It’s clear the Bucks want to keep Giannis. They probably signed his brother because they knew Giannis wasn’t pleased when they waived Lillard. Just like Lebron and his son with the Lakers, it's no secret that they got Bronny because they want to keep Lebron with them. And this is the case for the Bucks, it's a package and assurance for them that Giannis will remain a Buck because they've re-sign his brother again. Just image if Giannis is traded and Thanasis remains with the Bucks, that will be awkward. So good move by the Bucks, just a couple of millions for them to risk but they will have to keep Giannis happy as he had his brother with him in the team. But I'm not sure though if Bucks line up is at par with the East teams.

They are a good contender for the Chip but not enough with theiir line-up now. They are short of the power anad gunner, but itis a long jjurney to make.
They will amke a stop and do trades on the deadline! we stll dont know their final roster before the play-offs, If we will talk for the Play-offs. I think they are 100 percent on the slot.

Ths is very true! II dnt see bronny on his skills now to be on court iin NBA with out his father. I hope LBJ will leet his son play in G league agaiin and get a  ring there if he can als the MVP to prove himself,.

I don’t think they have a chance. After their championship they lost their point guard and this season they have lost their small forward. Sadly, business and contracts kept this team from becoming a dynasty, but they had their moment so I’m glad for that. I saw it coming for years before it happened also, which I’m proud of. Now I’m telling you they have no shot at another championship.

This situation demonstrates the special opportunities and difficulties that arise when negotiating contracts with well-known athletes and their families. Although Thanasis's abilities could still help the squad win, his inclusion on the roster might have an effect on playing time and team harmony.  It could make sense to offer Thanasis a minimal contract in order to maintain the deal's viability and yet take use of Giannis' skill.  The Bucks would have to think about if this deal boosts their roster for next seasons and how it fits with their long-term objectives.

I don’t know what he’s still looking for. Other players are willing to return to the NBA even on a minimum contract. If it’s for a ring, Denver is a title contender, but he left. If it’s for money, he’s already past his prime. Getting an offer is still better than nothing, and if he plays overseas, it will likely be the same, or even less.

It is a weird situation. He’s been getting minimum offers and has said he isn’t interested. I don’t think he needs the money as he is one of the wealthier guys in the NBA. It has to just be about respect. His brick shots is the other thing that needs to be considered. He is bricking shot together with MPJ. Nuggets done a good job to finally release inconsistent MPJ and welcome players that do the hustle play because that’s what they need now.

Definitely but I think they need a good catch and shoot shooters especially in 3 point and mid range area (aside from Murray), when Jokic has the ball the defense magnetize in him and considering his IQ in passing and offense it will be really easy to win games. I definitely agree that they need to strengthen their roster too and probably improved Aaron Gordon shooting ability just like he did the recent playoffs. By the way, MPJ isn't on Nuggets anymore lol he's been traded to Nets for Cam Johnson.

They are look pretty much stronger now for those addition they get and Nuggets could lessen up the load for Jokic especially that Valanciunas is already part of their team.

Also by looking at their current situation we could really see that they are ready to have a good run for another possible title this season. They didn't lose so much player in their team but rather they get those players that can help their team to win. Somehow they became more exciting team and let see if they can able to stretch their standings since somehow for now base on odds it seems that experts are still not convince that they can defeat those strong teams that's why maybe they list them on top 7.

Oh I thought that Jonas Valanciunas is going to play in Europe as earlier there were reports that a Greek team has offered him a good contract, more than the Nuggets have offered to him. But it looks like his is going to honor the deal with the Nuggets so we will see him as the back up center for Jokic now. As for MPJ, yeah, it seems that they will not missed him as they have a replacement that has a similar playing style of him, Cam Johnson, with added bonus, as he can play defense as well. So in paper it looks like the Nuggets might go and run for another ring this season. And before we forget, they don't have their old coach so it's like a total reset for them in the upcoming year.

MPJ is the cancer of Nuggets. He is having a huge salary for a glass cannon performance depending on his move. He should be traded long time ago yet Nuggets still wait for many years for they decided to release him.

They can get a lot of good players on his salary including their weak bench if MPJ was traded which they did already this year.

OKC secure their core team long term contracts. I believe their dominance on the league will always be there now that they have championship experience.
