if you're talking bout bitcoin gambling then i have a solution for you, throw all your bitcoins on a paper wallet, and hide it or give it to someone to hold. then if u dont have access to the coins, you can gamble. 

I think this is not effective, because they could have instead borrowed the money to the airport or a friend who is getting to reproduce the problem. If you want to go from gambling then the first thing is to remove gambling from our minds and then force yourself not to use gambling. Or it could remain a gamble but by using a very minimum bet

I agree. even though you control yourself to hide all the things that may trigger your addiction. It will still urges you and make you feel uncomfortable with what you did, so surely after a week you will get the coins and do a gambling again.

you need to do it consistently not just once and then give up controlling yourself . that means putting away all the money you earn it can be each day or each week or each month depending on the intervals that you are getting paid, it is a battle that you have to try so hard to win.

Go high bets.If you have 1 btc available to lose,start on 1.1x payout with bets like 0,005/0,006.
Why u may ask? cause if you wont go big,you wont earn anything,cause the odds are against you.

Yeah you are right. Family is the best factor that can make you quit from gambling, it's like me. Because of my parents, i stop gambling for my own future.

no matter you used low multiplier like x1.1 or so , it's same chance in gambling for me , it's 49:51 ! so i'll prefer to place bet on x2 multiplier instead on very low odds like x1.1 , i have done placed over 2btc at low odds and it's hurt more than anything, i wouldn't repeat the same mistake to do this in the future. just go out from online activity to quit gambling if you won't take a risk.

You need an alternative same interesting with less loosing of money.What I understand gambling is to be quit for good because of damages it produces in ones life.You need to aware that gradually in some weeks you will be able to quit.You can not quit it like switch on/off doing this you will come back into gambling.Slowly slowly reduce time and bets and in the end you will be able to stay away of gambling that will be point of quitting it for good.

Mostly only the first couple days/weeks are very hard to stop with gambling but mostly after that its easy.

Yeah trading is one of the best way to make a profit with our capital than making a profit in gambling honestly gambling made only to give entertainment for people not for making a profit.. but if you are lucky gambling is for you..

Try to develop some new hobby, something that interests you more. Also try to socialise more and ask your family and friends for help. Use Internet less, if it is an addiction of online gambling. You should try to keep yourself busy for most of the day.

Yeah you have to do something else, find another hobby you really like to do and mostly you can than stop with gambling for good.
Its a simple method but its really paying off and also fun without doing too much about it.
