Biden has 11 million Twitter followers, Trump 89 Maybe Democracy works in some mysterious ways and Twitter followers/likes have no meaning what so ever.
He got all of those followers *after* becoming POTUS, because he uses only his personal account to do all his official business. Biden was a VP. Pence is a VP. Pence has 5 million followers. Biden wins. Obama was POTUS. Obama has 124 million followers. Obama wins.

Here's how to play bitcoin if Biden wins.
1. Stock market will probably drop a bit. 2. Corn will drop alongside it; to what extent is anyone's guess. 3. Corn price starts to rebound. 4. Buy corn. 5. Profit.
The changing of leadership usually has a short-term negative reaction on the markets, historically speaking, and has nothing to do with the underlying trend of whatever it is we are talking about; in this case, corn.
One thing is it may take a while for the results to be known, up to a week or even a month. So timing your buy based on what appears to be an inevitable dip may prove tricky.

what is this "brake pedal" you speak of?

a long time ago, when Nixon stepped down, my father (military) turned and told me "you are witnessing democracy at work, and a peaceful transition of power. no bullets, no army" or something along those lines. at the time i was like "ok, cool."
guess i took for granted how immutable that seemed.

i liked that trump did not start a war and that he wasn't shy to point out stuff that is true. but to destroy the democratic system that brought him to power by declaring he will not accept if he loses is the worst thing a politician can do. an elected leader who puts the axe on the roots of the democracy that allowed him to become president is acting criminal imho. the last 4 years showed me that a U.S. president has too much executive power. a few more rouge leaders like him and the U.S. is either a kingdom or a dicatorship. i dislike biden for being this tough law-and-order drug warrior for literally decades. I wonder how much hardship his policies created amongst stoners. how many years people ended up in prison for some weed. but trump jeopardizes the democracy. which was a bright star to follow other nations. let's see...

They both suck. But as long as we don't riot out and collapse into a fucking mess it really does not matter who wins. Two old white guys with ideas fostered from the 1950's are not really good for the USA. One born with a silver spoon in his mouth or should I say gold. The other born with out much coin.

Trump's Executive orders and bluster do not hold a candle to the idea of changing the makeup of the Supreme Court. If that is done we stand a serious chance of seeing the US experiment finally end. Hopefully if Biden wins, it is a clear victory. Trump steps down as he should, and the Biden administration does not touch the SC. Lotta ifs there. I would rather see Trump win to hold off the Great Reset at least another 4 years... though I am hoping for a clear win either way, but I have a feeling we are in for a ride that makes the Florida chad counting scenario look like pre-school.

Hodler game theory, an explanation - from this Twitter postThe Hodler’s Game model shows that Bitcoin’s price, which is deemed by many to be “irrational”, is in fact the result of rational behavior. This rationality offers a certain predictability as to how future price cycles will look like. One important condition for it to hold true, is the market participant dynamics to stay constant: Opportunists entering the market in waves with a small portion staying for the long term with Hodlers supporting the price level during longer time periods. https://medium.com/coinmonks/the-hodlers-game-a-summary-83ea4bac22d9#0bb9-e5c3c2f8a477

I think maybe people are sending corn to exchanges in the anticipation of a potential dump as a reaction to the election results. Maybe if Trump wins they won’t dump but if Old Joe wins they’ll sell into a potential dump.
Either way, whatever. I’m selling nothing!
IDK.. I am not especially for the old Biden.. But hard to see Trump win again. Put a 5K$ gambling bet on BIDEN at 1.45. Will see I bet on Biden too. Wont mind losing as my taxes will be lower if/when I finally sell some coins. Win, win. Either guy will print tons of money so Bitcoin wins no matter what. We will see .. Maybe if odds was at 3/1 or more, would be EV+ to bet on Trump, but at 2.5 or less don't think so.

While "Lockdown" in Austria is a kind of joke. Why? Fitness studios, indoor sport facilities, restaurants, theaters and bars are to be closed tomorrow. When going out between 8pm and 6am you need a good reason ("go for a walk" will do, though) and only 2 households (6 persons plus 6 children max) are allowed to meet, with the exception of 3 persons each living single. They are at 28% ICU capacities now (was 15% last week) with the usual exponential curve showing. This won't slow down anything, at least not within two weeks. New ICU patients grew 78% compared to last week. This is going to get very dirty. And the best thing is, the government obviously wants to save the winter tourism season, starting at the end of november. Nobody will come, even if they manage to drop to sub 1k newly infected per day. R0 is at 1.4 atm.
Well those numbers are "created" in comparison to actual nurses working in ICU so i rather would not rely on those figures
