I don't see any reason for them to fire Steve Kerr at this point. They're not the same as the other teams when the team plays poorly and slack of their performance, they never blame the coach. I've seen them at some point that they were likely less of a known team when they keep on losing for a season or two. But despite that, they have never thought of kicking Kerr out of the team. Maybe, someday in the future that the management will start to realize that it's a right thing to do. But for now, I don't see any reason for them to do it. They might just compare it with other teams that did it during the season and those teams that have replaced their good coaches also fell.

Coaches are the first one to get their heads rolling once a team didn't perform well. And I have no doubt that if this seasons end very bad for them, maybe the Warriors will have to think very hard and hire a new coach. But for now, he could be safe as he still has Curry and the rest of them never doubting his capacity to lead the team again. But there is also one factor, they are aging and the league could also be maturing from the small ball and who knows, could go back on the traditional center + shooting guard or point guard that we all know before the shift started by Mike D'Antoni.

While the possibility is there, it should have been done long time ago when they're too weak and the team have been eliminated too early just after being back to back champs back then. As the game and meta changes from time to time, strategies are also evolving for which the coaches have to apply and do an experiment to the team. NBA Champion Khris Middleton keeps popping up on my smartphone Chrome every time I create a new tab, so I was intrigued and checked it.

He is now playing for the Washington Wizards, which we all know has been a bad team for many years. But now, they have veterans, CJ McCollum (acquired through trading Jordan Poole), Brogdon, and Khris. Some are saying this may be the best roster the Wizards have, and it actually will help the young players to learn from the veterans.

I doubt this is the best since John Wall prime era makes Wizards relevant for many years.

This current roster is good on paper if we didn’t factor in the age of the players involved. They are not on their prime so I doubt this team will bring huge impact unlike when these player is acquired on their prime.

I agree on your opinion that the benefits of this new roster is to give experience to young players.

John Wall era or even Westbrook as he was able to bring back the Wizards to the playoff if my memory serves me right. But that was just for one season as Westbrook goes to the Lakers after his Wizard stint.

There are really teams that might remain below in the standings. That's how the setup should be, there could be sacrificial lamb for many years until something has change or they acquire a great player. So they are good in paper but I don't see it competing in high level.

He is now playing for the Washington Wizards, which we all know has been a bad team for many years. Middleton is a great player and a big factor with the ring they got with the Bucks, wizards don't have a legitimate star, that is why they are playing like that, if Middleton will be healthy which is questionable, since he is hampered by injuries during the bucks days, i hope wizard will build a team that can compete to the conference finals, they should make a big move, its been so long playing bad, they have to act, but do they have the cap space to rebuild?

Those are the prime version of Middleton and to a extent Giannis as well was entering his athleticism year that's why they won a ring that season. But after that, it's hard for them to replicate the success as Middleton was prone to injury already and it seems that in a span of a year, his body deteriorated so quick and now he is bouncing around the league and obviously out of his best year. And it's hard to see him in a cellar dweller team like Washington Wizards. In any case, it could be that we might see him in just couple of years and maybe retire if that body and knee will not hold up.

But one example is Mike Budenholzer, after giving the bucks a ring in 2019-2020, he was fired by the team two years later because they were upset in the first round. Sure Kerr, and Spoelstra lead their teams in the finals and lost, but again, as I have said, it could be that the management valued them even if they didn't win in the finals.

Although it would be a daring move, the Houston Rockets are unlikely to have the resources to acquire Giannis Antetokounmpo.  Teams find it difficult to acquire Giannis because of his current contract status and his allegiance to the Milwaukee Bucks.  Brian Windhorst of ESPN claims that Giannis hasn't requested a trade and that there isn't a trade market for him right now.  The Bucks also have no intention of trading him.

I don’t want Giannis going to the Spurs since that’s just a small market team, and it would probably mean a downgrade from the Bucks. A better landing spot for him would be the Knicks, where he’d have a real shot at another championship. Of course, that would likely mean trading KAT to make room for him.

On defense and rebounding, Giannis is on another level. He’s way different from KAT, more aggressive and practically unstoppable. That kind of move would be a huge improvement for the Knicks. After failing last season, they have every reason to move on from KAT.

And Giannis said that he's not going to go away from the Bucks. But that can't be sure because the last two seasons ago, he said that he wants to get out of the team. Well, if the Rockers are serious about this, then I guess they are willing to give up guys like Sengun, Amen, Vanvleet, and Adams. This may involve 3-4 teams to be able to pull this trade off and send Giannis to the Rockets. However, they are gonna lose too much depth. Giannis and Durant won't gonna be enough, because their 2nd unit are most likely going to be one of the weakest in the league.
