I am glad he can do it, unlike that one guy from the Pelicans. Kidding. I think this change is a sign that he will be pursuing that championship again, and with weight loss, he can move faster and probably jump higher now. Even Draymond Green has something to say about it. It’s manageable for Luka to this since he is not that fat and huge frame body. He is this same skinny when he is a rookie so this is expected once he is motivated especially that he was traded due to being fat already. Unlike Zion, He is a natural huge frame which his body needs food in able to maintain that massive body. I think what he needs is a proper diet rather than eating unli burritos and burger. Actually he's struggling to lose wait on Dallas and he face lots of criticism due to his body weight. But I guess that trade happen to him creates huge determination to perform more better and fix those things that issue to him. Now he's looking so good and provably that he can run the floor on both ends. This is great attitude for a star and Lakers is really doing so well. Since its like they are ready to compete for a title run now that Luka is well prepared and looks fit for next season.

We will never know.
Everyone has got their chance even some oldies, Lebron is still a good supporting player in that case even he's no longer the same during his prime.
We're all hype to see these rosters with big superstars and they're doing it just to try and also for the fans. So say it happens, whether we think that they will win or not, it's still a rumor as of now.
LeBron may no longer be in the prime of his career, but I still think he's one of the core players on any team he plays for. At the very least, he can adapt his performance and start scoring heavily if the team needs it. The same goes for assists and rebounds. Only haters will say LBJ is not productive. His presence alone will boost his teammates morale since they will be confident that someone in their team is reliable. He is still athletic and done a lot of solid play making even on his current age. I doubt he will useless on any team he will landed in the future. He is still better than most of the NBA player on current generation.

Damn the man is performing like his body is not aging and still dominating on both ends on the floor. I don't know why haters said that he's not productive anymore since aside the huge numbers he can provide on his team LBJ is still marketable that's why many fans still love to watch him. I doubt there's other player same with his age could do what he can provide. Also I agree that he's still more far away better than those young dudes in the league. He cannot be called the king for nothing.

A new rumor that may actually be true (although I have my doubts as it would show the Phoenix Suns making a decent roster move)... The Suns are supposedly working out a trade deal to acquire Karl-Anthony Towns for a package that involves Dillon Brooks, Grayson Allen, Nick Richards, a 2032 first-round pick and three second-round picks. It gets rid of two of my least favorite players in the NBA (both dirty) in Brooks and Allen. At the same time it lands one of the best offensive centers in the game, who I think will pair well with Booker. Hopefully this happens. Getting rid of Brooks and Allen might make the Suns watchable for me.

Even having the rights as long as the price is right, in this league then everything is possible.
He's one good prospect out there and I am sure if ever he want out of the Jazz, there will be takers of him as his stats are great and of course his size.
So, there is more come with these trade rumors and actual trades before the season starts.
extend up to the trade deadline, if Markkanen will request for that trade and Jazz will receive decent offer I also that team will show their interest in taking him, a big man who can be an additional threat both inside and outside of the ring, same with what you said his stats is pretty decent, I use to remember those rumors about GSW trying to acquire him but not sure what happen why it did not materialized. I haven't about that rumor before that the GSW wants to take him. But if the GSW has got a chance, they should have done that long time ago and if they've tried but didn't proceed, probably some offer that both parties can't take and can't agree with. I hope you verified it first before seconding this post by him. Did you find articles from verified sources already? Do you think that Rob Pelinka is that dumb enough to trade their 3rd option in scoring for some bench player that's also injury-prone? Logic, lol.
Share the link where they said that this trade happened, and look whether it's verified/trusted or not. This is fake news obviously, and the fact that the link that was shared was through Facebook only is also a proof that it's edited. Let's not forget that people nowadays can edit everything, and can just post it online. Don't fall for it.
Yeah, my mistake on that. I should have verified but we're on this thread that I believe that everyone who shares some news could just say that it's a rumor to avoid believing in a news. Obviously my bad for believing on that but that's how it goes, many sources nowadays that making it look like a real thing. And as a fan, if we see something that's within our interest, we get carried away and share it to the community asap.

Best of luck on Jonathan Kuminga, it was reported that he declined the Warriors offer of two-year, $45 million. It seems that he is really betting on himself as of right now. We all know that he wasn't given enough playing time by Kerr specially in the playoffs.
He was able to play only when Steph got injured, but they can't really go and move onto the next round. So let's see, there are teams that are willing to take Kuminga and make him a starter like the Kings.

Skinny Luka Doncic. Luka Dončić Talks Weight-Loss Journey, Advice From Kobe Bryanthttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VIIL6lb4qD0 I am glad he can do it, unlike that one guy from the Pelicans. Kidding. I think this change is a sign that he will be pursuing that championship again, and with weight loss, he can move faster and probably jump higher now. Even Draymond Green has something to say about it. This will be good for the Lakers. He can now become a point guard and use run-and-gun plays if he shapes up and moves faster. Now, my curiosity is the reaction of Nico Harrison. Will there be regrets? Edit: OMG! We got the same news as @MK-74. Didn't see the post at the time of writing. That's definitely good news for the Lakers. Luka even said that his verticals have become even higher than the first time he entered the NBA. I think what becomes his motivation is the disrespect the Dallas Mavericks gave him when he got traded to the Lakers. I think he's now become even more serious in pursuing a championship for the Lakers, so the Mavs will realise what kind of player they let go. I just hope that Ayton and Smart will become effective with the Lakers roster. If that is the case, the Lakers will become a serious finals contender next season.

