Several of the most successful projects didn’t raise anything
For example : Bitcoin
And it will be Byteball next

Yes, you go further when you are driven by passion rather than money

Interesting to see what will happen in September now that the next air drop has been reduced to 10%. Hopefully people will be incentivized to hold GBYTES more than before so the price won't be fluctuating wildly like last time

Hopefully people will be incentivized to hold GBYTES more than before so the price won't be fluctuating wildly like last time Before the last airdrop, I GBYTE was worth around BTC0.25. Now it is worth only around BTC0.08. If the value goes down, then even lesser number of people will be tempted to hold their coins. Also, the number of BTC linked to transition bot has increased significantly for the next round. I assume that most of these new users will be selling the bytes as soon as they receive them.

hi, guys ! all holder of byteball,i ask all of you a question, how do you backup you wallet off_line? I find the byteball backup is more complex than bitcoin, I wonder if I can sign offline to send bytes,in this way, my off line byteball is safe.

In the app, click the options thing in the top left, settings, scroll down a bit for the backup options.

BTC linkers are no longer an issue with their airdrop share dropped to 1/10th of last month. Also, btc price is higher than last month, so the price drop, while significant is less bad than it sounds and you list the price before airdrop which was pumped anyway This time there should be very little pump/dump action as the incentive is smaller.

will there be one more byteball airdrop or several? and why are so few people talking about this coin it has great features like untraceable payments and it's really really quick to send coins. By the way what can i do with my blackbytes is it really only possible to trade them peer to peer or can blackbyte get added to exchanges technically?

With the drop in coins being distributed through the next airdrop, it looks like there will be quite a few more airdrops. The airdrop attracted a lot of attention for Byteball, now it seems to be self sustaining.

Since segwit has been activated on BTC I noticed that the transition bot doesn't work with the new segwit addresses. If you try to use a segwit generated address you get this message "Only P2PKH addresses are supported". Are there any plans to address this issue?

Do I need to back-up the byteball folder on windows (copy AppData folder) before updating to new version? I use only the lite version.
You should always backup the folder, but it is not needed. Changing the version doesn't affect the wallet data. backup backup backup. Hard to mess things up if you have backups.

Full node takes days to sync. HDD vs SDD is a major time difference. Few reasons to choose full over light. Suggested and default is to use a light wallet. If you don't have a specific reason to have a full node, I would suggest deleting the data folder and setup as a light wallet. If you have funds in the unsynced wallet, then I can help you through that in a PM.

I made a video about Black bytes payments. It is not that easy (devices must be paired). The pairing requirement could interfere with broader use of these private coins INHO. Video: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=6VI_-JIDyUI
