When BTW lists Bitstamp, Gemini & Kraken  as the supporting exchanges, you know something is not right.

It is a counterproductive measure! No one gets educated that way.

Have you been over in the "Flat Earth Theory" thread in Off-Topic ? There is no educating those people. It's pure religion.

It taught me the value of ignoring certain accounts outright.

Bcash supporters are the Flat Earthers of the cryptosphere.

I just popped in there  (FE thread) to say hello... lol

critical vulnerability in electrum?
I read up something about that. I guess those of us who use NoScript should have been fairly safe.

Posting this here as I previously recommended this company in this very thread:

Whatever you do with crypto at the moment. Don't use Changelly.com.

Waiting 2 1/2 days on conversion, still no sign of some BTC I'm waiting on and I see countless of people on Twitter who have waited much longer and on different coins, even people who have bought BTC from them at high markup. Very little reply from their support.
I know Mempool is busy. But only if you send with the smallest fees would you have to wait this long I would have thought!

Looks like it is a one man band and cannot cope?

They should shut their exchange system down for the time being if they were legit. Does come across like a scam. Or they are all on holiday basking in the Sydney sun or something?

Had no probs with them in 2017 but this is ridiculous.

Stick to the popular exchanges!

No, a shill is someone who is paid to entice people to take a position that may be contrary to what the shill believe, so that the shill's master benefits.

Adam Back at Blockstream employs a large team of PR people to "correct misinformation" about large blocks. These people are shills because they are paid to promote a position that they may not believe in, a position that is hurtful for BTC (high fees / unreliable confirms), but one that benefits the employer Blockstream (by creating demand for their layer-2 solutions).

When you say things like this you sound much more like a conspiracy theorist than a scientist. It weakens trust further in your position.

What makes it funny is the fact that both paragraphs are 100% true and correct.

It will take all my creative juices to fill this kind of order. Can't we just pay to have our memes shipped in?

I suppose so.  I mean, really I am not a bigplucker anyway.  Plus I heard Luke Dashjr was actually advocating for a 1 string banjo.

What's the world coming to?

Bcash supporters are the Flat Earthers of the cryptosphere.

I have read the "Flat Earth Theory" thread in Off-Topic, and I thought your arguments with another member there were very funny. The flat/round earth arguments in that thread are often funny, but the Bcash/bitcoin arguments in this thread are often boring.

Dear Bitcorn,

Hi! I know, we don't talk much anymore. I'm semi-retired, and you're big time now. But listen.

We would all be really tickled if you'd stay above $16k.

Don't want to seem ungrateful, but like jojo says, we have mouths to feed. Food for thought.

check more often and further back lol. and get more sleep===make more sense

Not interested. When Trilema publishes their "research" in a manner that doesn't require busy people to wade through endless masturbation in the logs, then there will be peer review.

Deflecting your inability to address specifics with vacuous bravado is not very convincing.

I don't need Trilema to generate for myself a few $millions up to a cool $billion or so, and to accomplish important implementation on the decentralization issue. Why would I waste my time wading through that Btcbase masturbation. I didn't see much in the way of viable plans over there in the past.

Sorry but I'm not impressed.

I'm leaning towards the notion that Trilema is a grouping of sycophants, as is this thread. As if controlling the narrative here or there is actually important.  Roll Eyes A bunch of guys who want to think they're with all the smart and cool guys. Groupthink myopia. Defending the decentralization of Bitcoin with a grouping of sycophants is illogical because the latter is centralization (politics).

Do you guys really spend your time regularly monitoring this thread and the Btcbase logs (and posting adolescent memes). What an enriching and interesting lifestyle.

Where's the humor? Do you still make fart jokes with your underarm also? Do you guys ever step back and look at yourselves from an outside perspective?

you'll be censored for sybil-attacking

You wish to amplify the Streisand effect even more? Please do.

Hopefully you'll make it so arduous for newbies to signup to BCT that it will become entirely the dying echo chamber that sycophants wish for it to be.

The google keeps  sending me to "Joes Coinfork Sweep" or some such thing.
Should I send 'em my seeds?   Grin
