So what is there to feel bad about?

I don't know why there are people who are shameful for being a gambler. Maybe their addiction is really that too much and it came to the point that they are doing those things that they must not do. But with me, I don't feel to be shameful for it because I am not doing those type of activity to steal and scam people because I gamble with my own money.

Being shameful will only happen if we do illegal things when doing gambling, but if not, then it should be something we can be proud of as it's entertaining for us and that is our main intention why we are doing it. I never feel any shame on while playing gambling though gambling will give lot of money when we won but we to risk large amount of money in order to win. But i never invest all my money into gambling only little amount of money i used to gamble, i am not completely addictive to it.

If you want to gamble, you should go out to that society you belong. While speaking of religion, there are people who still gamble although it is discourage in their religion, besides it is not punishable by law and we have different belief in our own God. What makes us God happy is to love one another and I don't think gambling make someone do bad things if he is a responsible gambler.

If you dont steal the money you use for your addiction then there is no reason to be ashamed. not all who gamble are addicted, some of them including me are playing to kill time. though its not a good habit but im not feeling bad just because i gamble.

Because gambling is not something really good to be done. Most people think gambling is something that is not a good thing to do, especially as a habit. That's why someone might be ashamed of being a gambler. It all depends on the views of each of the gambling.

People who lose are shameful for being a gambler after they knowing their relatives , friend or love ones i know it hard to in gambling the. I don't scam people this my money are from legal ways where get it from my hard work i never shameful too because i know what i am doing on this one. And this is the only way where i can get money.

Playing gambling is a bad thing, but we can say that it is bad and it is actually addictive. People often try to close this gap with a lot of quantities when they lose. Good if your getting money from it, maybe those ashamed are those whose taking there money away from them and just putting it on gambling without bringing it back to them. It is ashamed in short if we turn out to be a loser and it feels so good when we won. There's nothing to be ashamed of as long as it's from your extra money and no one will be forsaken because it was gone (if ever lose in gambling).

We can have gambling as job, but how long ? Gambling will never support its player with consistent profits compared to any job. In my opinion, considering gambling as a job must be more shameful act.

It's not never because in reality gambling can be a job and when you consider that as a job that means you are constantly making profit in doing it. Maybe it's not possible for us but they can do it because they are gifted with the extraordinary skills and talents, so, what we have to do is just respect them and hope that we can achieve what they are enjoying now in the future.

In my view, calling adopting gambling for living as shameful act does not mean not respecting them. Only their activity must earn their respect, being lazy will not get them respects. If gambling turns as a job then it will not support a better living. Then there would be nothing wrong in calling it as shameful.

I don't feel shameful for being a gambler because gambling is a way to fun and not for ashamed.
If I gamble I feel good when I win or I lost, everything is about fun, I think. So, I will continue gambling without any problems of shame or anything like that. Moreover, usually I do not care others opinion on my action.

absolutely not,it's my money and I think I have the right to do whatever I like.Sometimes my friends and family advised me to stop gambling but I don't listen to them and continue to do gambling.I don't think gambling is illegal so I don't need to be shame.

I agree. We have the right to use our money whenever we want so basically there  is nothing to feel shameful about being a gambler. I love gambling and my family accept that truth. Sometimes, they evrn support me when I feel disappointed about my gambling career

actually in our society we are living in joint family, and we have to obey our elders and our elders never allow us to play gambling as it is consider as sin in our society therefore it is difficult to play gambling so openly and if you caught playing gambling the you will certainly feel shame. therefore we play gambling without disclosing yourselves.
