How to quit Gambling for good?

Gambling is like disease , i personally feel that from the time i am involved in crypto currency from that time only i have been gambling , means when i have bitcoins in hand , i gamble it and get them all lost. so the best way what i feel is that dont keep money in your hands or atleast make them somewhat difficult to reach that is the best strategy to quit gambling.

if we had been playing gambling then we will be hard to stop. playing gambling cause addiction that is difficult to stop. yes the best way to stop is by not holding the money in our bitcoin wallet. The careful way.

If that application is not banned in your country maybe it can help but I think many gamblers that are aiming for the cash money will still play gambling, gamblers will always be gamblers they will still prefer a game or something that they will get instant or extra money from it! and I know someone that tries every kind of online gambling format there is.

Like you said they are getting back even if they have lost a lot in gambling who in their right minds would still be back when they have taste defeat on gambling? so why would you say that addicted gamblers should know on themselves that they are the only one who could help themselves if they don't know what exactly they are doing? I think if you know a person or you have a friend that are addicted with gambling you should help him in any help you can give!

I also lose in gambling and my method of quitting is letting things sink in first then after that take a deep thought to realize that there are people who lose more than what you lost and if you continue you might and up losing half of a million of money you earn. So I ask myself if I'm willing to stake that part and I said NO. That's why I can manage to control myself now.

Agree, people who has addicted in gambling they are also the once who can really help themselves to quit in it, because they really know themselves and they can also know how to quit but I guess some of them just really don't want to make a move to quit. Yes, we all know ourselves; we all know what we wanted in life. But some of us really don’t have a control, which will always be a problem.

Agree, people who has addicted in gambling they are also the once who can really help themselves to quit in it, because they really know themselves and they can also know how to quit but I guess some of them just really don't want to make a move to quit. You can help yourself by the healing process will take long, you should also ask help from your family and admit that you are addict so you will be subjected with change. It is only your family can help you in times of trouble to get strength from them to completely quit.

This is what I usually do to quit gambling for good what you really need is to recover some of your loss first or may be fully recover everything thay you loss before. I dont think what you people thinking but that is what I do in order to quit it for real because without some recovery people wont quit it because they have something yo be earned back and without it I dont really think people can really quit it

Well, atleast in gambling, sometimes there are winning days as they say ( the ball is round ) so some of your days are lucky that what you've used as capital in your bankroll has multiply, while in drugs, what you've invested was turned into smoke and gone, and in gambling, you are aware of what you are doing and you know the feeling or you are freely thinking, while in drugs, you are like a zombie ( as they said )

Well it's real hard for people to quit gambling for good.I was addicted but day by day i lost too much.I lost money that i can't afford to lose.Then I realize i need to quit otherwise i will make my life horrible.Man can do anything they want's.First you need to admit that you need to do something in your life.Only you can change yourself.If you don't want that change no one can change it.This is what i felt.Life is so good when you don't gamble for money.Gambling should be considered as just for fun.If you're too much addicted with gambling you should talk with someone who gives people confident and A way to come out from this.

Yes, with the help from well experienced trainer, I too believe one gambler would be able to quit his gambling addictions. But without help from any external help from other people, I mean to say only having self-confident will not help any gambler to come out of gambling in that much easier way.

I think that he needs to find a other hobby something that is going to keep you busy and will become part of your life so that you do not have time to gamble.
