i've got 2 RX480 8GB with the next pars for dual mining with Claymore.s.Dual.Ethereum.Decred_Siacoin_Lbry_Pascal.AMD.NVIDIA.GPU.Miner.v8.0:

ETH:   24 + 24   Mh/s
PASC: 356 +356 Mh/s

is that ok or i should mine only ETH?

Try for yourself, calculate in excel, like I do -.-
A guy wrote above that -dcri 5 for mining the second coin pays for electricity, but I found for myself that I lose 1Mh/s from ETH with DCR -dcri 5 (~144Mh/s) so I decided to keep mining only ETH.
I find 1% fee better than 2%, plus ETH is on some fantastic rise.

Try to '+/-' with your keyboard keys to see your hashrates and again - 'excel' it! >_<

I went the opposite direction. Try setting the -dcri intensity really high, not really low, with your rx 480. You might be surprised.  I'm able to mine 2.5x as much dcred with only a minor loss to ETH speeds. More than makes up for the extra energy use/fee.

I tried reinstalling the driver and AB but, as I expected, it did not solve the problem. The dag size that reached 2gb is a problem that can not be fixed (at the moment).

i will use that card to mine exp + dcr or zec  (more profitable then mine eth at 5 mh/s)

It is better to mine ZEC.

zec profitability sometimes appears to be greater (for example today has risen because of the increase in the dollar price) but it always lasts very little.
dual mining instead has a higher yield and is very stable in time. look here  :

sapphire nitro fury, clock @ 1100, -100mv.  You should mod it to be -150mv or more (test it out), plus bring the memory clock to 400 or even 300.  I just have one, its on my gaming computer and so it mines during the night.  I'm actually mining zec with it.  dual mining uses too much electricity, its too hot in my room  drivers are 16.6 or 16.11.x or something like that cant remember.  I have a 470 that mines on that computer too.  maybe try with 16.3.2 drivers, i think thats the best.

Thanks! I just got the two today and had totally forgot about Afterburner. I believe I might not have enough power to actually power the two unless I undervolt (which I am going to). Because without undervolting, their clock rate fluctuates even below stock. However, when I undervolt -96 but increase power limit, I can only go up to 1070MHz before it gets unstable. Very unfortunate. Oh well, at least I know what the next purchase will be.

When I undervolt, however, I do get 30.5 MH/s ETH and 610 MH/s PASC (dcri 40) per card though, so thanks!

That is right. On average, it is lower than Eth in the last few weeks.

I do have Powershell installed.

Ok figured out the problem was the font type.. when opened in wordpad it had 2 different font types. I changed them all to courier new size 11 font types than the batch runs but with a new error.

Oh there is the mistake, a script will not work if you edited in a word processor (like wordpad), they add fancy stuff the script interpreter will not understand (Like fonts and styles, etc)

You can edit in Notepad  , but is kind of messy in just 1 line because notepad can't handle those files very well.

I use Notepad++ to edit my settings in a more readable way, but still just text (https://notepad-plus-plus.org/)

Is trying to write to your screen with fancy green color (powershell -Command Write-Host "Most ....) But your word processor messed the code.

Ok got it cleaned up and also it requires Powershell 3 at least not Powershell 2.  I now have Powershell 4 installed on my system.

Thank you for a suggestion, I tried it ;] set -dcri 50, upped to 60 soon after, achieved ~1400 Mh/s for decred, but Eth went down to ~47-51Mh/s with 25W more for 2 RX 480.

What is your setup and numbers with and without second coin mining? If you would -,-

Regarded the problems you report me about my script, you must excuse me but since it is a private tool, has never been tested in other PCs with different software and operating systems.

I'm using it on win10 and win 8.1 both 64bit. My Powershell version is 5.0 and i don't know if it can work on other version.

The file was saved by mistake in linux format (which has a different end of line than windows). Now you can edit it with notepad too but highly recommend using notepad++ (but never use a word processor)

Profitability is checked using whattomine data and based on the profit ratio. On rare occasions, two values may coincide and in this case will be "chosen" the money that is first in the list.

Any other suggestion is welcome so I can improve my little tool.
Obviously, if someone wants, can also improve it by himself and share with everyone.

For AMD cards, Catalyst (Crimson) 15.12 is required for best performance and compatibility. You can get very bad results for different drivers version, or miner can fail on startup.

Sir always u write this .. how it is posible instal that old drivers at windows 10 ? Or linux .. what linux u use ? 15.12 drivers for rx 480 ? please explain this
