2026 NBA Season

The Dallas Mavericks are off to a good start, winning two of their first three games of the season. However, given Luka Doncic's poor performance against the Utah Jazz, they will need to play a more solid game against the Timberwolves. For the Dallas Mavericks, Kyrie Irving's strong performance and the team's defensive resilience were effective, but it might be difficult for them to maintain the same success on the road.

The Minnesota Timberwolves, on the other hand, are in good form and performing well at home. Led by Julius Randle and Anthony Edwards, the Timberwolves have been consistent both on defense and offense. The Timberwolves have also won three of their last four home games and usually play better when they come out rested. The Timberwolves are also favored to win due to the Mavericks poor road performance.

I don’t understand how these sculptures always turn out so bad. They have unlimited money to hire the best in the world but for some reason their guy who does these is terrible. I’m sure there are elementary school art students who could do a better job…

They can perfect or at least make it identical with Dwyane Wade. But in every angle, I don't see him in there.

While some tells that there's a look-alike but with me, I don't even know what to say and maybe a closer look won't prove that it's him.

That was supposed to be an epic moment for Dwayne Wade but it turns out to be bad for him since the status is unrecognizable if Wade's jersey will be out of that statue. Its like the artist fuck up that moment and many people made fun at that moment.

Maybe Miami want to save some cost and instead of creating a similar statue that represent Wade it turns out to be so bad.

I don't really think there's resemblance and even Wade say who's that guy when he see that statue.

Haha, but his family is just happy about that recognition that he's got from the team. Well, they don't want to ruin the fun and that moment by being absurd criticizing the looks of the statue. It certainly him but differently looking. 

Lol, even Wade says that we don't know who that statue is, just too bad for Miami to let this one go un-noticed. I mean before unveiling, they could have check and consult with people if they are going to make it public or not because it really doesn't look like DWade and it's a disrespect for him. I'm sorry but the one they hired do a bad job on this one and hopefully this could be the last one that we will see such sculptor of supposedly a person but it doesn't resemble him or her. As for Steph, yes, hopefully it's not that bad and he can get back to play because the Warriors had a good start for this season.

I agree, they should have asked Wade prior to the launching so that there could be some fixes and if it's already approved to him before the unveiling happened.

He scored 19 points in the fourth to close out the game. Great seeing Zion back on the court getting buckets too. The Pelicans seem like they’re close to having a good team, they’re just missing something.

Wolves and Mavs are definitely some of the more interesting teams in the league. Flashy players like Luka, Kyrie and Ant is what people want to see. Flashy and effective basketball, also with a lot of passion!
About Randle, the problem was never his talent but his motivation and especially his health. I mean if he would be more healthy I doubt the Knicks would have traded him. Let's see how long he can stay the way he is now before something happens again, with him it often looks inevitable for something to happen.

I’m honestly shocked that the Mavericks are seeing so much success with Klay Thompson. Defenders are downright disrespecting him and letting him take wide open shots. 29 of his 33 three point attempts so far this year have been wide open. He’s shooting at 46%. Teams are going to have to adjust. Seems like Klay may not be washed yet, but he’s literally getting wide open shots so it might be a little early for me to admit I’m wrong.

The rumor is that LeBron and Bronny will get a couple minutes together in front of the Cleveland fans. Hopefully we get that moment where LeBron passes to Bronny for a bucket…

They provably create a history if Bronny and LBJ will play tomorrow. I believe Lakers would provably allow that to happen knowing that father and son tandem playing on their birth place could gather a lot of hype for that game. Also Bronny is expected to go to G.league so maybe they would give a chance that before this to happen they provably take advantage on the hype and gain something from this.

If there's a chance for sure we could see that happen and this is truly an epic moment for LBJ and Bronny.

Also once Bronny will go to G.league the coach there could develop him more to became a better player.

