Think about it, there is a salary cap rule in NBA and CBA could just remove that from their lives and offer them unlimited amount of money. So, what stops them from offering Lebron James one billion dollars a year?  Why not look at what we already have and not how it originated? There has been a lot of talks about how "china made this virus to kill 'muricans" or whatever but even if that was true, how the hell does it change the recovery? I mean we are talking about thousands of people die every single day, how it originated could maybe help us figure out who the enemy is after this is over but it does literally nothing for today.

 You know what the real paradise would have been? The most optimum and ideal situation? Governments of the world do not overcharge the public for stuff and pocket the change, they do not make buys or offerings that are widely different that costs the public tax money and makes some business people rich that bribes the politicians, everything goes perfectly and these governments thankfully save some money because of this. What do they use that money on? When it comes to NBA, there is conspiracy where they say that the season is cancelled where it will restart next year. I do not think that it will be announce by the commissioner because it is really unfair to those top 8 in both seed. As long as this crisis will not become worse, the NBA will comeback in this year.

Which also good for the sake of those players and fans that will watch the game, we can remove the fact that even there are still possible threat of this virus fans will always be fans, from the eyes of those people they will take the risk just to watch their favorite team/players.

I saw Arenas being interviewed by First Take or Fair Game. IIRC. (a show where a lady interview the players in a couch) 

Arenas admitted that he is making more money than he was at NBA.
He is kicked out because he brought a gun in the locker room and also pointing it with another player.

Yeah, they can offer large sum of money to this players but I think they will need popularity for the advertisements to also pay more.
