New to bitcoins. Dwolla not letting me deposit to exchanges for 30 days, so I stumbled on this site.
Looks like I have lots of reading to keep me busy.

Hello I'm Lorguir, I am an office manager who is interested in making use of bitcoin for the company I work for.Companies could really benefit from bitcoin. The company specialises in printing designs onto dvd discs that our clients send us.
I plan to expand the business by adding bitcoin as another form of payment to improve the experience for our customers.

Hey there, Im using and trading Bitcoins for about 8 months now. I'm using and supporting bitcoin for the same reason as the most people here, disliking the current system.
I find the idea of trading in cash money to bitcoins interesting and positive (e.g. get bitcoin). I am planning to start such service for Europe. I need to read and know more details about bitcoins and rules before I can make this true.
I want to read and learn more from the people whoare using bitcoins. This is why I am on this forum.
Regards, Jurjen

Hey, it seems like getting out of the newbie box is going to take awhile.
I'm working on some BitCoin related websites that'll launch as soon as I acquire some more coin and find an area to promote it.
What kind of projects are you working on, or is it secret? Not secret! I've ran a 'Free Second Life Linden' site since 2007, and I'm basically going to open one up for BitCoins soon. Where users do things like watch youtube videos/ads, facebook LIKE pages, complete offers, register to sites, etc. and earn BitCoin. In addition to BitCoins users could also withdraw the earned rewards to Second Life, or redeem for amazon gift cards, etc. The site is done, minimum withdrawal is 0.01 BitCoins. I just need to buy/trade for more. Ive traded $L for some, but need more to be on the safe side. On average I'd assume most users would only be able to earn like 0.25 BTC, more only if they put in a lot of effort in 'Tasks'. Other sites I was thinking about were an online casino where users could compete in skill based games to see who gets the highest amount of points. I'd also like to try my hand at a marketplace. Those are probably the best three ideas I have. The codes all done from previous projects. Ive had lots of random virtual currency websites over the past few years, so its basically just reworking them for BitCoins and seeing if theres any interest. sounds like great idea! Yes, great idea indeed! Looking forward to the release!

Hello all.
I've been lurking these forums for about a month now, just reading other people's reactions to things, and now that I have a handle on how to mine, how to exchange bitcoins, how the blockchain works, etc, I've convinced an entrepreneurial friend of mine to accept bitcoin on his website. I am trying to get the API for Paysius working, and so I finally broke down and registered here. Hopefully I can get some information on it, because Bit-Pay requires a TAX-ID to sign up, which would be great for my friend, but I want everything set up and working before I hand it over to him and don't want to go through the hassle of getting my own TAX ID. I will if Paysius doesn't pan out, but damn.
Anyways, I'm loving the bitcoin community. Perfect mesh of economics, IT and libertarianism. Fits me like a glove.

Although I was on the early cypherpunks mailing list and have been interested in the general concept of digital cash for some time, what actually got me into Bitcoin finally was that Bitcoin poker sites like Seals are about the only ones to allow U.S. players. I suspect that will stop eventually if the traffic becomes profitable enough. That the currency allows other potentially interesting uses is just a side bonus, although it may become the main attraction for me eventually.

Hello forums members, I had just recently been directed to Bitcoins and have become interested. With the little money I have, I hope to sell some of my services in exchange for this currency. I am an animator of 4 years, current student of conceptual design (In College), graphic designer, sequential artist, and all around knowledgable of Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, along with most other Adobe products. I hope to meet some of you and better understand the community. I am also a part time system administrator of an IT department.
