What brings you to this assumption? At the moment the price is declining. I do not know if it is because of the change of the distribution rules or it is just the normal downtrend after a distribution, before it starts to rise again before the next distribution round.

I think the developer Tony has some secrets in the box which will be released in the near future and which will boost the price. Especially a use case for the black bytes is awaited.

It's kinda sad to see this great project getting dumped to hell
are there a lot of big linked addresses dumping or is it mostly small impatient users selling their GBYTE.
I'm definitely holding on to my coins, it's a solid coin should have a bright future after all airdrops happened and a few months

This is funny how people complain about the dump. We get these tokens for free, why people get surprised if somebody do not mind to dump these free tokens for dirt cheap? Of course BTC whales are going to dump, and this is how bytes are being re-distributed to those who really care about this project.

1. the major dump comes from btc holders and not from byteball holders. this is because it doesnt make any sens for byteball holders to dump the price more than the 20% coins they got. their overall portfolio is then at a loss

I don't agree. The major dump happens always just close before the airdrop, and only minor after. Why should that change with the new rules? If you hold them till airdrop, you get a "reward" of 10%. If you sell them before, you avoid the loss. After the dump you can buy them back much cheaper, so you won more than holding.

I actually bought some.

I think I read it somewhere here, but can't remember. The big dumpers may be the exchanges with all their BTC they hold in trust. They don't care about projects, and they don't need to buy them back after the dump. Thats probably why the price doesn't rise as fast as it fell.

I think the current dump is associated with a large number of distributed coins for this round and many want instant profits now many are buying bitcoin hoping for future growth. It seems to me now the most optimal price for purchase and many will take advantage of it.

Yes Bot did work for me thanks.
Only sold a small amount to test functionality as prices are a little too low in my opinion.
Also noted is the price of GB on Bittrex. Surely dumping must be over by now? Price still falling :-(
