Same problem here! This happens more and more!

I'm loading wallets OK today, but sure had slow problems earlier in the week ... one evening I couldn't load at all.

Hoping this will sort itself out, or I'll be moving on, as we all deserve a regular working service.

I don't understand why don't Satoshi Labs just run 2 or 3 instances of the web site. You could use the other one when the first one is down and also the spread load would mean less race conditions in the backend code. You don't even have to have a load balancer, just make it www1. www2. etc.

They don't want to and never intended on running even one. myTrezor only exists because by the time the Trezor was ready, no wallet software had integrated it yet.

Yeah, I know that. But looking at reddit and here, it seems to me that they may benefit from running more instances.

It is actually a good idea. It shouldn't be too expensive.

Does the death of Cointerra impact Trezor in anyway? They own Bits of Proof
Bits of Proof is not owned by CoinTerra. CoinTerra had an option to buy, but it expired unused.

That was our common press release, issued as we entered into the deal. It did not settle as proposed, and it is now expired.

So I assume you plan on running one for the community then?

my trezor warns me that my account balance is inconsistent.  looks like it doubled my coins. if i unplug/forget device etc... it is still there and warns me.

what should i do ?

problem: this is my big stash, i moved it from cold storage and i get nervous at this point.

edit: the problem was gone after several restarts, changing of computer, forget device- Cannot remember what actually helped. it definitely kept me from using it because i got scared.

it may be some minor bug, but i was really scared (the day before my other trezor would not continue any transaction and stating some error about "prevhash" )

while i am at it: today i sometimes would want to send 40 btc and i would see the 40 on the mytrezor site, as i punched it in. but when trezor screen asks to confirm it would only ask to confirm 4.0 btc. first i thought i made a typo, but then i checked and still saw the "40" typed in on the pc Screen. this happened several times.

I put A LOT of bitcoins on my trezor.  However, I just plugged it into my USB and it connected fine on myTrezor.  However the balance is zero!  Please help!  I contacted support too and I am waiting for their answer.  I tried forgetting the device and reconnecting but I get the same zero balance.

Does Trezor have a cold paper backup?

this has something to do with the firmware update I guess.
I saw my balance being zero also, after firmware update problem was solved

PS: I really like the new firmware. The address checking is very nice!

If you Do a typo with your passphrase trezor will show an new account, which is - of course - zero.
it is case sensetive...

Logging in earlier to my account was a little scary ... the website refused to load properly, even after many 'refreshes'.

Finally it loaded OK, and then offered the firmware update.

For me, updated and all OK ... but I DO REALLY NOT FIND this Trezor service to be always available.

... I don't like 'Intermittent' service long term.

I read the faq and it seems if you break your trezor then you need to buy another one just to get your money back?

cant you just export your private keys and keep them safe as soon as it arrives.

If you really want to, you can run your own MyTrezor website and use that if the main one is down.

Here's a link to the Github page for the MyTrezor site: https://github.com/trezor/webwallet

Also, firmware update went well for me. I haven't tried anything out with it really, but I'll have to look into the changes. I know multi-sig support was added, but only with Greenaddress right now. Hopefully soon we'll see it on MyTrezor as well.

Thank you!!!  This was it.  I thought I was entering in the correct password. There is no error msg except a '0.00' balance so it got me all confused.

Thanks, but really we shouldn't have to go to such lengths ... we pay for a 'robust service' when we buy a Trezor.
