I've been working with the receiver since the beginning, I was actually the first staff member to call and tell them everything I knew. I gave them everything I had to give. I've just been posting here to clear up some questions and share info when I had it. FWIW, I believe the above account and have spoken in-depth with Horus over the phone, cementing the notion. That said, onto some fun stuff. ATTENTION CHINESE THUGS! Free U$27.5M for the taking. All you have to do to get it is find this man - Paul Vernon - currently living in China. Upon his capture, take him to a secluded location and politely ask him for the private keys for the bitcoin wallet addresses depicted here; https://blockchain.info/tx/c7b46a79fd8887038bd3a8e884b04820038415a60e0b9d2c2f5bcff68a2687bfInform Paul that there'll be 10 levels of asking for the keys, with subsequent levels not as nice as the previous level. Further instruct him that he won't like level 3 upon recovering from level 2. Rest assured that Paul will provide what's kindly being asked of him by no later than level 2 because he is a pussy. Once the info is provided, kindly let him go, thanking him for the info. That, or let Paul try on a new pair of cement boots in making sure they're comfortable prior to mass producing them for the marketplace. On a side note, Paul loves swimming, so this would be a perfect opportunity to see if your cement boot line is water tight while being donned. The first person to find Paul Vernon wins. ONE TINY problem..... Perv Vern may have lost the keys. No problem! Then Paul Vernon gets to be nicely asked 10 times, whereupon thereafter he'll be sent free to continue living a productive life there in China. As for the questioners, they merely took a calculated gamble worth ~U$28M that didn't materialize as hoped. But it was fun for all parties concerned including us watching on the sidelines.

I lean towards Vern being able to move the BTC.. But doesn't out of fear the BTC will be tracked.
Those keys may be buried in the back yard of a Florida mansion. A scenario that would be tricky but not impossible to get at.

Paul could simply have his Chinese piece of ass go to a crypto meetup and sell off as needed to fellow attendees. It's a no brainer.

I don't buy it. Even if we all saw him move the coins and send them to mixer after mixer and do whatever with them, what can anyone do about it? He is in a country with no extradition treaty and no fear of anything. He has already been proved to have stolen money to buy things for the ex wife, and he is still free to roam about as he likes. Tell me, if he started spending the coins in China, what do you suppose could be done about it?

Tell me, if he started spending the coins in China, what do you suppose could be done about it? At the moment it seems as though he has not moved the bulk of the coins. No one seems to know the reason why. Maybe he no longer has access to the wallets. Something is very strange about this whole situation. Why would someone steal millions of dollars worth of bitcoin and then not move them around nor spend them? He went through the process of running away effectively becoming a fugitive. Moving away from his family, friends and environment to a new country but is not spending the wealth he stole to fund what ideally for anyone in his situation would be a lavish lifestyle. There are so many unknowns here....

He knows he is safe now... and cant get arrested for stealing it if he never comes back. He already stole lots of cash, why would he not spend these coins? It makes no sense at all. perhaps someone took them from him to draw out his other thefts... and then got scared at the amount and possible jail time and trashed the keys. All im saying is I dont see this as a vern move. Why steal them and not spend them when you have no chance of being punished for it?

Why steal them and not spend them when you have no chance of being punished for it? Even if someone got scared they would not necessarily trash they keys. Regardless of how many millions a thief had stolen, he would still spend the other thousands of bitcoin. Why steal it if you have no intention of spending it? I agree with you when you say you do not see this as a 'Vern Move'. I know very little about Paul Vernon but any thief would surely spend, spend, spend especially when as you put it that he cannot be punished for it.

Read my last post above where I alluded to Paul spending, spending, spending. Though this is a possibility there in no concrete evidence. I find it hard to accept that a thief would not withdraw, not exchange or not move the funds around just because he has a lot money to burn through while keeping him busy. That seems far too simplistic a view. If your assumption is correct then that is that but if it is not the case then what else could be the reason? The only people that can provide clarity are Paul Vernon himself or any of his cronies that were in on the scam alongside him.

I would have thought he would have taken them and moved them to something else... esp with BTC at 2500+ What do I know...