I checked the schedule, and I’m surprised they have a rematch tomorrow. Even after the big win by the Warriors, the Pelicans are still listed as +2.5 underdogs. This seems like a no-brainer; the home team just dominated the first game, so it’s likely we’ll see a similar outcome.

And what surprises me is that it will still be in the homecourt of the Warriors and so I do agree that it was a no brainer, but Warriors are not that big of a favorite, so let's see if they can make it 2-0 against the Pels.

Something is off though with Pels again for this season, when Zion joined them, there are a lot of anticipations that they are going to be a great team and could be a NBA contender. But after years of frustrations become of Zion's injured, I do not think that they are going to be that team that Zion will carry.

My god is this for real? lmao, this is one of the worst sculptures I've ever seen.  I can't imagine that Dwayne Wade is very happy about it himself. I mean it looks absolutely ridiculous.  Also to say no one could do any better is pretty funny, just go take a look at any pro stadium is all of sports and at the countless statues that currently sit outside of them, I think you'd be hard pressed to find one that comes even close to as bad lol.

I know right lol. I even don't understand why D Wade is happy about it when it's obviously ridiculously made. Not even a single resemblance I could see, except for the jersey and the number lol.
There should be somehow who's better at this craft and money ain't gonna be an issue for sure lol. Anyway, we've seen Kobe and AI's statue which were also not quite good, but this one for D Wade is the worst lol.

Perhaps we can give the author as second chance? Just like this sculptor who worked on CR7?

For the win of the Warriors, yeah, it was Buddy Hield who carried them, again with his shooting and he is really living up to the hype of the next splash brothers. Great game as well between the Wolves and Dallas, I thought that they are going to win as ANT was really hot in the first quarter. But Kyrie was able to match him and consistent throughout the whole game. Luka with almost triple double in this game.

I doubt it's chemistry. Maybe a real leader. A point guard, or a playmaker that will best fit Brandon Ingram and Zion Williamson. I doubt it's CJ and I doubt it's Jose Alvarado too. Maybe a veteran could help them out.
Truly, it's nice to see Zion playing a lot of minutes and scoring 31 points in that game but still, the Warriors played without Curry and I must say it's not a good game for the Pelicans.
The Warriors rained 3 pointers although they outrebounded the small ball Warriors, those rebounds must result in offense because that's their only way to win. It's still early but this is not actually a good start for them if they will lose against a team without their star.

Last night the Denver Nuggets won 144-139 in overtime against Brooklyn. Dennis Schroder's 28 points and 14 assists was not enough to secure a win for Brooklyn. Schroder has had a great start to the season, averaging 22.5 points per game over the first four games.

I am not so sure if some article or post that I have seen just this day about Dwayne Wade's statue was that he's been there present when the carving of his face was being done.

If it's a real thing then he's playing out about such reactions that he's shown because he's got the approval of it while it was in the making.

Steph Curry being out means terrible news for Warriors without a doubt. They already lost Klay but they were hopeful that with Wiggins and Buddy Hield being there, they would do fine and not need Klay and could replace him. But now Curry is out too, he is their best player, and he is one of the greatest players in the world right now, even at his age.

So losing him means a lot, he is saying it's mild to moderate, which means he will not eb back for a week at least, but could be as high as a month. That would result in terrible regular season results for them, and then when he comes back he will have to push himself to get back into good position and when/if they reach playoffs, he will be tired and this will cause trouble for them. I believe this is going to be very tough for them and they need to reconsider their situation, don't think they are going to end up with easy solutions on this, definitely looks like it will become an issue for them.

Well, he got 5 minutes and made hist first NBA bucket, plus 2 assists. Saw a report that we will join the G league team next week, I mean that's clearly the better option for him than just repeatedly having DNPs.
Let's see how he can perform on a lower setting, not gonna be much easier though as everybody in the G league is fighting for their spot in the league as well. Maybe they can get some more people in the stands that want to see Bronny and the South Bay Lakers.
