GBYTE wallet already on Maintenance status ("27-04-18 investigating Deposit issues"). Maybe and hopefully the problem will be sorted out after this investigation. Unlike in other exchanges, the deposit issue seems to occur frequently in Cryptopia, so imo it's better to make it the last option to use for GBYTE. Do you know how long it takes for cryptopia to fix these kind of issues ? Looking beyond something is fine, but one must focus on something that he already has.
I have also lost my bytes in the shitty Cryptopia exchange, so I highly recommend to stay away from this one. In my experience, if you can not verify your account in Bittrex, cryptox.pl exchange might be a good substitution for the case of Byteball. I deposited and withdrawned coins in the one without any issues. How did you lost your byteball in cryptopia? I've deposited byteball in that exchange but unfortunately, it doesnt show in my accout. I opened a ticket and that's why byteball is under maintenance right now. Oh no man, again Cryptopia having troubles with Byteball. What the hell! This time I must say I'm happy I got my funds out of it and I actually started using those trading bots we have in app. Better trade small and safe that having our funds locked. Did you also have the same experience as I did? How long till they fixed the issue with byteball during your time?

Can someone please explain how the WCG points system works in relation to byteball? How many WCG points is equal to 1 GB of BB?
150 000 WCG points = $1 worth of Byteballs At the current rate of $257 per GB, 1GB = 38 Millions WCG points. If your PC quad core can generate 15 000 WCG points per day, it should take you 2500 days - or 7 years to produce 1GB (assuming the price per GB remains the same) This program is more like a faucet then anything else...

Can't be a faucet when you're donating PC resources. I'd call it more a good idea gone wrong. They offered $5 for a 1 minute quiz - it got abused. They're offering $1 for about a week of pc resources - how can anyone abuse that? Why are they trying to offer $1? It's just so illogical.

The maths are wrong, I make a steady 15K points a day with an Atom CPU from 2013 (TDP 20W). A modern quad core should produce far more.

The system takes into account WCG points, not BOINC points.

So if we started the WCG project by using the WCG-distribution test bot, do we need to change to the WCG-distribution bot?

All the test I recently conducted, and the results from other users show that a good quad core produces about 15k points per day, and height cores about 25-30k points. Show us your recent results if you can do better!

Yes. If you want to be rewarded with the new WCG Points (Honor coin) and the $1 per 150k points. You have to re-link your Byteball wallet.

Why will we "donate" our PC resources to get penny Byteball? Why do we choose to point our PC resource to Monero or any other profitable coins?

Another great effort to spread FUDs in order to wait for buying cheaper Byteball. It is likely that you have put intensive, continuous efforts to do this, xlcus. You should to say honestly that whether you would prefer Byteball in your portfolio?

Show me some 2018 data please... BTW: your i7 CPU is worth about $300 - not the CPU that an honest user would like to put in jeopardy by stress testing it for a year....

One of our fans (MeneerT on bitcointalk) is organizing a video contest that will be funded from the undistributed funds.
Here are the rules:
Post a video about the unique features of Byteball you like the most. The best 2 videos receive rewards: $500 in Bytes for the best, $250 in Bytes for the second best.
You need to write in the title Byteball (so that we are able to find your video). Write your Byteball address in the description box of the video (so that we are able to send your bytes easily). Your video is new and at least 90 seconds long. The video must be uploaded from today to 1 May inclusive, and the link to the video must posted at least here or in #video_competition channel on slack.
Then, the community on slack, bitcointalk, and telegram will say which videos they like the most. Based on that and MeneerT's own preference he will make a selection of the best 5 videos and thereafter the community fund's trustees will take the final decision about the best 2.
The winners will be announced on May 7.
The deadline of the video contest has been reached in all time zones of planet earth. Between 16 April and 1 May inclusiv various videos are published on Youtube with Byteball in the title. https://youtu.be/SROUuwbHB-k 21-apr-2018 Crypto Stalker https://youtu.be/T0Nz3wEBAe8 23-apr-2018 John https://youtu.be/SPHueJvf_A0 24-apr-2018 John https://youtu.be/93jnbZsudmw 25-apr-2018 Milán Horváth https://youtu.be/z_YCcQTOxWU 27-apr-2018 Paul Murray https://youtu.be/FcdJ-3i2i78 26-apr-2018 Paul Murray https://youtu.be/xNNa4i9Rwf8 30-apr-2018 Bernd Meininger https://youtu.be/ZlSjFqwcw7U 30-apr-2018 Louis Thomas https://youtu.be/fJWPnjmre98 30-apr-2018 h3ym0nk3y At this moment the videos of Crypto Stalker and Milán Horváth are privat, what means they can only be found true a direct link. I hope that both uploaders decide to change that into public, after all Byteball deserves the attention. Last but not least, the video of h3ym0nk3y is not new, it was a little bit naughty to delete this video from 21 february and upload it yesterday If any of you want to share some thoughts of which videos are truly the best 2 shout it out here or on slack, your opinion counts too! I have a slight preference for the following 5 in random order: John, Louis Thomas, Paul Murray, Bernd Meininer and Milán Horváth. It is up to the community fund's trustees to make the final verdict ! Milan gets my vote My opinion for first winner would be Louis Thomas, because is a youtuber with a lot followers and the video is been viewed by thousands. He worked very hard for his subscribers in the past, for this video to have 5460 view now. Second winner in my opinion, Milan. Another thing, byteball team, could you repeat the video contest using the full moon calendar as last date to post a video or to announce a winner, you could make it sounds like you substitute the last distribution model on full moon for this one, the video contest.

He made also other video ' My Newest Cryptocurrency Investment: Byteball' and thanks to his popularity has likely brought in many new people into Byteball. Also just published extra video on my channel where I am the one interviewing him, here he goes more in depth what he likes about Byteball (starting at 20:17) https://youtu.be/FrgNLmjkJAM?t=20m17sAs a second Paul Murray has also stand out to me, not for his submitted video's though one in dangerous guatemala is fun, but little views and no comments allowed, however his work with Byteball Jesus persona on twitter/reddit has brought lots of attention to Byteball. A true power force. Thanks so much for the great initiative and also great to see many people made video's

What did you mean by posting those images, my friend? I know that delayed flights are amongst the most annoying ones, but how Byteball can help to solve the problems?
Byteball has a Flight Delay Insurance bot in the Bot Store.
