Trump will not care about bitcoin, if he wants to push digital coin's usage, he will possibly instruct the fed to create a FedCoin or something, he can't use a coin that he doesn't have the control of.
But when Mr.  Trump choosen as USA President, bitcoin price was up so high. If he support the advance of technology, probably he is support bitcoin too. Of course he doesn't need to tell us. For me President Trump is good for bitcoin.

When Trump got elected as the US president negative thoughts got circulated among the bitcoin users as well people around the world countries. Now this has been changing continuously after Trump selected several bitcoin enthusiasts into his government.

I think what I'm actually trying to imply in "pussy" terms is that Trump is a fucking clown

~snipped~

Well, this seems to be mostly a conspiracy theory on your side

I'm not defending Trump, to make things clear right at the start. I'm just analyzing your theory. First, Trump is not an Idaho farmer, he is a New York construction tycoon after all, who was born and raised in Queens at that (a New York borough for those who don't know). So you can't possibly claim that he is a wealthy redneck from Idaho or any such place by any means. It seems that you draw this conclusion based on his look, i.e. from his red face as if it were weather-beaten. Second, Trump may look and behave like a clown, but to get better understanding of his inner self you may want to read his earlier interviews which he gave long before his presidential campaign. I refer mostly to his 1990 Playboy magazine interview. He doesn't look or speak like a clown in it

Magazines articles aren't captured live like recorded footage. They're easier to pay someone to fake. I didn't mean he was an Idaho farmer. I meant I wouldn't trust him to run the country any more than I would trust a wealthy farmer. Neither have the experience. Only a fool or a ringer would say the things he said during the election.

I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt. I think he's a ringer for the Clintons but you're right maybe he's just a fool that can't control his own tongue

Some logic lacks in your reasoning

You say that he doesn't have the experience as a POTUS. But you can't possibly say that he lacks experience as a businessman. This basically means that in no case you can claim he is a fool either since "a fool and his money are soon parted". He is told to have gone for bankruptcy 4 times, but I guess he was just hiding his wealth from the IRS. Given he is not in jail (and as far as I know has never even been close to), we should decidedly admit that he is a smart guy after all, despite all his defiant rhetoric (few can mess with the IRS and not get under press eventually). So, can't he really control his own tongue as he appears to be?

No, going bankrupt over and over means he's not a good businessman.

You should probably read this before you keep defending him. Your defense of Trump is making you look out of touch with reality. http://www.thedailybeast.com/articles/2015/06/30/the-dumbest-stuff-donald-trump-has-ever-said.html

Trump was claiming that he would ban mexican remmitances which would basically push the price of bitcoin up since it would give bitcoin a real reason to be used by a lot of mexicans. Bitcoin in this case would already be a problem for Trump... so yeah I don't see how any president benefits from bitcoin.
Trump doesn't really care about Bitcoin. Being a smart businessman, he has most likely invested into Bitcoin. If he has, he won't say anything, and if he hasn't, he won't say anything. I don't think we have to worry about anything related to trump.

He is now famous and known for saying something before thinking about it and most of them very controversial and outright offensive. All the same, there's no point pinching a parcel one is about to open, 20th of January is by the corner and he would become the president, let's just watch and see how he shoots himself in the leg.

Something worthy of note, is that his plan to make America great again entails printing of money from thin air and we are all witnesses of the consequences to follow, eventually bitcoin would be the ultimate winner.

if you take a look at the people he picked for his team you'll see many big names that have been known to be pro bitcoin. they have been talking good about bitcoin and supporting it. i'd say it is more than enough for us to say Trump is going to be good for bitcoin.
but still we have to wait and see.

This remain to be seen if Trump will take a look on bitcoin during his presidency like what the IRS did. If the factors are favorable to the virtual currency, another price surge might be coming up. Trump did not mention bitcoin during his political campaigns but some of his soon to be appointed officials support might the cryptocurrency.

We don't know the real story behind this alleged bankruptcies. But he is still considered a billionaire (and most likely is)

Some of these I heard before

And personally, I wouldn't call what he said as dumb, let alone pretending it to be the "dumbest stuff he has ever said". You may not like the way he tells or does but what he says is true (more or less). He may sound as arrogant or contemptuous at times, therefore many may not like him, but then again I'm not defending the guy (though I repeat myself). It seems that in your dislike for him, you consider other people who don't dislike him as much or stronger than you as defending him, which is obviously not the case

Since the election of Trump to the new US President yesterday, many questions about Bitcoin arise.

Will he promote Bitcoin and make it a breakthrough? Will he even officially ban Bitcoin? Will he make such a bad economic (and monetary) policy that Bitcoin will be seen as an alternative for many?

What do you think, what will a President Trump mean for Bitcoin?
I don't really know, probably he doesn't mean anything for bitcoin.

The bitcoin price wasn't rising because of the good effect of Trump but it's because the dollar lost its value and decreasing its value then bitcoin automatically increasing against dollar due to high demand because of those who want to keep their wealth against the inflation of USD

“making America Great Again.”

This is the best Donald Trump sentence that has been elected president of the US. So, why do you predict some of possible points of the president's policies with pessimism?

Okay, let us think positively, Trump presents some important positions for some of figures that have high consistency against bitcoin, indirectly Trump got special attention to development and even legalized bitcoin.

The President will reportedly appoint Peter Thiel as a potential role in the Food and Drug Administration, and Mulvaney as head of Management and Budget. As we know that Peter Theil is the founder of PayPal who have a lot of investment in the Bitcoin business, And Mick Mulvaney is a lawyer and Republican congressman who is very concerned with bitcoin.

Isn't this signal will bring positive impacts to bitcoin?

Donald Trump probably wouldn't have even heard about Bitcoin yet. He is a millionaire. Unless Bitcoin make a breakthrough in America I think Donald Trump will just dismiss it.

Well, I think the recent price increases, and the successive drops in the price of Bitcoin, that have occurred over the past few weeks, are more consequences of factors involving China's influence, rather than Trump's effect on the economy. It is important to remember that price is a consequence of supply and demand, and China plays a decisive role in this.

I think President Trump don't know about bitcoin, Maybe there is somebody using the name of the president only for his own interest.  Because if He really knows for sure the value of bitcoin is increases rapidly since He won and seated in the white house palace. Think about it.

The first 100 days of the presidency are always the most important, so I think depending on the moves and agenda set by the president in the spring, the value of bitcoin will fluctuate pretty rapidly. If his decisions and agenda cause a lot of economic and political worries or panic, then maybe bitcoin will reach $1100 again sooner than we think.

Yes I fully agree, I think President Trump does not or haven't thought about cryptocurrency, the problems of American and world, the issue is very complex so what have been the main issue when he campaigns certainly will soon be resolved. In his campaign, trump has never talked about the issued of cryptocurrency including bitcoin.

ROFL

Yes, he should have included it in his inaugural swearing in ceremony, "I do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States of Bitcoin, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend Bitcoin and the Constitution of the United States.

Very true, I did indicate earlier that his inauguration would have no positive effect on Bitcoin prices so those hoping should refrain from it and that's my vindication. There are hungry Devs all over trying to develop trump coin and making baseless predictions about trump and Bitcoin but I believe the two are completely at variance. Trump knows nothing about cryptocurrencies.