I thought that was a decent offer, but I just don't get why he’s barely getting minutes with the Warriors. so it makes sense that he'd want a fresh start with a team that actually values his game. Are there any rumors about where he might land?

Wow, that’s a big change. makes me wonder why he didn’t do that back when he was with the Mavericks. There were rumors he got traded because he was putting on weight, slowing down, and becoming a liability on defense. So why make the change only now with the Lakers? And looking at Luka, yeah, he’s slim, but that also has its downsides since he might struggle to bump defenders off when going for those signature fadeaway shots he usually nails with precision. Either way, I’m excited to see what he brings to the Lakers next season.

Dame!ian Lillard! *pun* Where the Luka haters at right now? calling him fat, unfit. Now, he's called your hate on him and did the better version of him. This is the kind of Luka that probably Mavs is looking at but they didn't pushed him for. While the Lakers surely have pushed him for this. And looking at Luka, yeah, he’s slim, but that also has its downsides since he might struggle to bump defenders off when going for those signature fadeaway shots he usually nails with precision. That's the next work out that he should work on, building the mass and built of his muscles.

LeBron James just posted this photo on Instagram. You might notice a little something strange about the logo in the picture. Sure, he could just be trolling. With Chris Paul signing to the Clippers though and them having a personal connection, you can’t discount it completely. I don’t think Kawhi would go for it, but maybe he would be part of the deal.

If this happen to be anywhere near true, what happens to Bronny James then, he's gotta to a part of that package too I'd suppose or elsewhere, he might just need to find another profession aside basketball. I really don't think Lebron is going to get traded, it could possibly be his last season or at most the penultimate one and I think he's staying around more just to also help Bronny find his footing, before he retires.

Rumors are that Al Horford is about to sign a 2 year deal with the Golden State Warriors. I think this would actually be a good fit. Horford can spread the floor and hold his own down low. Steph and him will be able to get each other some open looks. With Draymond shooting worse by the year, this should be helpful.

Jonathan Kuminga just turned down a 2 year 45 million dollars extension with Warriors, I guess they needed some other options even if it's going to be for a short period. I really don't understand the full details of the Kuminga negotiations, but heard it was more centered around the Golden State Warriors not agreeing to no-trade clause, I'm very surprised that Kuminga is even asking for such tremendous thing.

Jonathan Kuminga just turned down a 2 year 45 million dollars extension with Warriors, I guess they needed some other options even if it's going to be for a short period. That is already a huge offer for him coming from his team. But I guess he won't sign regardless of what they want to offer him. For me it seems that he is hell bent of going out of the Warriors. I really don't understand the full details of the Kuminga negotiations, but heard it was more centered around the Golden State Warriors not agreeing to no-trade clause, I'm very surprised that Kuminga is even asking for such tremendous thing.
It's most likely that he might be also asking big numbers and wanted more playing time. He was bench all throughout by Kerr in the playoff and Kuminga doesn't like it. But not sure if he is elite though, I mean he could be just a B side player and maybe the system of the Warriors have given him enough exposure to be a great player. So we will see if this gamble is going to pay off for him. He is still very young so perhaps there are teams that are interested to sign him with better deals.

I just think that the Golden State Warriors just dont want to sign him, they just want to give him an offer that they know he will not accept, if they really want kuminga to be in their roster, this issue with signing is already over, Kerr don't want to make Jonathan to grow, most of the other players before were given a playing time even with Steph injure or not, but kuminga were the other way around, they dont like kuminga thats for sure.

The bad news for ex-NBA players continues. Today Gilbert Arenas was arrested for apparently running an illegal gambling business with members of an Israeli crime outfit of some sort. This is not going to be good for Gilbert I think. Such a shame to see how his career spiraled after the gun incident.
Man, I don't understand how NBA players, who earn millions while they're still active, need to get involved in illegal activities. Is this some prime example of financial mismanagement? I mean Arenas was long retired, but he ain't Jordan, who owns a brand that will sustain his gambling needs. I think young NBA players of today will need to see this, so they'll get prepared for the worst thing to happen when their career concludes. What a shame, millions got wasted, and most importantly, throwing away a lavish life. And even the worse part, he was already making money after his career ended, not like he was reliant on it. Sure he must had some great life style which costs him money, but between commentator stuff and podcasts and all that, he was still making "some" money. Content creation when you are an ex-nba player is easy, you just get some couches and some mics and you do whatever you want and talk about the games, and you don't even need to just do it during the season, because trades, draft, free agency ,all that is big, and you can get a great amount of people watching you. That is more than enough money. I would have understood if he was bankrupted and broke and made no dime, then he may have been swayed, but an already rich person, being greedy like this, is bad.
