He probably doesn't think anything, he's not even interested in Bitcoin. That is my opinion. And I don't beleive that he will do something good for Bitcoin. He made his fortune with fiat and that is only thing he cares about. And because of bad political reputation he may even make damage to bitcoin.

The people he appoints to the ~4000 federal positions of power have a massive effect on how Bitcoin is treated

There would be no effect at all. Even the Obama administration does not have something to say about bitcoin. Trump would not touch bitcoin knowing that he's more into envisioning larger things for the great 'ol America. His main concern is about keeping other nations off of his motherland. Anyways, bitcoin would still continue to move forward even with a president like him. As a businessman, he would pursue larger things other than the thriving bitcoin community and economy.
Yes, Trump does not need to touch bitcoin  directly, but whatsoever action or inaction he takes concerning the economy would be immediately felt on bitcoin. If he makes real his campaign promises to make America great again, that would translate to a stronger dollar. With a stronger dollar, investors would have no choice than to throw their weight behind the dollar and bitcoin, most likely would get lesser attention, but if Trump failed to live up to his billing on the economy, bitcoin would be a major winner.

I see in a news that Trump will work with one founder or something like that of Paypal and other guy that are envolved with startups so maybe they can make something for Bitcoin, well, for sure they will make, we should wait to see if it will be something good or not.

It doesn't mean anything imo. Maybe price fluctuation, but bitcoin is really strong anyway.

His appointments to The Executive Office of the President so far are starting to look a little like the Schutzstaffel (nazi SS). Bitcoin (or something like it) could be very useful to an egomaniacal POTUS that wants absolute control.

Well, Trump is not a friend to the globalists and globalists, of which the big banks are a major part of, pretty much want to control the world's money and business.

I don't care how much Trump is supposed to be against the globalists, I don't see a single reason why Trump would be pro bitcoin. All presidents by definition want to take control over their nation's money and will not let people move money outside of the system. Imagine Trump builds a wall and stops mexicans remitances and mexicans learn to bypass controls with bitcoin... now Trump would hate bitcoin. Stop dreaming about pro-bitcoin presidents, it will never happen, bitcoin is a revolution.

I have to disagree with that

Let's proceed with the assumption that Trump is not a fool since otherwise he wouldn't become a billionaire, right?. The strength of the American economy largely depends on the acceptance of the US dollar as the world reserve currency. If we look at their trade balance we will see that the major product that the US exports is exactly the US dollar, with which the country pays for imported goods. So Trump as a patriot and businessman would be vitally interested in at least supporting the status quo

all of this is speculation, the simple fact is we do not know his stance on bitcoin. I have not heard him say anything about bitcoin and he probably won't care. He is not all-powerful, he is just another president. He will focus about things that make him and his friends more money imo, probably.

That man is a businessman. Though he is busy right now after it all calm down he might see how large of a money can be taken from bitcoin. That is one scary shit. Also one more good chance he can be into bitcoin if someone proposed some ideas to him.

Mr Trump after his election is not only a billionaire businessman but also the president of USA. So, as president should look to support the national currency among the other fiat globally currencies. On the other hand as a businessman knows that is utopia trying to make "river to turn back". If he imposes strictly policies and penalties to bitcoin users he will manage only to drive up the price. I wonder has he any coins?

I seriously doubt that he has any bitcoin as he is from old money. Money that he inheirited from his family.
He is just like Warren Buffet in a sense that he stated that bitcoin will fizzle and die eventually. But that was back in 2012 I believe.

Actually trump is already into cryptocurrency. Did you hear about Trump coins? Some of the income from selling this coin was used during the election campaign of trump as stated by the Dev of trumpcoin. If this is true, Trump does not sit idly leaving a blind eye on cryptocurrency and bitcoin. This is maybe because of his nature as a businessman who loves profit and we all know that bitcoin means profit.

Well it hasn't as you can see. It has went down if anything from the time of the election until now.

Trump might have won the Electoral vote on the 8th but the winner can still be changed this December. Hillary won the popular vote and things can go wrong. The changes will be seen starting from the next January, not now. The price has been boosted though a little bit after the winner had been decided if you didn't notice already.

There are several articles on the internet that are suggesting that the recent increases in price can be attributed to Trump winning and even before the win, the fact that he had a chance to win boosted the price. Even fortune.com has an article about it.
