When page parity?

Dunno.

I'm shooting for post count parity some time in 2024.

“We have to understand that over the past months, we’ve had a good opportunity for OTC buyers to finally start picking up Bitcoin at these [lower] levels. And once they have enough incentive, once they have enough at stake in Bitcoin markets, once they’ve built up their long term positions, they have an incentive to trade on spot market. Meaning, to clear through the order book to start buying positions on spot market.

Why would they do that? Well, it’s because they’ve got a much more substantial position that they bought OTC where they didn’t incur slippage. And now they have an incentive for price to actually have slippage to the upside, to clear through that order book, to buy some extra Bitcoin on an exchange, really across most of the major exchanges, probably around 50,000 or 60,000 Bitcoin, and from there actually increasing the value of their much larger position. And this can happen in crypto markets, whether people think it’s moral or not. I think that’s substantially what’s happening.”

Bang on. Exchanges are just the tip of the iceberg.

A special good morning Bitcoinland.

Seems we're holding on to last night's gains... currently $4756USD/$6336CAD (Bitcoinaverage).

It may be a little early for fiddle music and rocket trains but can we at least laugh at the bears?

 Grin

Good morning Jimmie,... and Observers. I can at least hear some faint notes of that timeless classic wafting through the breeze this morning...most pleasant.

At a slight risk of doxxing myself, the Cat has requested that I take a official portrait for historical purposes as we celebrate the official end of the Bear market. #btd's

Am I in Groundhog day or something?

Your not the only one here with that strange feeling, the last two days have been very specials in each way, it's going to be very interesting to see what tomorrow will bring us.   Wink

Exactly, that is correct, and Bitcoin has us accustomed, we should not demoralize, just follow the path.

As much as I enjoy celebrating with y'all I think a little devil's advocacy may be in order.

If we reject at the 21 monthly we may put in a wave 5 on this downtrend.  This could entail dips well under 3K.

Congrats to all the big-time hodlers, these are the types of moments you've been waiting for.

If BTC goes up another couple hundred bucks, my sig campaign will officially be paying for my rent.

Here's hoping we at least remain over $4,500 and things stabilize above there...

'Night all. Enjoy your green dildos.

I'm calling Bitcoin post count parity some time in 2024. Whether that Bitcoin be BTC, BCH, or SV is an open question.

I think the next FOMO pile-in is going to make evident to the world the weaknesses of the Core-ian approach to scaling. The other forks (hewing more closely to Satoshi's inspired design) will be there to pick up the slack.

Incidentally, while BTC is up 14+% in the last 24 hours, BCH is up over 27% in the same time frame.

Yes, SV is lagging at 11+%. ::sigh::

Bitcoin Mayer Multiple 1.026 #Bitcoin $BTC #BitcoinCharts

This is the first time the MM has been above 1 in over a year!  It may not hold this time, but a very bullish indicator of what's to come.

HoDLing patiently and enjoying the wild ride...

I don't think this kind of pump with no reason is very healthy... It means it can do the same in the opposite direction.

Just because you don't know the reason does not mean there is no reason.

+ SEC and CFTC don't like that

Too bad for thems.
I double agree, too bad for them.

It's not manipulation if someone decides to buy, a lot.
