I'm giving about 1% of the pool's hash rate at the moment (i know it's not huge). An hour ago I got a share every couple of minutes (while giving 2% of pool's hash rate). Now I get maybe a share every 30 minutes. Why such a big difference?

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Does this work from the qt client? I had about 700 accepted shares over the last few hours and so far no payout... Do the blocks take a really long time to confirm?

I have had ok luck over the last 2 hrs. What are other people seeing?
I am also using wallet version 0.6.3.0g3aaa7ba-beta. Is this the current one?

I just got my first share after ~30 minutes of pool mining and thats at ~8k/hash per second (yes im poor)
I do not see my payout address on the list yet but im sure it takes a few minutes.

Yes, I how long does it takes? I am at 400kh since almost 3hours and I am not in the list. I did not get any payout neither :-(
I am using the syntax :cgminer --scrypt -o stratum+tcp://fpool1.zapto.org:19327 -u YourFCAddress -p x -s 1 --expiry 1 --queue 0 --expiry 1 -I 13

Interesting coin, and I always enjoy trying out new coins. I tried soloing a bit today but haven't made anything. Switched over to P2Pool with my address: 6xZTLduXBihmFPWG9TLYzjEPp6QgDVgoeY woohoo!  I can't seem to get stratum to work, but long polling seems fine for now. EDIT: I don't know if anybody in particular sent me anything, but I just received a fair amount from someone. Pointed 275-300khash at it, will just leave it pointing there overnight with failover to the other pool Have fun/good luck getting it working! |
