I have a question, what type of user do you have to be to have a profile pic and a signature?

All users get a signature although the restrictions become less as you rank up. Avatars are from full member level upwards.

- Newbie: No styling (including links) allowed. Max 50 characters.
- Jr. Member: Links allowed. Max 150 characters.
- Member: Unlimited length.
- Full: Color allowed.
- Sr. Member: Size allowed
- Hero: Background color allowed

Assuming that you made your account and started posting in the first day of an activity period yes. If you started posting at the last day for example, you could actually make it in one month.

We have fixed day its Tuesday next period is coming 2 January after this fourteen days 16 January now you can count when you are going to become Member

The amount required for each donation rank won't change.

well if you are going to participate in bounty campaigns, the higher your rank, the better earning you get. so if you want to earn on bounties you need to work on your account. and of course you can sell your account, but there are a lot of offers now, it will take time to upgrade your rank and a lot of work. not sure it's worth it..

You can make as much post as you want (respecting the waiting time of course), to avoid being banned for spamming, try to stick to the subject and make constructive posts.
Signature grows with your rank, avatar is available for full member and higher ranks.

You can make announcements for ico and other projects whatever your rank is. The only influence is that images can't show until you become junior member... (And some people don't trust newbies so much)

No. You will be a Newbie with 30 posts. Read this thread. You get 14 activity every two week period so you need to have posted in three activity periods to be able to get 30 activity which will then make you a Junior once you have 30 posts.

It won't change until you reach new activity period (every other Tuesday, bi-weekly) and make a post.

Hey, is the 14 activity per 2 weeks rule applying also to the newbie members? i really need to get my rank to Jr so I can apply to a specific airdop of a project I am interested.
