In many cultures and countries is gambling consider as a bad thing which only the poorest and silliest ones do. Many gamblers try to hide that they gamble from their friends and families and feel really shameful for that. Do you consider gambling as a bad thing? Do you feel shameful or proud for being a gambler? If it is shame what you feel what do you about it? How do you hide you're a gambler and who do you hide it from?
Let others know!

Even in my country betting/gamblig were ilegal, i never feel reall shamefull being a gambling although i do gambling just for fun. That why i also said gambling was not a bad thing if you can control yours mind & yours personal bankroll..

yeah i also do not feel shameful because gambling is just for fun and its just the good way for entertainment and there is a lot of people are joining gambling for fun.

Many people said no need to be shame for being a gambler as long as we did it with responsibly. In other word, as long as we arent ruined our life because of gambling, it'll be okey and no need to be shame.

But what if you can get good steady profit every month from gambling, would you like to tell to everyone that you can life with gambling proudly? I myself won't let people near me knows my habit even though for example I can life with this kind of activity. No one will appreciate me if they know I am a gambler.

People will think its amazing that you can make a living through gambling but they will
also, doubt you because of the way you make a living, some people will think it's stupid and

i person do not feel shame while playing gambling at all.i i like to play gambling with a strategy and planing and only through this way i cam make myself safe while playing gambling.

As long as playing gambling games does not affect your life negatively, there is no reason to be ashamed of being a gambler.  But if you got addicted then definitely you must be ashame of yourself. Letting gambling to take control of your life and make it ruin you.  You can have rehabilitation as repentance and total stop of gambling.

What you should know is to be aware the risk in gambling, that way you will be able to control yourself not to experience consequences of irresponsible gambling. For me, there is nothing to be ashamed of if you are doing it for fun only and you are not stealing the money you spend in gambling.
Only when you outcome is not favorable to us maybe we should be ashamed as for sure we are making mistakes in managing ourselves in gambling.

You still shouldn't gamble if it's not your own money. IF you use somebody else's money then you are just shameful. Knowing your limits and trying to create problems makes you irresponsible and probably it makes you who you don't want to be.

We will eventually reach into that situation if we will not control our urge to gamble, it's fun if done within our limit but once we go beyond on it, we will experience the stress in gambling and we will not be please with small winnings and force ourselves to recover loses every time.

That is not a good attitude and we know that but once our emotion is more dominant, it's hard to control that is why we are at risk of losing our precious things in life. You know, if you will not take care of yourself in gambling, you might be financially bankrupt and that is too shameful.

Well, In that case that's not a normal things anyway, if you can't control yourself anymore. It is already a psychological problems to a gamblers which is uncontrollable action. That's why others right that gambling was a wrong thing decision to be made.

I think it's not that they lack knowledge, it's because they lack discipline. It's going to be hard to control once you experience the winning moment and that you already know what can happen. That's the problem, thinking that you can win and turns out you are going to lose.

I don't have problem with gambling, adult people should have no shame because all the action is based on responsibility. If we talk about addiction and the need for all. knowledge and techniques would be useless because they think only about luck to win and pay off debts and subsistence.

I would be proud in my case, it's rare to see people earning money in gambling so that is something to be proud of. Gambling can give us a good amount of money but it's really hard to win because of the house edge, however if a person is earning consistently that means he is extraordinary.
Most likely we will only be ashame if we are destroying our life in gambling, but when we are getting benefits we should not stop doing it and instead take the opportunity as it does not happen all the time.

Playing gambling is illegal in my country, but many people do hidden gambling in my place. The only problem is they don't like to show there gambling activities in front of their family members. Apart from this they ready to gamble. I will not play hidden gambling, but I will do online gambling, and I also not like to share this information with my family members.

if you keep getting profits and your strategy is really good bringing you decent earnings why you should be ashamed of? unless you ruin your life and you keep begging for the money to use for your gambling activity that's the case for being ashamed.

People are judgemental. They will criticize you without knowing the real story behind. Maybe you don't have money because you buy something or lend it to someone. That's why don't flaunt all your money when you won big. Just stay cool as you are.

Most people are fool and they dont realize that they are not entitled to people's opinion. Most people cant take criticizim up in their face so that is the reason why someone might feel some negativity when people know that they gamble. It is our own life and everyone should be entitled only to the way they feel comfortable with and right

That's correct, it's our money after all and if we will not manage it right, we will be the one who will face the consequences of our wrong actions.
We are gamblers and we aim to make money and to have fun at the same time but along the way we will face challenges especially in times where

There is not something to do with profit or stuff. If you are ashamed of what you do then simply quit.There are various reason on why someone is ashamed of it however most of it will be because of other's opinion.
