This is the first rig, when starting and nancy, then one of GPU power down

https://i.imgur.com/Cyp1tkK.jpg

This and rig2, and the same thing happens
https://i.imgur.com/aF2j0dT.jpg

This and rig3, all right, to be noted that the GPU are all the same, with the memory samsung 470 8gb, with strap 1625 to 2000.

risers are all 007 version sata attack

I can not figure out how to fix this

https://i.imgur.com/m8VHvWY.jpg

Same for me, on hynix memory one card consistenly drops hashrate. On the samsung it's stable.

Can I ask about those cards ASIC quality?
Those numbers are pretty amazing, almost 20% less power usage than me

I have 3 x 11260-01-20G and 2 x 11260-07-20G, only modified straps 1750->2000

only have problem with gpu2 where is monitor, randomly hangs but watchdog brings it back to life... I raised core and voltage a little bit for that GPU and got +10w, now testing will it last...

I was trying to use this. Eth was mining fine on ethermine.org but on multiple Decred pools all shares were rejected. Why are all Decred shares rejected? Should I try another coin for the alternate coin being mined?

What the best pool for mining ETH? I mine at coinotron, but it report 5-10% lower, that the miner show. Or problem is related to the miner?

Yes, i already mine Zcash, I just did a quick test with ETH + DCR and new miner v9.0. I mine zcash with r9 280x + hd7950 and eth with rx470/rx480.

Expanse + DCR looks good, with r9 280x the hashrate EXP+DCR is greater than with ETH+DCR, EXP=26MH/s, ETH 14.5MH/s.

I had the hashrate drop for the gpu connected to the monitor/dummy plug with 470's also. I had to mod my driver to run completely headless for the hashrate drop to go away (If you want to ask how try asking google).

Claymore could you please change the grey backround while using remote view via webpage and port 3333 to black? The pink and red values are barely visible. Or is it possible to change it my way? Also would be fine to have bigger letters (we older with bad eyes would appreciate it) Smiley

Just to report that I made Claymore miner :
Claymore.s.Dual.Ethereum.Decred_Siacoin_Lbry_Pascal.AMD.NVIDIA.GPU.Miner.v9.0
work on my linux:
ubuntu 16.04.2
with
amdgpu-pro-17.10-401251
using a ATI Radeon RX470 4GB

only strange settings is 64bit ptr=1
not sure it is useful, but 64bit ptr=0 did not work with ethminer (not genoil, which refuse to work anyway after compile)

#export GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR=0
export GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE=100
export GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS=1
export GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT=100
export GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT=100
export GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR=1

/opt/claymore/ethdcrminer64 -mode 1  -epool eth-eu1.nanopool.org:9999 -ewal $WALLETADDRESS/$MINERNODE/$MAIL -epsw x -etht 1000 -ftime 10

I tweaked quite no other parameter , and fan is 25% at 69C,
producing 22.5MH/s on pure ETH
(I was at 20.5MH/s with ethminer not genoil )

I'm not enough competent to know what to improve, but it already works.

The miner anyway says 1 things bad I did:
- "Catalyst 15.12 is REQUIRED for best performance and compatibility"
   maybe v17 is better now?

I did not configure pool node failover, I don't know how (the current directory is not the one with the epool.txt; dunno how to set option)

for those interested I integrated it as /etc/init.d/ script to boot naturally (like I did for geth and ethminer, it is easy)

which rx470 and rx480 driver version I have to use with modded bios ?
16.11.5

Are you sure about this? According to the first post it should be 15.12? Or is this for non modded cards
It's impossible that RX are in 2015 drivers I think.
And yes, 16.11.5 don't have bios signature check, so they work with modded bios.

I get the same drop in hashrate for v9 as well when mining eth+dcr. It will randomly drop ~8h/s on a random card. Something isn't right here.

I had the hashrate drop for the gpu connected to the monitor/dummy plug with 470's also. I had to mod my driver to run completely headless for the hashrate drop to go away (If you want to ask how try asking google).

I can confirm. I have 6 rigs and one GPU connected to the monitor drops the hash rate and hangs often when using 9.0. Using ASM=0 - no issues.

I tried to google the solution but could not. Please advise or give another clue Smiley if you like to play Smiley
