What were your experiences with Bitcoin when you first started?

When i first engage to bitcoin i was little bit confused since i dont know much about bitcoin at the first place but when i knew about the things related to it i was curious and learn on everyday experiences of people on this forum which is really great.

This forum helps me a lot too, I considered this as my second home as from time to time I log in to the site to get some relevant information. When I was new in the bitcoin world, most of the information I read in the internet is just all about investment in HYIP and the sort of Cloud mining. Only when I begin to stay in the forum I found that they are not a good investment at all and I learn trading is the key which currently is giving me a good income.

I was struggling in the beginning with the bit coin and had a rough time in the start but soon time passed and I used this platform more often. I found it easier to use and earn as compared to any other earning platform. I really prefer people if they are looking for a place to earn, they should make an account on bit coin and start earning easily

It is a really hard start like anybody else, I am like a lost child in a busy city. I dont know where to go and what to do, after a week I did some research to some stuffs that I dont know, watch some explanations about it on youtube and read articles here and other blogs about bitcoin though there are still a lot of things I dont know.
I did post my first one on the off topic and, yeah, it was deleted by the forum moderator which is really funny, It is still funny when I remember that.

Yeah. Same thing happened to me, but I've managed to learn most out of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies by making research over Google, YouTube, and mostly on this forum. Even still, there are a lot of things that I quite don't know about blockchain yet, but each day I learn something new that would help me become a cryptocurrency and blockchain expert in the future.

In my early days, I've heard about Ethereum (late 2014) but didn't put much attention to it. After that ETH became live and had and uptrend in price, which I regret not having invested into it in the first place. But still, I've managed to mine some ETH along the way and placed them into a paper wallet for long term storage, in case the price keeps rising towards the moon.

Nevertheless, I'm eager to teach others who are new to cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology, to help it become mainstream.

It was all very new and strange to me, I was affraid for every transaction will it be done right and will it reach the destination. I was also insecure about my coins in the wallet, I kept thinking what if they will be gone. I have also made some mistakes like all beginers. I was just like you when I first joined the bitcoin world. Every time I decide to send bitcoin away, this always made me feel anxious and nervous as I kept worrying whether my money would get to the right address or whether it would be lost forever. I was so poorly acknowledged that I was terrified that the transaction appeared on my wallet but it kept pending and I afraid that it would never come

If you do your homework right then your expectations will be real. Try to learn as much as you can before using bitcoin.

Correct, because it is more better to know that you have weapons before you go to a war. Naively doing bitcoin without not considering the risk or problems that you are going to face will just lead you to being broke because you have lost all your money because you have been scammed when you are just buying bitcoin in the first place, well it is just an example.

So, to be honest here, as much as possible, before we start doing something like this, I mean starting to do bitcoin, we have to be wise and prepared, for us to avoid this kind of consequences.

I was first aware of it in 2009. Forgot completely. Became dimly aware again in 2011. Did nothing. Got rolling properly in mid 2013. I feverishly read up on it for a couple of weeks. Looked up Gox, thought 'this is the NASDAQ of Bitcoin? Fuck that' and went to localbitcoins.

Almost all of the 'opportunities' and businesses looked like blatant scams to me and time proved it to be correct. I've learnt vast amounts of new stuff along the way. 

Similar stuff. I found out about bitcoin in 2010, decided it was a neat idea but had no potential, and went on with my life. The late 2014/2015s roll around and I find myself realizing that the price is now in the hundreds. Definitely one of the things I regret the most, but I'm still happy that I got in the game relatively quickly.

Similar thing happened to me mate. While I started with Bitcoin in 2014, I realized that I was a little too late considering that the price were around the hundreds, but I quickly invested some money into it and now look at the price. It is nearly double than what I had invested when I first started. If I knew about Bitcoins in 2009-2010 I would have bought a bunch of them and today I would have been a millionaire. But anyways, better late than never.

And I don't have interest on it. Later on. I search and read some things about bitcoin and find out that bitcoin is a very good and helps a lot nowadays because of its value today. I asked my classmate to teach me how to earn bitcoins and how to use it. They taught me and later on I am earning bitcoin because of my curiousity and with the help of my classmate too. I'm looking forward to have a great achievement/earning in the future.

I first heard of Bitcoin as "something" that you can get only from your computer working. Wow, money for free!
So I've set up my computer to mine Bitcoin instead of protein folding.
I also wanted to make an account to sell the bitcoin I'll make so I tried to make an account at Mt Gox. Just since it asked for my ID I decided to wait until I get some actual bitcoin in the pool.
After one month I was under 5500 satoshi and I've seen that I'll need to mine for a year only to get the minimum amount for withdraw. So I started mining Dogecoin.
Then Mt Gox fell.

It took me some months to find Bitcointalk, but that's maybe because Dogecoin reddit was just fine for me back then.

I experience hard time in bitcoin when i was just getting started because literally, i have no idea how i can earn a lot of bitcoin and in the fist few weeks i been through in faucet sites and i was earning decent amount of satoshi for me in that time because i was getting started and 100k satoshi is a huge amount for me in that time .

My experiences with bitcoin when I first started was having the difficulty to used and to understand the process of bitcoin. And, I dont understand the satoshi means if how much it in my currency. Sending and receiving at first was I felt hard to understand on what to do but later on I actually gets little by little the process of bitcoin.

When i first started out it was very difficult to understand everything on how things work .And the initial core software i was using was too much as it took a lot of time to update and space consuming and i didnt know that we had light weight wallets so i deleted everything because it was consuming my resources and then came back on knowing that you can have online wallets as well as light weight wallets.

Yeah every user experiences hard time on the beginning days of bitcoin usage. Most users starts with faucets and by the side used to learn and participate into signature campaign. Later on in a short got into gambling and soon realized the facts on gambling and moved to bitcoin trading.

I first time heard bitcoin long time ago before I joined it. I didn't joined bitcoin because I was thinking that it's not user-friendly thing. But later when I started to use various PTC, visit money making forums, I saw many advertisements of freebitco.in and I was hooked on idea to win $200 in single claim. But then I didn't know which bitcoin wallet to choose. I searched a lot on internet and found that Blokchain.info is the best choice. I also remember that I joined qoinpro.com- site which gives multiple free currencies for nothing, but this site is scam. I remember that when I joined bitcoin, cloud mining was very popular, there was many advertisements of eobot, cointellect, hashprofit. But I had enough brains to avoid invest in it.
